If you are looking for hard to find colognes, then FragranceX is your place. Never had any issues. And, yes you can get testers and they describe that in the order description before hand. I'd rather get testers than nothing at all on some of the really good colognes out there!
Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!
Fragrance x always has lots of fragrances in stock and at a very competitive price. If you order before around 3pm or so they also ship the same day. They also arrive in time and intact every time I've ordered for them. So far I've spent 3000 dollars or so in this site and every dollar has been well spent.

Looking for nice fall fragrance
Shopping was easy, I found what I wanted very easily, and I also found something new that I wanted to try. I was very excited that my favorite was in stock because it's getting harder to find. Navigating the site was very easy.
This is one of the few places stocking Covet and I was reasonably sure it wasn’t counterfeit product (I won’t buy any fragrance from Amazon because there is so much fake product being sold there). I was so thrilled to find the real deal here.
I chose Covet because it’s a favorite of mine and I was shopping for it, and I selected Dazzle because the description made it seem like something I would like, and I do! It smells like a discontinued YSL that I wore in the aughts, but that one had a chocolate element, too. Dazzle is juicier. Now there are two celebrity fragrances I like.

I received 2 orders, one of them (Order #*******) at usd 375 shipped to my name but the invoice and items inside is not mine. I need either to return the shipment to fedex and get my amount or have fedex pick up the shipment and return it to you. Fedex the shipment will cost me usd175.

I love the Elizabeth and James dry shampoo, especially Bourbon and Rose. The bottles here are fantastic, and you can't beat the price. This is the best dry shampoo our there, and the scent is heavenly!
I love this site! I always struggle to find my brand of fragrance. When I do find it it is a small size. I paid the same for a large bottle as I normally pay for a small size other places. I got 3 times the fragrance for the same price.

This time I bought Sauvage (sample sized) for a friend. I seem to be his personal shopper lately,and wanted him to try it. I KNEW he'd like it!
This was my third purchase from this site. My first purchase was a good experience. On my second purchase I received a product which I strongly believe was a fake and I promptly returned it. About a week after they received my return my purchase was refunded to my account. I then purchased another cologne I was looking for and received a quality genuine product.

I ordered Juicy Couture, a fragrance that I really enjoy. Was able to get a beautiful and nice sized bottle, unboxed (but very well padded and wrapped) and marked Tester. It smells lovely, just as if I'd gone and paid 3X the cost for it, but I didn't! Very satisfied, and will buy again.

An old favorite
Well I was trying to order my purfume from Macy's, but they don't carry it. So that's what led me to this company. And I'm so glad it did. I love love love! The sizes and prices. I ordered and got my purfume in 3 days. And was so happy I ordered some more the next day. I hope you try this company. I love having big bottles of purfume on my night tables. I feel special with every spray.!

Overall an outstanding experience. Only one issue. When I tried to take the cap off to get to the spray nozzle. The spray nozzle came off. I had to put the spray nozzle back on. Now I can't put the large cap covering over the spray nozzle. So I keep it off.

I order two jadore l'absolu perfume as a gift to the Virgin Island, I wanted to make sure the price was not in the order, the response my email was an off the wall answer. Your customer contact number should be available and not always a busy signal. My family receive the gift I am less like to buy again. I look for more customer service than anything else. That's the key to a successful company

Because the name of your company indicates "we know our stuff and we specializein them" plus the X at the end just makes it sound Kool.

The FragranceX site is so easy to use. They seem to always have what I need in stock. I love that I can review my last orders and with a few clicks reorder the same thing. Delivery is always prompt, and the packaging is rightsized.

I was sent the wrong smelling Jimmy Choo perfume. It smells totally different from the bottle I orderrd last year. I ordered another bottle of Jimmy Choo hoping it's the really good smelling one I got on my very 1st order ever with this site
FragranceX did a perfect job of fulfilling my order. The fragrance I received I discovered is a new Elizabeth Arden formulation of Halston Z-14 which is not good quality, and very unlike the original 1970's juice. But this is not FragranceX's fault at all... I just didn't like the fragrance.
Lazy customer service, this company must be staffed by volunteers because these people don't have the least bit of concern about professionalism, profit or retaining customers. Horrible first experience-Never again!

On February i had ordered perfumes since today its 21st april i have not recieved my order and these people are not just faking and lying that they have dispatched it through usa Courier company they are not even refunding my amount.
I have ordered from FagranceX for several years and I'm always pleased with the products and service as well as the fast delivery time. I ordered for Christmas gifts this year and was fearful I might not have gifts to give with shipping items being delayed everywhere.
