I love it my very first expensive cologne, it welds great, the box it came in was nice that I kept it I'm not sure if anyone else does that and the bottle was also great design, I will definitely continue to do business with fragrancex!

My order was canceled with no contact whatsoever. After calling to see what happened to my order, they told me. I reordered and billing held up my order after I called and emailed to be sure my order was coming. After promising me it was coming I checked on the progress and they said it hadn't been sent yet. I still haven't received my order and it has been 2 weeks since my initial order. I also paid for expedited shipping. NEVER AGAIN!

Love my purchase got the Gucci flora gorgeous gardenia for my fiancé she loves this perfume and only this one. Loved the competitive pricing and the coupon I received for my next purchase in the box. I look forward to future business!

I purchased two bottles of perfume BOTH FAKE! And you have added shipping costs which NO ONE see's until you purchase and then you get a call from DHL saying you need to pay VAT... I have worn both perfumes for over 15 years and these last 20 mins if you are lucky then the scent turns into a nasty odour...
Contacted my bank for a full refund as Paypal will not recover vat and shipping costs.
Steer clear!

I had a smooth experience shopping for fragrance at FragranceX. The cologne that I used was in stock. I also saw a cologne that I had used in the past which had been discontinued, I couldn't wait to get it as well. I received my order on time. I will get my cologne from FragranceX as of now on.

I bought this fragrance because I heard it was long lasting and smells good. The smell not too bad. But I can barely smell it 30mins of wearing. Am really so disappointed. If it was in store, I will return it. Probably it expired before I got it. Don't like it.

Actually, I would give them 0 stars. I was sent toilette when I purchased edp purfume. The fragrance (Jimmy Choo) smells like pure alcohol rub and extremely light in color. I have worn this fragrance many times purchased at department stores, therefore, I'm aware of the color and smell, and this is not it. I ordered 3.4 ml (2 purfumes); however, I received 3.3 ml. My order was not accurate and deceitful.
Since my return, the company is trying to give me a partial refund reporting that I didn't return Jimmy Choo. The purfume smells like pure alcohol rub, I wouldn't waste my money and keep that. All 3 fragrances were returned at the same time in the same box at my expense. This company is a scam, and I will never purchase anything from this merchant, again.

So grateful to have a place I can shop a huge variety of fragrances that are difficult to find. Otherwear occasion I need to reach out for customer service they have been amazing as well. Have been shopping with FragranceX for years and will continue shopping and recommending to everyone for years to come.

I was looking for a certain fragrance but I could not remember the name, only what the box looked like and it looked very similar to the one I purchased. It was the wrong one and I still can't find it, but I do like the sent of the one I received.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way Fragrance X in handling my dispute. You guys used USPS to delivery packages, it shouldn't be my job to contact your carrier to request the 3-page delivery record. That should be the merchant's job. Also, if USPS is claiming they left an unattended package on my porch in NY, then they should be held liable if it wasn't received. I was billed $196.10 for something that wasn't received and Fragrance X is not doing anything about the matter, they are just trying to make this really stressful on me. If no one was home at the time they claim they made the delivery then why would they just leave almost $200 worth of merchandise on the street. Would you leave $200.00 on someone porch. I will call the BBB and write a review on this claim because this is not right. I already filed a claim with my credit card company.

I was working at Tekno Copy at Bellevue WA, when the woman I was helping handed out samples of the perfume and said that it was their new perfume. Ever since that day, I was hooked on this perfume. I bought a bigger bottle. This perfume was hard to find. I'm so happy that FragranceX has it. Thank you so much! I will continue to purchase.

I was satisfied with the service and the product and the delivery time, but I saw a print that said the item I ordered was $5.00 and some few cents but I paid $26or $27.00 for the one I got. So I don't know what happened there.

For the firat time, I used this site to purchase Dolce Garden. The price was great, and delivery was quick. The perfume smells great! Overall this was a great experience and I will be purchasing from this site again.

I thought the product and pricing was great... But... I didnt receive on the original ship date and then when the date was changed, I didn't receive on that day either. It was almost a week late from the original ship date.

It was easy to look up and choose what perfume was wanted. It was easy to place and pay for this order and it arrived with in 5 days of purchase. I am completely happy with this experience and it gots me feeling sexy...

I ordered 1 bottle of perfume and the company charged me with 3 different invoices (3 separate charges on my card) I reported it to my credit card company and they immediately turned off my credit card it took quite a few days on pending before 2 of the charges finally fell off
my credit card company had to removed the 3rd transaction and I had to wait 10 days for a new card I will never use this website ever again

I first tried Nanette Lepore's Beautiful Times through Scentbird but when I wanted to buy a full bottle, I was only able to find gift sets with lotion, which I didn't want for 3x as much as FragranceX. I was so excited to get an email from FragranceX that it was available to order and at a good price. My order came days earlier than expected and it's exactly the fragrance I remember in the original box. Fast shipping, easy checkout and product was just as expected. Will definitely order from FragranceX again!

So disappointed of beyond paradise estee laudeeer and the smells very odd! Never again!
I was happy to find they have 100 ml but the mn turned out that the perfume i ordered from other site was the original and the smell of their perfume was just fake.

This is my first time buying from this website, I was a little skeptical but after a couple of YouTube reviews I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. I'm so happy with my purchase and I'll be purchasing more fragrances from here in the future!

I've never had a problem with FragranceX it's why I've dealt with them for years and as long as they continue to carry my Fragrance I'll remain a satisfied customer. One thing I love is how FAST they ship my product out order it one day receive it the next now thats customer service. Sign me a Happy Customer.
