If you are looking for hard to find colognes, then FragranceX is your place. Never had any issues. And, yes you can get testers and they describe that in the order description before hand. I'd rather get testers than nothing at all on some of the really good colognes out there!
Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!
My first time, let's see, it was great. I received my order when it said. And it was a bigger bottle then I thought. Definitely will buy again and recommend to all my family and friends.

In my opinion this cent is classy, a breath of fresh air. It is delicate yet it lingers. It is fresh but contains some warmth and it is sweet however not overwhelming. I love it.
