Thank you so much Fraser Engines, for helping me get over the 5.4 3 valve cam phaser blues... I done my homework on looking for a new improved 5.4 and I found it at Fraser Engines... All the upgrades that were done on their engines made it more easy to breathe knowing they have corrected all the problems that Ford did not... I went to Ford dealership where I live, and they wanted $6800 to put new engine in and I ordered mine from Fraser and had a shop to install and still all under $5000. Thank you very much Fraser Engines, I will be a repeat customer and telling all my friends. Now my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT runs like a new one.
Bad people at this so called business very rude and try to void warranty even before engine is installed! Lied to not honest business
The staff is so lazy and totally rude. The seller refuse to sell me anything because according to him I was just looking for a cheaper price. I totally would prefer to pay more and not buy from Fraser. He even referred me to Jasper Engines because I needed to pay more according to him. I have never had this experience on any other business, I thought it was a joke.
I ordered an engine from Fraser, and not only did it get shipped out 3 weeks after I was told it would be. It came in with 2 bad cylinders. I was told that 1 of the techs would reach out to my installer, but nothing yet. Their customer service sucks. You can't reach anyone personally you have to leave a message and wait 2 to 3 days for someone to get back to you with a half $#*! answer. The sales department made sure they called and called you constantly until they got your money, but the warranty department and the customer service really needs work. I was planning on ordering a transmission from them, but now that won't happen. I was al so planning on referring a couple of people to them, but again that won't happen.

I will try my hardest not to use foul language so my review can get poster, but this company is horrible. Yes the sales department is very aggressive and will make sure THEY call you and hound you until the order is complete, but after that... RADIO SILENCE! I ordered an engine and by the end of June it finally came and was installed. By the time I got it home I could here that there was a problem. I contacted the company immediately and have been waiting on them to contact my mechanic to get my claim started. It is now Aug. 9th and I'm still waiting for an answer from the comPany. There customer service SUCKS as you are never able to speak to anyone directly. You have to leave a message with these clueless people who's only job is to take the message and lord knows if it's passed on. This is a piss poor way to treat customers that are spending this much money with this company
I am still trying to get an engine from these people however they do have a rude customer service named Anthony who wants to sell you the highest thing possible probably trying to get a very good commission but not my dime with that ugly attitude. I will be reporting him today. This ashore told me that they did not have anymore engines because I would not let him direct me to the highest price he would not answer any of my questions he told me that I was argumentive because I wanted to ask questions. I that $#*! don't like his job then he need to quite. I will be calling again to see If could talk to his supervisor and to see if I could finish conducting business with the appropriate people. As of right now I going to give this business at least 2 stars only because of that rotten apple they have in their company.
The response was great during the process but f buying the engine but once it was paid for we have yet to get any information and every time we call they take our name and number and never call back. We also have left emails to let us know what's going on and still no answer back. This engine is For our Church bus so we can get our kids to church. I have some everything to try and get answers but have failed.
When attempting to get a quote the person responsible for providing one wasn't real happy having a consumer inquire about the product……. I asked for clarification on what does Remanufactured mean to me as a consumer, having never needed this service ….( I'm NOT a mechanic I wanted to see it in writing what constitutes a remanufactured engine regarding parts of said engine? The reply was " you are complicating this quote"…. With no other response…. Yea, definitely want to business with you guys…………not…

Was told engine would ship April 8th when that didn't happen was told April 15th. Emailed the Fraser again I got the same response will look into it and get back to you. I was told someone would call me today with answers and nothing! Copy of my last email ( I am giving this to my VP, Paul. I am not getting correct information from our shop and I am getting frustrated. I can only imagine the headache this is causing you. I will have Paul reach out to Lanny and find out what is going on. Either myself or Paul will call you directly tomorrow with more information.)

Delivered late. Delivered incomplete parts, delivered defective engine. 3 months at shop they finally requested shop to send engine back. Timing and compression issues. To be continued... ordered mid january, delivered mid feb... its now May. Read your warranty. You void their warranty without authorization.
We are a service shop and after doing 3 warranty jobs for them, we refuse to do another. They take months to approve a claim, months to pay a claim and are a complete headache to deal with. The last job took 6 months for them to approve and 2 months to pay. And then they waited till after the job was done and vehicle delivered to tell us they were only paying half of the labor. Never again
Purchased a motor and I can not get a hold of anyone to find out the order status. It is really weird that you have to text the customer service department... no good service at all. I am worried that i have been scammed.

Ordered motor on or around 12/18/21 took almost two months to get said motor that was told was in stock motor was installed by a shop new water pump new hoses flushed system before install of motor not even 3k miles on motor oil pressure is low they said pull motor and return to them they have had motor for several weeks I called Ed says motor had been very hit which is bs I drove my truck to the shop which is 60 miles away at highway speeds no problem just worried about low oil pressure my digital gauge never showed o sr heating at any time and gauge read same as manual gauge did at the shop

Horrible company to deal with, worst customer service ever by "Paul" and one of the owners, they sent me 4 bad engines I've been dealing with this issue for 8 months now, I even took the vehicle to the dealer to get it diagnosed on my own expense and they told me the engine had no compression and gave me a report that was sent to Paul, when I sent back the engines they told me our analysis company didn't find anything wrong with the engines and we cant pay you labor warranty, also told me they going to refund me for the bad engine but never got my money back.

Purchased engine and transmission and extended (life) warranty... small problem, after about 30k miles, leak coming from transmission in two places. Placed several calls and told a message will be given to Paul and have him call me back. He actually did call me back once requesting numbers off the transmission that I do not have. He indicated he would call me back, several days go by, no call. I called him... again, will get him a message is what I hear... no return call; called again, will get him a message and again, no return call; call him again, will get him a message etc... I feel I am being avoided and the problem is so small... makes me wonder if they will be there for us if we have a component failure... no real confidence.

