I have ordered twice from this and on both occasions my items were never received even though the tracking system stated that items were delivered. The first order, they reshiooed and I received the items. They have done nothing on the second order.
Don't they carry insurance so they can claim? Obviously, whoever is doing their postal services is doing a great disservice.
I will never, NEVER (in caps) shop again from Fragrancex

I received my order really fast if you know it's Christmas time with a great price and the box was well package I love that you have so many of the older perfumes that you really can't find any more some that I haven't heard of in years

I had no problem ordering and got the one I wanted. The very next day I got the offer of my order being on sale and I tried ordering that and asking for the original order to be stopped. I received both items, one at the price originally ordered, and one at the sales price. It is a matter of almost $20 difference. I think you should have warned that the item would be on sale and to wait one day or in processing my original order, you should have given me the sales price. It is confusing when things like this happen. My husband does the bills and he gets antsy when things are not in order. So do I. We are older people and keep things in hard copies and match our purchases.

It was online and I did not talk with anyone. I conveyed my thoughts to you and hopefully you got it right. I am not sure right now.

Worst shipping ever. My package. Also the delivery guy was so unpatience and rude. He buzzed and when I told him that I'm coming to open the door he left immediatly without leaving my package.After 3 hours he came back he buzzed and without waiting for me to come and open the door he dropped my packaging behind the exterior door. This is my first and the last time I'm buying from this website.

I place an order with FragranceX that totaled over 1K. I have ordered from them before without incident. With this order, they wanted an authorization code from my bank even though the funds were available and processed. I contact my bank (BoA) and they informed me they dont provide customers with authorization codes. The only codes they give are identification codes to verify they are speaking with their customer. When I informed FragranceX, they advised me that since I was unable to obtain the authorization code from my bank, they would cancel my order unless I used PayPal. I told them I do not use PayPal for anything. They then cancelled my order without any other options. I told them they lost me as a customer and I would use another site to give my 1K for purchases.

Was offered a coupon for 15% off AND free shipping (FX15) but I still had to pay $6 for shipping. It's still much cheaper than an in store purchase, but please don't make claims you do not intend to fulfill.

I placed an order on December 19,2020. I received an email with a tracking number that stated that my package will arrive on December 24th. I've been tracking my package daily since I haven't received it yet. I have emailed Fragrancex and called them, but was not successful with reaching them. I would like a refund for my purchase. I spent over $120 on cologne I never received.

Dont buy from them i update this just to make sure more info and more customer see this
And becuase they steal my money (59$) i will continue that

Customer service person Mariz, didn't even read my complain, told me to go to the provided address to get my package. The strange thing is, I live at the address. Their system ignored my apartment number lost my package. No body can deliver a package without an apartment number in an apartment building.

I am lost my money and time. I bought the fragrance as a Christmas gift and now I don't have anything. I'll have to buy again, don't even have enough time and this company can't help in anyway.

Never going to shop here again.

I received my order in a prompt manner which I appreciate, although 2 of the vials broke in the box and the 3rd one didn't have any perfume in it. I sent an email a few days ago and have heard nothing.

When I made the order I thought I was ordering from fragrancenet.com Because I ordered from them before, I had never heard of fragranceX, I thought to myself oh is this a scam, But I went ahead with the order and I'm so glad I did, everything went smooth and I received my miracle perfume, and it smells so great on me. I will definitely be ordered from you all

Have placed 5 orders with them over 2 years, normally good experience, just takes long(2 weeks) to get shipped to Canada. But they sent me the wrong order last time and wouldn't respond back to me. I had to do a charge back with Paypal and had to pay the shipping costs $25 to get my money back.

They should stop international shipping if they aren't going to be providing customer service to international customers.

I purchased DIor homme intense late December 2020 in the hopes of getting the exact version I want. I emailed the customer service department prior to purchasing and they confirmed if I purchase the 150ml. Bottle, it will be the pre-2020 bottle that I was looking for.
To my surprise when I received the perfume, it was the 2020 version that I don't care for. I was given the wrong information when I inquired and my time was wasted in this whole purchase process.

My package was soaking wet when it arrived because one of the lids to my perfume was not screwed on all the way and leaked all over the package. The usps put it in a trashbag to stop it from leaking all over other mail. I'd like this bottle of perfume replaced!

I ordered from this site 3 times first 2 times I got my colognes but the third time I didn't contacted customer service they said after doing a detailed search they found out the package was delivered I KNOW THE POST OFFICE SAID THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED it's in the tracking # I never received my cologne what a way to throw $100 in the garbage never buying from this site again

This review is for Lebanese, I ordered Curve and Invictus, both arrived quickly and best quality, but I paid 80$ for customs and Clearance() So be careful, whatever you purchase expect to pay 50% of its value as a tax. Everything else is perfect.

This does NOT have the scent of the original when first produced! The scent it does have, lasts for two seconds. Really? This is not worth the money I paid for it! The ingredients might be the same, but either the order of ingredients are changed from a large amount to the least amount, or eliminated altogether! I am sooo disappointed. Please, bring back the original!

I was thrilled when I found my favorite perfume, Hippie Chic, here on FragranceX! Every store around stopped selling it. I thought I wouldn't hurt to look at FragranceX so I did. And they have it! I bought it right away and check out was a breeze. I'm so glad I looked at FragranceX!

Clean Fresh Shower wasn't what I was hoping it would be. After wearing it 2 days in a row I gave up on it. To me it's too strong to be a shower scented fragrance. Clean Fresh Linen however smells amazing! I love how light and clean it smells.

It was easy to find the Parfums I like. The website is easy to use. I also was excited to find 2 parfums that I really like at great prices as well as the site allowing the use of AfterPay for 4 easy payments. Check out was simple and my order came amazingly fast. I will be back
