The only thing that i dont like is not knowing what the new fragrances smell like. The only way to know is to buy it. We dont have big box stores that carry even a 1/100th of what FragranceX does so we cant go smelling b4 buying. I suppose i COULD get sample size / travel size but again, buying b4 trying.

The first order made on 1 st July '16, not delivered till Jan '17.
The second order made on 1 st Oct'16, not delivered till Jan '17.
Despite repeated mails, a standard automatic mail is instantly delivered. The subsequent mail always says it might be stuck in Customs and we cannot do anything till the product is returned to us. Countless exchanges!
No refund of money, no accountability, no qualms about gypping a customer.
Fragrancex is not to be touched.
I have wasted $150, don't waste your money.

This Doesn't Smell the Same at all. I was buying the small bottle. You was able to smell the scent before you opened the box. And it stayed in on and in your clothes. I never bought the big bottle. Please contact me.

First time ordering this Fragrance for me and my husband, I didn't like the male cologne so I'm sending it back my husband didn't like it either, so its got to go back. I was sent a label to send it back. I still love Fragrance X.

I ordered two bottles of Casmire by Chopard. I was not aware that this product has been modified. I am planning to return it. I wrote to the company to obtain a mailing label. It's been a week and I've not heard anything except for this survey. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Will not be doing business with them in the future unless I hear from them soon.

What I ordered and shows on the invoice is not what I received. Maybe I'm wrong and the invoice that says "special edition" is an anomaly.
I will be returning the item today, hopefully I can get something else.

They were prompt in their reply, but must not see the same words I am seeing on the packing invoice and what I ordered on the site.

When I noticed that my address was not complete, I tried to call and was not able to get anyone on the phone. Recording said to go on the internet. But I did get to sent an email and the address was corrected. Thank you for that!

Didn't get to contact customer service by phone but did send an email and problem was taken care of.

When I sent in my order, I gave my street number address. But when I saw confirmation of the order, whoever recorded my address, added another number to my home address. It was only because of my talking with people at my post office, as well as my mail carrier, about this mistake that the package was delivered to me when it was supposed to be. But this happened only because I had warned the Post Office people of the wrong numbered address. Otherwise, the package would probably have been returned to you and we would have had to sort through it all over again.

When I called to explain you had written the wrong address down (and the confirmation e.mail was sent to me the day after I ordered and I called immediately. The women at FragranceX said the package had already been shipped, so there was nothing that could be done. That is when I took the matter into my own hands and talked with the people at my Post Office itself as well as my mail carrier. Don't you keep records of customers addresses? I have ordered from FragranceX before, so I would think the mistake might have been caught and corrected.

Large selection, great fragrances, great prices. FragranceX is now my first stop for fragrances. The products are authentic, the prices are competitive, and the delivery is quick. I have only positive things to say about FragranceX!

FragranceX is a FRAUD. They do not send merchandise. They then continue to use your credit card info and keep RECHARGING for merchandise you never received. When you call customer service and threaten to fill out paperwork with bank and law enforcement and report the company as fraudulent, "Karen" hangs up on you.? Smells like a scam to me.

Difficulty finding Men's After Shave lotion a friend put me onto FragranceX and I found shopping so much easier. I can keep Sauvage at both of my homes up North and down South see abovewith ease. The product is a nice scent that lasts throughout the day.

I'm from Manila and It was my first time to shop in here and didn't expect that the gift I chose for my friend in the US will be delivered as scheduled and their tracking was also up to date.

Will not hesitate to order again in the future, maybe for myself this time :)

Service was good, site is easy to navigate and everything processed smoothly. My disappointment is more on the product received. I have been looking for that perfume for the longest, I had it a long time ago and remembered it being such an amazing fragrance that it was head turning and would get compliments on it it was that good. I would see it in other places but was too expensive so I would wait. Got a notification from the site that they had it and decided to just go for it, i got it and when I sprayed it on it was such a generic scent, it was just not the scent I remembered, I ended up applying another perfume on top and it completely overshadowed and covered the generic scent

Fragrance X has done it again. I received my product in a timely manner, and the product was outstanding. I like smelling good, and Fragrance X is instrumental in providing with the products I desire.

My only problem is that the website says shipping is free. When the order is actually placed, shipping is charged for purchases under a certain amount. Although I placed an order, I thought the "free shipping" claim is misleading.

I enjoy shopping for all these beautiful perfumes. It's nice to know how easy it is to place your order and you have so many to choose from, which makes it so much nicer, thank you for the discount. Thank you for making shopping easy for me!

Using the site was very easy and the wide variety of available scents was a legitimate thrill. The items were received very quickly as well and everything was as expected. We'll definitely use FragranceX in the future.

I received everything beautifully packaged and in great condition. I am ecstatic with my purchases and I think the website is great. Everything is easy to find, and I was impressed that I was also given coupons toward my next purchase.

FragranceX had the perfume I love at a better price than anywhere else. Delivery was pretty fast, almost perfect. The package was lost for a day, and was delivered a day later. I am in Las Vegas and it was close to 110 degrees. Perfume was hot, and I worried that it was ruined. But it seems fine, and I really enjoy it.

I always have the best experience with fragranceX. This is my go to shop to buy fragrances. Everything I have ever received from them has been authentic, fresh and brand spankin new. I will forever and always be a fragranceX customer!

Can't wait to smell this! I was a little surprised that it was Magnolia but I was OK with it it it didn't really remind me of anything my grandma would've worn I'll look forward to finding another 4711 treasure

This company is absolutely fake, rubbish and very untrustworthy one... the government should look into them and ban them from selling perfume. I bought an Aramis mordern leather from them, having used it before, it arrive and I quickly noticed that a cello tape was used to stick the bottom label. Opened the bottle and sprayed it, it smells real but then disappeared within minutes, the real mordern leather will smell for few days on you. Ive asked them for refund and a return label not not a single response from them... I have emailed them 5 times and still no response. A company like this should not exist and should be banned completely.
