If you are looking for hard to find colognes, then FragranceX is your place. Never had any issues. And, yes you can get testers and they describe that in the order description before hand. I'd rather get testers than nothing at all on some of the really good colognes out there!
Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!
I purchased three fragrances and A day later I was notified that one of the fragrances was lost so they could only ship two of the three fragrances. This has happened before where I order three and only received two. I did receive a refund but I had a bad experience because if I was to order that third fragrance separately, I would have to pay for shippingWhich would have been free if they sent it in my original order.
I purchased Miss Boucheron eau du parfume and shower gel and body lotion from them for my daughters 20th birthday.
They arrived very quickly. They shower gel and body lotion came in good packaging and sealed in cellulose.
The scent, however, came opened, box damaged and 1 inch of scent missing. They told me to send them pics which I did. After looking at them they offered me 10% off. I asked them to replace the bottle of perfume and they outright refused and offered me a 15% discount off the order.
That was all I wanted was to have the scent replaced. They did not. I never got my money refunded either.

I made my first purchase on FragranceX for a perfume I have worn for years. The advertised picture is for the more expensive EDP but when you go to order, it is a tiny picture that you dont realize is for the cheaper EDT (pic1). They don't even sell the more expensive EDP version. I can go to multiple places and get the EDT version cheaper (pic2). I wrote the company and was advised "It's always a good practice to read the label of the perfume carefully before making a purchase to ensure it matches your expectations." My response would be it is always good business practice to put the actual picture of what you are selling and not a picture of a product that is not even available. Sephora, Macys, Walmart, etc dont seem to have this problem and use false advertising when selling and ONLY use picture of what they are actually selling. Shoddy and deceptive business practice. Will be returning.

The batch you send me this time is a fake one it doesn't smell as the club de nuit intense EDP original I have been using this EDP for years but this one smell other than the club de nuit intense. I am not happy with it, and I'm not buying again from Fragrance X. I'm disappointed.

I was looking for a particular fragrance and FragranceX had the best price which I was skeptical about because of how cheap it was, but after reading up on the site, listening to popular YouTubers I decided to take the plunge and oh boy, I'm so happy I did. I don't think I'm shopping anywhere else now. The price was amazing, shipping was fantastic, and best of all, the fragrance was 100% authentic.
My over all experience was ok. One of the perfumes I bought was mismarked. There was a different bottle inside of the box. I called right away and I'm surprised they wanted me to send it back before they sent me the bottle I ordered. I'm a really busy person and I work from home and I don't go out of the house much. So for me now have to box it back up and go to the UPS store is so inconvenient and hard for me to do. This is not my error it is there's. I work at 5 star hotels and this is not good customer service you take it and do a write off expecially since she asked for me to take a picture of the box with the perfume showing it was a different bottle and email it to her which I did. They should have just sent me out a new bottle right then and there.
I just told my story...the perfume in the box was different from what the box said. So I called right away and was asked to take a picture of the box and the bottle showing it was different and email it to her...I did. Then she told me I have to send it back. I'm a busy person that why I ordered online so this is inconvenient it been a week and I still have not mailed it back because I'm just to busy. This is not my fault she should have just said keep it and sent me on the bottle I ordered...I'm mad that I have to wait. I'm going out of town on business this week so yet another week it won't get mailed.

Very disapointed in the fact that I had to pay both local VAT, customs fees and shipping on my order though ithe site stated, at the time of purchase, that these charges were included.
If pricing had been correct, I would have shopped other places, as price incuding these charges became even more expensive than buying locally!

Great variety of products, easy to navigate. The mont blonc was awesome great smell love it, the coach is my signature scent so that's always great. Wasn't to much for the CK eternity not my cup of tea. I for got I didn't much that the last time I purchased.

I always half to wait about 5-6 days after I order to track my item, it always saids a shipping label was created and usps is awaiting item I would like for my phone temp to be on it's way by the 2nd day after irdering.

I ordered a product I was on the waitlist for that I received an email for that it was in stock. I placed the order on December 11, didn't receive any shipment updates as of 12/15/2020. I received a update on 12/19/2020, received the package at my door this morning (12/20/2020) and it wasn't at all what I'd ordered and what was suppose to have been shipped. I will ve returning the fragrance and this will be my only time ever using this website.
I love the Light Blue which I've purchased before. This is my wife's favorite. I also have purchased the Eternity Aqua before which I love this fragrance also. I was blown away by the Dolce & Gabanna Intenso. This is a must have for anyone serious about their fragrance collection. I also purchased the Polo Blue Eau De Parfum This was an excellent decision as well. Beautiful fragrance it is.

I ordered and paid for a 100ml bottle of perfume and received a 75ml bottle.
When I emailed them (I am in Australia) asking what they were going to do about it, they firstly wanted a photo of what i received, which I sent to them, then they proceeded to tell me the price was for the 75ml bottle (when clearly the order stated 100ml bottle with photo!)
A few emails were exchanged when the final one come asking me if I would like them to charge me another $9 for the current price of the 75ml bottle seeing that is what I received!
I have dealt with this company a few times over the last few years and had no reason to complain, but was totally blind sided by their lack of concern regarding my complaint.

I ordered perfume for my daughters birthday in middle of August. Still hadn't recieved it in the middle of September I enquired as to where it was. The girl Riza replied reasonably promptly and informed me they were checking into it and was checking with the carriers.
A week later recieved a refund as the product has been lost in transit. The delay has caused much angst as the present hadn; t arrived and they didn't even offer a slight discount for the inconvenience. Totally disallusioned withe professionalism and empathy from the company.
