Overall it was a pleasant experience except for the delivery. At first USPS was apparently unable to reach my address on Saturday, they said they would attempt a second delivery on the next business day. They finally delivered my order yesterday.

They kept telling me for fraud purposes they needed a nonexistent 6 digit number from B of A to confirm my identy. B of A said there was no such number. They said call Apple Pay for it. They said same thing. Try hey eventually got rude when i asked for a supervisor and hung up on me. They refunded my money tho. Stupid is stupid does….

Check out was very simple. Shipped and received very quickly. They have tons of perfume, you would just to read the reviews on them because the perfume I got, I never used before and I do not like the scent. It is not what I thought would smellnlike.

This is the first time i have ordered a fragrance from you for the whole family. I liked that the website was very detailed on each scent. It was easy for me to choose, because i knew exactly what each member of my family wanted. Thank you for the clever layout of the website

Easy to find fragrances, a great selection of my favorite brands. Let' see how long it takes to be delivered. I'd love to be a return customer as long as my order is correct, legitimate, and smells authentic.

Please, please do not purchase from Fragrance X, especially if you are based in the UK. Not only did they hit me with a £17 DHL delivery charge (on top of their delivery charge which meant I paid £15 more than if I had purchased the perfume in the UK), but when I received the perfume, it was a fake! I could tell as soon as I sprayed it, and the smell disappeared after 5 minutes. I took it to a well known perfume store and they confirmed it was a fake. I have purchased perfume a few years ago from Fragrance X and wasn't charged for the DHL delivery and the perfume was genuine. Now it is definitely not. They are now obviously buying from cheap, copycat suppliers of fake perfume. Please do not use. I am reporting them to Trade Descriptions to try and get them stopped from exporting to the UK. I feel really cheated. It is daylight robbery. My hard earned money down the drain.

Ordered $140 of perfume November, 2010 f0r Christmas presents - here we are March 23 2011, still not arrived. Standard reply from company be patient, in customs, weather in Australia... demanded money back now they don't reply to emails at all - cheats. AVOID THEM.

I love the fact that I am sure of the authenticity of perfumes purchased here. The site is easy to navigate, has great prices and shipping is on time. I am a repeat customer who is happy to do business with this company.

This order came in faster than I expected. I did pay extra for faster shipping. I was trying it out. To see if there's any difference with the regular shipping which usually comes in late.
Its worth to pay extra this time. I am really excited with this order. And it came in fast to my surprise.

I ordered 150.00 worth of cologne and when I received the box in the mail all the cologne was broken. When I called customer service I got the runaround and sent pictures of broken bottles and for a week never heard back. So I called again they said pictures where not clear enough so would not replace them or refund. Terrible customer service DO NOT ever order from them!

I'm not sure if this website is a scam but it possibly is, I had an order that was marked as delivered on the 12th of January but I still have not received it and I have got into contact with them and they could not help me and I have tried the carrier and they told me it was the merchants mistake so I'm not sure if it's a scam or whats going on, no one has been able to help.

I ordered $115 worth of fragrances on 10/27. According to email it shipped 10/28. According to Tracking # provided it's says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything? This is my 1st time having this kind of issue & I've already emailed FragranceX numerous times with zero response. Getting kinda nervous. $115 is a lot of $ right now, especially with nothing to show for it! I won't bash you guys like some reviewers on here. I appreciate the service you provide, I would just appreciate a remedy for this situation. It's 2020 anything can happen & I definitely understand accidents happen. Once again it's 2020 wouldn't be surprised if the sky started falling all of the sudden. Anyways. I hope I can get my package & enjoy my Mont Blanc & other smellgoods! It was very easy to keep track of the product, just wish it could of came to the door instead of me picking it up at the post office. I can't hardly drive with my disability. Again I was impressed on the whole delivery stat.

I was sad, I love this fragrance, but when it arrived, sadly it was not the same smell that I am accustomed to smelling. I wore it anyway, thinking perhaps it was just me and I was in a hurry to attend a meeting. While there, several people commented that I must be using something different than usual, and that they always knew it was me by the great aroma I normally wore. I agreed with them, it certainly did not smell the same, unfortunately.

I am so pleased with my recent FragranceX order. I was able to find several perfumes on my wishlist at wonderful prices, and everything arrived well-packaged in perfect condition. Very happy and will gladly order from FragranceX again in future!

I have ordered several different products and by far this site has the best prices for this product and other name brand products, versus the two other discount sites. I am always able to find the products I'm looking for and in many different sizes. Love it!

Don't order if you don't live in the USA. Unfortunately the customer service of this company is not properly trained in cross border purchases and order cancellations. I lost over $20 when canceling an order because they didn't process the cancellation properly. They refused to make me whole. I'll avoid in the future as prices are better on fragrancebuy.ca and fragrancenet.com anyway

On order *******, I did not receive my bottle of issey miyake code ******* for $41.15. This is the first time I've had a problem with Fragrance x! The reason for the low rating is because of this order. *******.

I order from this company and never received my product! You eill be better off going into the mall and buying from one of the fragrance stores! I've order before with no problem but this time I didn't receive my merchandise and they are not helping

It all started when I paid 13k+ instead of 12k because of the currency difference. Their courier lost the parcel, they offered to wait when the perfume will be back in the store or send me part of the order (this is after a month of searching for my order) Then they said they could not send only part of the order and decided without my approval to refund my money and they are sorry that I just have to lose money! If you order from another country, be prepared to lose the amount of currency difference without getting perfume. I ended up with a headache and lost money.

Don't buy from these shady scammers I bought 2 perfumes both wear absolutely nothing like the real perfumes after returning the items they have refused to refund me I bought them December 2019 this is February 2020 still not refund and they received my return cause it was signed for with signature they are a big scam selling fake fragrance

I'm in France and I ordered perfumes (11/24/2010 order: ******* and *******) for more than 200 USD.

Since two months I'm still waiting!
I'm very suprised, because the two parcels are not arrived yet...
