If you are looking for hard to find colognes, then FragranceX is your place. Never had any issues. And, yes you can get testers and they describe that in the order description before hand. I'd rather get testers than nothing at all on some of the really good colognes out there!
Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!

I live out of the US and tried to buy my mother a Christmas gift, to be shipped to the US.
I had 2 payments put on hold, and was asked to go through a series of arcane steps to verify my card.
After a couple of hours of calls to my bank and FragX customer service, I gave up.
Thankfully I was able to make payment via PayPal the 2nd time, when I knew to put the correct delivery address in.
I have had a order in there since 12/14/2020 was promised it would arrive very fast. Promised full refund if I was not happy. NO PRODUCTS, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES OR EMAILS. "THEY JUST KEEP MY MONEY" shows it was shipped thru USPS but USPS claims they did not pick up.
Your prices are usually the best out there. Sometimes you have some things back ordered but overall you usually deliver a good price and product quickly

My daughter bought me a bottle of Bvlgari Goldea when she was in Italy and I loved it. When I started running low of this fragrance, I had to get more. FragranceX had the best price for the size I wanted and it didn't take "forever" to get it shipped to me.
The fragrances I prefer tend to be relatively pricey. After checking around, FragranceX seemed to have the perfumes I like for the best prices.

Fake perfume - purchased Burberry Black and when I opened the nozzle of the bottle to refill a smaller bottle to carry in my handbag I noticed that this was impossible as the nozzle was completely different.
I was "kindly" offered to return the bottle and get a refund MINUS 20% OFF as I haven't kept the original packaging. When I contacted dear old Sam from FrangranceX customer service to ask how could I have known the the perfume is fake WITHOUT opening the package, he kept repeating the same answer saying there is nothing they can do.

The worst customer experience ever, not sure what happened to these guys. I am yet to receive my order after spending $117. I have transacted with them 2 years before and the delivery was smooth, not sure what happened. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
