£18.50 in hidden import charges DISGUSTED

Absolutely disgusting practice with hidden import charges when shopping is apparently covered. UTTER con artist and completely fobbed me off when I complained. DHL confirmed they know exactly what they are doing and it's listed on their labels to charge the buyer for customs charges. Wish i'd looked on here first.

For Indian buyers only: I don't think the problem is with FragranceX product per se but their T&Cs with DHL. So what happens is that once FragranceX has shipped it they don't have any responsibility to ensure it is delivered to you. It's now DHL's. DHL after clearing through customs, slaps on some additional charges which are non statutory, outside of the shipping charges that you agreed with FragranceX when you paid for it and basically a DHL special rip-off. Their charges for paying the customs dues on your behalf are 5 times the duty! So it's basically a stand off. And any delays in this entire process means they can keep slapping on additional charges claiming warehouse charges. I wouldn't recommend FragranceX for Indian customers

This was my first order with Fragrance X. The order was easy to place and the item arrived quickly and well packed. I was looking for something that was a step up from Old Spice so I ordered the 8 Oz. Bottle of Royal Spyce and have been more than pleased.

There are plenty of options on fragrances Fast shipping, great product and a new bottle of greatness. Also i received a coupon on a future order so you know i have to use that thank you. What else is there to say... until i purchase again...

I was using this parfume years ago when I use to live in Germany.To be more specific back than my boyfriend now my husband bought that for me for my birthday.So, besides that this fragrance smells so heavenly, we have history together.And know after so many years I have it again. I was super excited to wear my special parfume again. With that been said it's perfect choice, don't wait order now and enjoy this wonderful fragrance.

I have used Marc Jacobs Dot perfume for last few years, love the fragrance, but the one I received from Fragrance X is not the Dot I know, the initial smell is familiar but within a hour of using its gone, even after spraying on clothing. Very unhappy as the ones I've in past fragrance lasts all day, the packaging n bottle are good as was delivery, but defiantly not the genuine article, they say if it's too good to be true. It usually is and in this case it was.

Nice but very low neckline
I received the top very quickly and it was a nice bright royal blue colour and in a nice light rayon blend material that was not sheer. It did however have a very low neckline. I do not know how to sew so I'm not sure how I could have closed it up since a safety pin would not have been enough to hold it. The top also had a sheer panel of polyester fabric in the same colour as the top, that ran along the back shoulders and about a quarter of the way down the back, which I was not expecting. It would definitely show any undergarments you would be wearing. Although it is a nicely styled top, it also runs a touch big, which was the main reason I had to return it

Www.Fragrancex.com is a cheat & rob your money. Pls. Dont order here. I order perfumes which havent been delivered for a year then cancelled my items and refund me and provided a transaction refund but their was no refund. It was sa fake transaction ID. Paypal Verify that they dont refund me. What a cheat.

Pleased to encounter the fragrance X ad and find that you carry my perfume and at such a great price! Surprised to receive my order so quickly. I also enjoyed reading about the history of my perfume and the description of its ingredients. I will now be a permanent customer. Thank you and God bless.

Perfume.com did not complete the order because it "could not ""figure out"" that the items were out of stock" when I purchased them. I got no Email to state they were out of stock.
Looking at the addresses of both companies, I see both are at the same location. Prices & selection were slightly different.

Overall very pleased with items. Arrived in a timely manner and were reasonably priced. Only problem was one bottle leaked in the package and apparently was defective as the spray nozzle was bent. Going to order a replacement and see if it is improved. One of the 2 bottles I received was defective and leaked thru the packaging and nearly half the bottle was gone.

Good prices and fast shipping! I liked the selections available and the authenticity of products offered. Fragrance came packaged well, sealed, and protected from damage during transit. I would purchase from this website again.

My White Diamonds was a darker amber color and the box sticker stated Elizabeth Arden/ Elizabeth Taylor. Hum? And a sticker on back said."Generic". But my other colognes were in their original pkgs. And full strength aroma. Can you please explain this?

Good and it's very annoying to have to fill out 50 words in this box so instead of good, let's call this experience annoying, too time consuming, forced, not appreciated one bit by me and not likely to happen again in my lifetime..

I received my order sooner than I expected. It was packaged very nicely. The fragrances are awesome! I I chose small or travel sizes because I have the larger sizes or just want to try others. A great experience to try so many different fragrances at one time.

Ordered a bottle of cologne on the 25th of August and it is nowhere to be found. Customer service hasn't done anything to help. Have sent multiple emails asking about my order with no response, or only automated responses. Tracking shows package has been sitting in some location 20 minutes away from me since the 31st with no updates. Shows it was shipped with USPS but they are saying they haven't even received the package yet so I cannot even file a claim with them. Will be the first and last time I will ever do business with these guys. Too many other cologne and perfume outlets out there with MUCH better customer service. Besides, fragrancenet.com has better pricing and free shipping. However, their customer service is just as bad. Must be because they are in NJ and NY. Two of the most unfriendly states in the country.

The selection of my desired fragrance was quick and easy. I was not actually expecting that it would be available, but I was able to complete my order (ordered 2 of my same item). The delivery was lightening fast - EARLIER than the promised quick delivery date. The products were well packaged and the items were obviously legitimate. Transaction met or exceeded ALL of my expectations and requirements.

I have been wearing this perfume for 2 years now and absolutely love it. Never having purchased from this company before I thought that I would give it a shot as they were slightly cheaper that where I normally purchase from. BIG MISTAKE! This is an extremely diluted version of the original scent and only lasts for about 60 seconds before the scent is gone. Buyer beware you get what you pay for. I will NEVER use this company again.

This is my go to site for perfumes. I can always get my favorite scents in good prices. I like the tester options :) This time I chose a new fragrance, but I discovered I didn't like it. Good that the price was right... I'm sure my daughter will enjoy it.

I have ordered three times from Fragrance X, I never had a problem delivering my order. I live in Bahrain in the middle east. My package arrives in one week max. The bottles arrive wrapped in bubble wrap if they are testers and in the orginal box if they are not testers. First order I took the bottles to the biggest dealer in Bahrain for colognes and perfumes and he checked the Bar Code and guess what... they are 100% original with almost half the price. What do I need more. I will never buy my colognes locally and I will keep ordering from Fragrance X
