Two of the fragrances were not what I was expecting. The price was quite high for the size. Will be comparing prices with other sites on my next purchases

My order came really fast, and I was able to track it. The two fragrances smell really good. My husband loves them. Thank you, I will be ordering more!

I contacted customer service via email to let them know that one of the products I ordered leaked during shipping and i never received an email or call back

In November of 2014 I purchase what I thought was authentic L'eau Par Kenzo cologne. I was sent to sample bottles without tops. I used half of one bottle and BOTH bottles have gone bad NO SCENT AT ALL.

The company refused to make good on the purchase.

Have bought from fragrancex for the past few years, Sometimes a little slow in receiving my purchases but they always reply within 24hrs of any of my queries.

I have same perfume and use it for many year. I know what smell should be. This site said it should be 100% authentic product, that is why I ordered from them two of the same perfume. When I have received them they smelled different from original perfume (Smell like its HOMEMADE) and also the smell don't stay more 10 minutes.! THEY ARE FAKE! Its the same for 2 of them. I have lost money because I cant use this perfumes like this. THEY BELONGS IN THE GARBAGE CAN!

The price was good and there wasn't a shipping charge if you bought a certain amount which I did because I'm always going to need soap. The package was delivered much sooner than expected!

I was hesitant to order perfumes on-line and so held off for years. It seemed reviews on the net were pretty much all negative. It was only when I started asking people with whom I work that I got positive responses. Tellingly, both ordered via FragranceX. They had both ordered from other sites without problems, but their go-to was FragranceX. That convinced me to dip my toe into the water.
I ordered on May 6,2016. The order consisted of 3 testers of male fragrances I couldn't source here in Melbourne. The other was AMan at half the price I could obtain it here.
I tracked the order via the TNT website. It seemed to take 4 days to reach JFK but after that it went to Sydney and waited there over the weekend and then was delivered to Melbourne on Monday for a Tuesday delivery on May 17.
Three of the 4 perfumes were in boxes one was wrapped in bubble wrap. All were wrapped in thick bubble wrap and placed inside a small cardboard box.
I would rate the service as very good. One of my colleagues received her package in 5 days, but I would suggest 10 days from US to Melbourne is pretty impressive.

Would I use this service again? Certainly. I'm sure the people here who report problems are not making things up; people have bad experiences with all sorts of companies, but I can only report on my one, first-up experience. I'd say that you can order with confidence from FragranceX.

Though I love the perfumes I ordered, I didn't pay attention to the size, so I was just a wee bit disappointed at the tiny bottle. But other than that, it's great. And it got here quick!

Shopping was very easy and came quickly! I made the mistake of buying a scent I'd never smelled before, and I don't care for it but it's by no fault of the business. I would definitely recommend!

Quick response and good customer service. The Green Tea Deodorant by Elizabeth Arden my favorite been using it for 7yrs and I only buy it from Fragrance X, I enjoy getting always discounted price. Love Fragrance X and Thank You.

I sent an e-mail at 9:00pm for some issue regarding my payment the next morning at 9:00am Fragrance X replied me and resolve the issue.

So far, so good.
Better prices than FragranceNet.
But, I have been able to acquire several colognes much cheaper on EBay. (spent about $250 and would have been about $289 from your site!)

Love the fragrance and the company that sent it. But UPS dampened my excitement and experience by making me go pick it up. Won't be ordering from company again due to this issue.

This was my first time ordering with FragranceX. I found the perfume I wanted right away, couldn't believe how low the price was, ordered and received it only 2 days later. 100% satisfied.

I am a perfume collector and I have ordered atleast 7 times from you guys, (I use different accounts but under the same name Dawit Tessema). As always I am really happy with this company and will continue being loyal to fragnancex. Incase you ask me what you guys should add 8n the future is that for clients like me who orders 50+ perfumes per year, please add few samples. This will encourage clients like me to discover more scents and portends more sells for you guys.
