First time ordering here. This stuff isn't cheap but it's a rare gift to myself. Be nice to have some coupons or discounts on my next order. Or an option to buy a smaller more affordable size bottle. During this crisis money is extremely tight. Great looking bottle, great cologne, arrived in good time.

I love this site! I've ordered numerous times and all products have been genuine! Great testers at cheap prices too which I just refill my original bottles with, I've had Agnew different fragrances which I already love and would be able to tell if fake! They have not they have always been real and quick with shipping within 2 weeks! I can't understand the bad reviews hopefully it won't happen to me and i can keep using this fab site :))

Although the order was placed and mailed early it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I realize that it was not the company'a fault, but that of the USPS. Can't really rate fragrance because haven't had the experience of using them and giving the others as a gift to see what they think. Prices are great though!

Saw an advertisement pop up in my social media pages. Thought I would see if there was the really old perfume my mother loves for sale and found it really quick! Fingers crossed it comes in good condition.

I was skeptical at first, but this is the only place I have been able to find my husband's favorite cologne. We bought it on our honeymoon cruise and haven't been able to find it since 2014. That is until now! Thank you so very much! He was quite ecstatic after getting this for his birthday since we had such a hard time finding it after he ran out years ago.

Site had awesome array of scents at fantastic prices. What was even better was the claim of fast shipping so that orders would arrive before Christmas. I placed my order before the 12/20 cutoff and just received my package today. I was unable to reach anyone by phone and no one would respond to my email inquiries. So be forewarned... prices are low but customer service totally sucks!

I have been buying perfumes from this website for over 6 years and I was very impressed with their products. However, since last year, all the perfumes I have bought have been very disappointing. I wear them and smell good. Within an hour I cannot smell anything like I am wearing a perfume. Before, my perfumes would last forever, not anymore. This is the last time I am buying from them, because I cannot trust their products any more. I have been telling friends about it, but I am now changing my mind. I am greatly disappointed!

Had Two Orders Worth Around $400 CAD. Didn't liked the products and initiated a return knowing that they will charge $10 for return lable. Sent the parcels back and delivered. After More than two weeks no refund received. Contacted them and they told me that i will receive refund and taxes will not be refunded. This is the first company i had to deal with which doesn't refund your taxes stating that they pay taxes to customs and they are non-refundable. Contacted the customs department they asked for an import slip or landing bill or some sort of information related to parcels to proceed with Customs tax refund but this crap company doesn't even provide any information related to my parcels to proceed with customs process. Lost Around $90 CAD for no reason including Return label and Taxes. And they don't have anything related to non-refundable taxes on their website. Total scam, if you need to return items get ready to lose money.

I used PayPal to pay for my order on this website and they cancelled my order stating I need to use my credit card on their website. They didn't even notify me that they cancelled my order, I only happen to find out when I inquired about the delay they stated they issued a refund. In addition, they also passed along my email address to other companies. This company is unethical and a scam. Don't provide them your information they will sale it without your permission. Plus if you notice only good reviews are posted. It's not odd it's misleading this will not get posted because they are most likely going to discard this review. They don't even answer phones for authentic customer service.

I found the items I wanted quickly. When I went to pay for items, I was given an extra small discount that made my day. Everything arrived in protective packaging. I'm very pleased and already getting compliments.

All of my purchases of fragrances from FrangranceX have arrived either on time or early. I'm delighted with the incredible array of fragrances this company offers, even ones that I can find no where else. Bravo! FrangranceX!

Bought Viva La Juicy Gold Couture and smell horrible. I sprayed it at the back of my hands and it was oily and greasy and not smell like the genuine perfume.
My bath and body works mist smell better and last longer than this perfume.

Don't buy in Fragrance X it's just a waste of money.

Fantastic buying experience as always. Dior homme intense is a beast! The only thing I am dissatisfied with is the gift wrapping fragrancex uses now. They used to give you these beautiful, sophisticated looking gift boxes when you requested them. Now when you buy a gift box, all you get is a fabric bag. It is very cheesy in my opinion and I actually ended up just throwing it away and going to buy some gift wrap materials from the store to wrap it myself. In the grand scheme of things it isn't a big deal. I will continue buying my fragrances from fragrancex.com!

I ordered 2 items from this website and did not receive them yet though the delivery company claimed it was delivered. Their phone number is fake and u can never ever get a hold of anyone. Very bad company and God bless my soul i will never ever order from them anymore.

Large selection, easy site to navigate, timely delivery. All the products I have ordered are "new/fresh" not old where the fragrance is off... like rancid olive oil, for example. I switched from purchasing at a major department store to Fragrance X for a reliable product.

Thought the prices were good, quoted for p&p but beware, what they don't explain is that apparently customs randomly check parcels coming into the country and therefore may charge extra duty and taxes! Why this is done randomly I don't know.

I spent way too much on blind buys. I got 2 colognes as gifts and luckily they were well received but I wish I had just spent my money instead on a MK perfume. I'll hopefully choose more wisely when making my scent selections and there is a strong chance I'll purchase from fragranceX again.
