Ordered product with 2 day shipping on Dec 12 2023. It is Dec 22 and the product has still not arrived for Christmas. Emailed and called serveral times and they kept saying it is under investigation with UPS. I went to the UPS site and they are not investigating. I did all the legwork and the product is still not here. Asked them to send me out an overnight shipment so the perfume would be here for Xmas. They refused. They cannot even tell me how long this will be investigated to get a refund or another product. Tried to cancel after 11 days with no product and they will not. I had to make 3 phone calls and a couple of emails to even get them to refund the 2 day shipping even though they could claim that from UPS for non-fulfillment of the contract. They could have also put a return to sender on the product and sent me a another bottle. This company is no focused on customer service.

Worst service possible. Didn't get item I paid for. Lost a lot of time calling them. They will provide bunch of unreasonable excuses why they don't ship item. Answer was rude that they don't guarantee any shipping. Looks more like scum for me than a retailer. Be careful.

I had my second purchase detained at Customs and it appears that the commercial invoice company's data for my purchase did not match and that I had to send the information and financial transactions, which Fragrancex does not do. I sent it but to date no response...; But fragrancex doesn't give up my money because it understands that it is not obliged to provide commercial invoices for the sales it

Did research, read reviews. Purchased tester, came in a cardboard box. Not pretty packaging, but served its purpose and the product appears to be authentic. Compared to dept store where the prices are 2 to 3 times as much the smell is the same and longevity.

Listen first off bought stuff for years from them never a problem. Last week I get a delivery bottle is broke they tell me to take pictures I do that they said box looks dry it's not our fault. So I have never had an issue with something broken. So I took the box dumped a cup of water in it 20 min later box is bone dry. I'm sorry but they should replace a broken item. So it's sad because a great company should have replaced it especially when I have never had an issue with any returns with anything. So I'm disputing charge why should I posed 50.00

Just terrible experience from A-Z.
First they shipped my package with the wrong courier. Then they shipped it again 4 days later with the correct courier (DHL), but the package got stuck in Germany for some reason and could not be released.
I'm now chasing FragranceX for a refund, but their customer support is SO poor that they just provide you with generic and unhelpful answers.
This was my first and last purchase with them for sure. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy from FragranceX.

Terrible service! They neither delivered my order nor refunded my money and now they're saying I'll be charged 5.99 USD. Total scam. They expect you to sit and move nowhere waiting 24/7 in case their courier might come. They do not respond to queries or try to resolve the issue either. Just avoid at all cost and look for better alternative especially if you're ordering out of US.

As always - great service, fast shipping, perfect packaging, friendly customer service. Just for you to understand- I'm fragrance collection and order perfume every other week. I've never had any problems with this company. Thank you!

One time, accidentally I ordered the same perfume twice. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They immediately responded and as soon as I send it back, they gave me my money back. Great customer service as always. Thank you.

Very much disappointed, haven't got my order since September, more than 5 month now. Several e-mails keep saying me, it will arrive soon and it is probably being held on customs for security reasons. La Petite Robe Noire by Guerlain, total cost 66.38$.
Never will recommend anyone, just will continue leaving my negative feedbacks till my problem is solved.

I like the fact that I'm purchasing authentic fragrances at a discounted price, but I wish they were new. The perfumes I've received so far seemed only 95% full, as if previously opened and sprayed. :(

Some inquiries are replied to and some aren't. It's hard to tell.

Love the selection and speedy delivery just wish they could send out samples to be able to smell some items before purchase especially people like me that constantly buy multiple items on their website.

Nice selection of fun, harder to find designer fragrances at very reasonable prices. Great shipping time, too! I've bought from them three times so far and will continue to do so. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordering was easy. Product base note is alcohol that dries to a dry astringent cologne type scent. It's gingery, but not in a sweet way. I personally enjoy it but haven't received any compliments or complaints about the scent from anyone else, so far.

Great prices. It's in your best interest to check out FragranceX before buying retail because, more often than not, you will find a better deal. I really like how I can track my order, know where it is and exactly when it arrives.

Purchased Abercrombie cologne end January, received sometime in February. Paid $170. Opened the bottle in April. Didn't smell like Abercrombie, and the lid doesn't fit properly. Clearly a fake. I emailed the company who offered me 15% of my money back. What a joke. Disgraceful. Don't touch their stuff. Wish I'd read all the negative reviews before purchasing!

I immediately loved the fragrance when I smelled it. If you want a smell that will make your man smell like a snack, then this is it! So easy to order and it didn't take long for my package to come in. Also got it gift wrapped and it was cute.

I have been ordering several colognes in last 6 months for my collection. Item and delivery has been very good. By the way... Your survey literally will only allow for 4 stars for each "shopping experience" and "product". Not sure what that is all about?!?!

I usually order from them but last time i ordered 5 perfumes. 3 of them same brand bud different scents, one of them came without label no name nothing! I emailed them with pictures and they said it's not fake! How come

Awesome experience, no hassle, arrived ahead of schedule, fair pricing,, I will buy all of my perfume, lotion, body wash, colognes here. If your on a budget, but like designer fragrance give it a try you will be amazed!

Simple easy great product and was not very expensive for good quality. I will highly recommend this to anyone looking wanting name brand product at bargain price. Can't beat this service. Only thing I would change is this survey forcing you to write 30 words here. That really pisses me off!