They are scamming people they will never send you anything and you will be stuck paying it you are financing. I have been asking for a sime update on my status since June 1st and they literally Have not responded to me once.
And I just got a message from them saying that they canceled my order and that they're done with me and that they broke their back for me when they literally have done nothing for me and I'm stuck paying for absolutely nothing! Trust me don't use them!
I have try to work with Fraser Engines for about 2 weeks? Week 1 call to ask questions and the person seem to have a an attitude? No biggie so i went on line so some one can call me back they was cool so like everyone i went looking around for quotes? Can back and was told someone will call you back in 15min. 4 day laters i said ok put in a purchase again was on hold and no one answer so i hung up. Call back at 5:30 pm 5/12/21 and i was told they can"t hear me? So i hung up? So i will go with another company that is cheaper i just have to wait 8 weeks. You guys either need more help but customer service is customer service and no one or company should go through this.

First let me say i commend the entire team at Frasier engine.
A couple of months ago the engine in my dodge went out. After some searching i called frasier they had one on hand spoke with john( he was very nice) I puchased the engine was here in 3 days installed it had a little problem so the dealership and i called the warranty department spoke to paul (another extremly nice person)located another engine got in a about a week its now installed and runs great no problems. I will certianly recommend them and do my business with them. It took a couple of months in all and paul the vp with the warranty department stayed in touch the whole time. They deserve 10 stars. Being patient pays in the end.Thank you for all your dedication everyone.

I am so disappointed with this company. I just bought a engine my husband installed it. The check engine light stays on. I called to ask what to do they told us to take it to a shop to be diagnosed. We'll we took it to a chevy dealer. They didn't like they keep telling my husband we told you told to take it to a dealer. You would think they would want it to be inspected by a authorized GM service department. Paid for the extra warranty. The issue is the timing which is inside the engine so it's nothing we did. Fraiser is only going to pay for 2 hours of labor at $50 an hour. This is not our fault it came to us messed up. Not sure who else I can talk to. I keep asking for a service manager to call yet some lady keeps calling back saying I told you not to take it to a delaer. Not what you said was you don't have to take it to a dealer. My husband said oh no its going to a dealer to be properly fixed. This is ridiculous and disgusting. The turn around time for answers is also crap.
I replaced the engine in my 2005 Ford F150 5.4L and it runs better then it did when i first bought the vehicle! Customer service was fantastic and it was so much easier and cheaper then going through the dealer. 5 stars for fraser!
I purchased a motor from them in Sept and it never came so I called them in December 2021asking where my motor is at and some $#*! tells me that they have 8 of my engine on order and if I dont wanna wait he will cancel my order and give it to the next guy when they get parts. I said no I've been waiting over 3 months. So he says he will keep the order in place. He hangs up and five minutes later he calls me back and said oh man we found a whole box of parts and it will be done friday, first week of December. Doesnt show till December 23, shipping tag said it wasn't even from fraser it was from texas, lie, lie, lie. So the mechanic puts it in and its messed up and wont run right. Now its February and havent recieved a call or a resolution for the problems. Basically this company belong out of business. Crooks and dont stand behind $#*!!
Bought an engine that was bad from the start. That's what warranties are for. I began calling in December of 2021 for warranty support. It is now June 27th 2022 and Istill do not have an engine I can use. I have a claim number. I have called multiple times (20+). I have been refered to a supervisor. Still no call backs and no communication. Do not subject yourself to this frustration. I have a copy of the paid receipt but the system won't let me upload it for some reason. This is legit. I never do this kind of thing but my frustration level is boiling over.

Poor communication: they don't respond to emails, phone calls, and they'll loop you into a customer service agent that doesn't help you one bit; basically a messenger. Then don't expect to receive a phone call back in regards to it thereafter either. Yes the phone calls are long as customer service wants everything from you but your social security number!
Then you'll get a text message offering you $10 for your review. IT'S FAKE, THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ANYTHING. Don't waste your time with this fake company, they'll do nothing but burn your time on an engine job!

She purchased a motor from this company and thought we had made a great decision because we purchased the motor warranty. We have had this motor replaced once and repaired costing $1,444.77 in recent repairs. My husband travels for work and on his journey to work in Grain Valley, Mo it failed again leaving him with only the option to find a ship there which is 10 hours away from our home leaving us with another 400.00 in rental car expenses. You would think that if you purchase a warranty that you would feel secure not a chance I was told by Paul that his supervisor had approved him to pay this invoice and haven't spoken to him since. I was contacted almost immediately upon submitting my request and was given a verbal quote and was told I would receive a written quote via email. Inital verbal qoute was given but did not receive the written one as of yet.
So initially I called them because I did not want to do the back & forth of email, just wanted to get a price. It appears that they use a phone service to screen their calls because they said someone would call me back with a price. After 3 days, still no call back. They did return my phone call with an email that looks like spam stating "Follow up. Follow up. Follow up, We will match or beat any competitor's price" That was fine. So I replied with several questions, as well as, letting them know that I was down to 2 choices & told them what the other company gave me for a price. They replied with the same form email with no additional info. Now I'm getting upset. I'm simply looking to get an engine as quickly & cheaply as possible to get my business back up & running. I am stressed out enough already because Mercedes Benz is choosing not to honor their warranty and now I have this company playing childish games. So this was my reply "If you guys don't want the business just let me know. I am making a decision today. Thank you" Guess what they do? Reply with the same form email with the addition "Lol" What kind of a business does this type of stuff? Engine working great so far. They did a great job of delivery and picking up old broken engine. They gave my installer all the information he needed to get it done.
