I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They received my return on June 16 and said they will try to give me a refund as soon as possible and today is July 10 (literally almost a month) and I still didn't get my refund. They never responded to my email and they put you on hold forever if you attempt to call customer service, you're not gonna speak to anyone and you're not get your refund so don't ever buy online from this place, it's guaranteed you will get a refund if you buy from them in person instead.
I ordered a M of a dolman top. I returned it because it was too big. I ordered an XS of the same item. It is exactly the same size. In total, I will have paid $30 for shipping and returns for items that are "one-size-all" but sold (lying to the customer) as if they are different sizes. There is a reason for why there is not a customer review option on their website because clearly they are just scamming people.
I thought there were a few nice things there, but certainly not nice enough for the prices. The fabric of the clothing was cheap and not worth the $60 that most items went for. The main issue i encountered was customer service. I found one thing on clearance for around $5 I really liked. They were having a clearance sale of buy 1 get 1 for $1. The register woman told asked if I wanted to pick something out for $1 so I did and she charged the $45 of the thing I picked she said would be $1 and made the $5 shirt a $1 item. I walked out confused, turned right back around... And returned that item. It wasn't worth $45 on clearance. Was originally like $80 something. Honestly didn't like the scam approach. I understand that the store might require her to use the higher-priced item to make the sale work in their favor but she shouldn't have received me by telling me if I picked out another thing it would be $1
Cheap quality clothing and return policy sucks. I had a sweater that I washed based off the instructions and after 1 wash and 1 wear it was pilling all over and not wearable. I also went to return something but lost the tag, but had the receipt and they wouldn't take it back. I wanted to take it back because it was the same material as the other cheap sweater. Just save your money and buy clothes elsewhere where it will hold up after 1 wear and 1 wash
I visited the Jensen beach store when I was in the Us from the UK and I do have to say I had the best experience. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. I couldn't recommend visiting this store any more. The store was really clean and I could easily find what I wanted. I'll be back for sure!
Every time I order from this site I'm disappointed with the product. I've tried at least three times, each order having a few items and I always end up returning them. I did keep one shirt, and it started to unravel after two washes. Ever notice how nothing on their site is reviewable? Yeah I've realized there is a reason why. Don't waste your money or time.
Normally I don't bother to leave reviews like this but I'm kinda disappointed. I ordered 10 items from Francesca's website during their semi annual sale and paid for all 10 but only received 9/10 items. My order delivered on a Friday and they don't open again until Monday and customer service is only available during business hours as well of course. I sent an email so hopefully I'll have someone get back to me soon and make sure this issue is resolved.
Due to their sale, I was able to buy two nice summer dresses online for only $26! I was a little hesitant to order online because of the reviews I read, but I decided to see for myself and place an order. The package arrived to my house about 4 business days after ordering. The only problem was that I was unable to track my package (something they claim you can do on their website) but I anyways got the package within their 4-7 business days time frame, so I'm not too upset. I will definitely be ordering/shopping here again.
I need to cancel and order that took wayyyy too long to ship and I have emailed over 5 times and no response from customer service. They will not also answer the phone and stores are no help. DONT SHOP HERE
I was attracted to the store because they seemed to have a slightly different inventory than a few in the mall. I made a purchase of 2 for $25 in earrings. One pair was a patterned stone with wires. One by one, both stone pieces detached themselves - leaving the shell of the earring dangling from my lob (in only a few months). Mind you, I have a variety of earrings so I did not wear these every day -- Obviously, cheaply made. Unless you have money to waste, keep yours in your pocket.
