Purchased a rebuilt engine in October got installed November by mechanic. Drove one mile and engine wasn't running right. Took back to shop called Fraser they had the mechanic perform all kind of test to finally decide we needed to return it four weeks later. Returned and they determined that it somehow hydro-static lock from some outside source. We are out over $10,000 on this engine, install, take out, send back and they won't honor any type of warranty. It was installed by licensed mechanic. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. JASPER IS MORE EXPENSIVE BUT WILL COVER THEIR WARRANTY.
Hello, been trying to get my Engine warranty for the past 3 days I have called and emailed them still nobody returned my call or email. Soon I call sale it's like a quick button that they don't want anything to do with you, but they don't have a problem selling you new stuff but warranty they run away from there customers and the customer are always right and must take care of your customer to keep your customers to come back to you. So you put your product out there I suggest take care of your customer and do the right thing.
I purchased an engine for $5000 and it has a valve tap in less then 3500 miles. Now I am dealing with the warranty company. Not good so far. I will give an update soon. I have no problem removing my bad review if they stand by there product.
I called Fraser engines to purchase an engine for my 2014 Ford f350. John said it was in stock. Paid $******* on 10/26/22. Promised it was shipped, to arrive every week on Wednesday since. Nothing. Very slow replies. Just want what I paid for. Order #*******, its been a month. Ive spent $2800 in car rental fees still no engine. Very poor service. They were recommended to me from someone that used them 6 years ago.
Very poor service. One week after initiating a claim and nothing. Very poor customer service. I have owned a shop for 40 years and NEVER had such problems getting a company to warranty their product. About ready to just return it and get another manufacturer. I have two other vehicles in the shop in need of a transmission and do you think I will give them a chance to quote it? Yeah right! NO!

Didn't receive my oil pan and oil sump upon arrival of new engine. Hard to get refund. Main engine seal blew first week. Took almost 2 months for the warranty to payout for my claim. Down right horrible. Customer Service is horrible. Can't get anyone on the phone. Email response turn around is days and weeks if any. Still waiting on my refund. I bought my engine July 2022. I had it shipped to Texas. January 2023 paid $1100 to replace rear main seal and lifters. Horrible experience. I also had and still have lifter ticking. Again, horrible experience for $5K.
Don't buy from them! It's not worth it!
I will try my hardest not to use foul language so my review can get poster, but this company is horrible. Yes the sales department is very aggressive and will make sure THEY call you and hound you until the order is complete, but after that... RADIO SILENCE! I ordered an engine and by the end of June it finally came and was installed. By the time I got it home I could here that there was a problem. I contacted the company immediately and have been waiting on them to contact my mechanic to get my claim started. It is now Aug. 9th and I'm still waiting for an answer from the comPany. There customer service SUCKS as you are never able to speak to anyone directly. You have to leave a message with these clueless people who's only job is to take the message and lord knows if it's passed on. This is a piss poor way to treat customers that are spending this much money with this company
Was told engine would ship April 8th when that didn't happen was told April 15th. Emailed the Fraser again I got the same response will look into it and get back to you. I was told someone would call me today with answers and nothing! Copy of my last email ( I am giving this to my VP, Paul. I am not getting correct information from our shop and I am getting frustrated. I can only imagine the headache this is causing you. I will have Paul reach out to Lanny and find out what is going on. Either myself or Paul will call you directly tomorrow with more information.)
Ordered motor on or around 12/18/21 took almost two months to get said motor that was told was in stock motor was installed by a shop new water pump new hoses flushed system before install of motor not even 3k miles on motor oil pressure is low they said pull motor and return to them they have had motor for several weeks I called Ed says motor had been very hit which is bs I drove my truck to the shop which is 60 miles away at highway speeds no problem just worried about low oil pressure my digital gauge never showed o sr heating at any time and gauge read same as manual gauge did at the shop
They are scamming people they will never send you anything and you will be stuck paying it you are financing. I have been asking for a sime update on my status since June 1st and they literally Have not responded to me once.
And I just got a message from them saying that they canceled my order and that they're done with me and that they broke their back for me when they literally have done nothing for me and I'm stuck paying for absolutely nothing! Trust me don't use them!
First let me say i commend the entire team at Frasier engine.
A couple of months ago the engine in my dodge went out. After some searching i called frasier they had one on hand spoke with john( he was very nice) I puchased the engine was here in 3 days installed it had a little problem so the dealership and i called the warranty department spoke to paul (another extremly nice person)located another engine got in a about a week its now installed and runs great no problems. I will certianly recommend them and do my business with them. It took a couple of months in all and paul the vp with the warranty department stayed in touch the whole time. They deserve 10 stars. Being patient pays in the end.Thank you for all your dedication everyone.

Best costumer service john was very helpful explaing things my engine was shipped and delivered right on time i would recommend them to anyone looking for engine.when i seen my product i new they know what there doing. If you want the best call fraser engines talk to john.
Thanks fraser engines for beig there. Thank you john
Bought engine and transmission for customers vehicle both appeared great up until 480 miles into breaking and the transmission failed and no longer pulled. They replaced transmission but refuse to pay labor rates per warranty claim. Their arguement is transmission works as should on bench tester installer at fault. I have emails text messages and phone calls where a ceo and vice president of the company stated they would fix this and pay what was due. 2 months after still nothing. But a bunch of lies. I don't recommend buying from them unless you don't want a warranty or don't mind paying labor multiple times because they don't honor it
Ordered an engine and processed card payment. Cannot get an answer from customer service as to when the order will be here or if they are even working on my order. Called for 11 business days now and still have yet to get a call back about any new status updates. I know things are tough and supply chain sucks right now, however communication seems to be a HUGE issues here. Working in the automotive aftermarket myself I have reason to believe I'm getting the run around and that I will have to figure out some other place to buy my engines moving forward.
After my engine purchase I noticed on the invoice that engines no longer include the "free" installation kit as their on-line advertising states. When I called customer service to inquire about purchasing the installation kit( necessary for engine install) I can't seem to get an answer from sales. Two E-mails later... still no price quote or availability status. When you do reach a real person it seems like they can't wait to get you off the phone line. They seem to prefer text messaging & E-mail responses over an actual phone call. I am hoping that the engine meets their advertising.
The sales department spoke to three different employees, they all have the same attitude, I do not care. One of the times I called back, I told them their attitude and customer service was as sorry as you can get. He said they were not there for customer service, that they were there to sell engines. I finally was able to get someone to talk to me about warranty in what the motor came with, it was like pulling teeth. When I started questioning locations, he said he did not have to put up with this, that they were sold out. So I am looking at going with Jasper Engines.com. I am not affiliated with Jasper Engines, but I rather pay a little bit more and get quality service, Parts, and warranty.

Salesman are rude and disrespectful. Treat you as a nuisance or a bother. I had a few questions and it took me almost a week to get through. Kept saying they would call me back and never did. I was told they have 2 million orders A-day me spending $5000 plus his low hanging fruit thats a small order for them. I'm not sure how the the motor will run if I can ever place it. They did offer financing that was easy and simple Was approved in minutes. But since the approval to actually place the order has taken me 2 days Any order still not placed I'm waiting on a call back. They told me 5 minutes It has been over an hour and a 1/2 now. I called back once they put me through to a call service who informed me they probably would not call me back today.
This company is the worst business i have ever dealt with. They did refund my money after assuring me the motor was there and on the way. I think the sales guy was Mike super rude and no one ever did what they said they would do after several attempts to get this resolved and laugh out loud the text wow what a joke will never ever call them again... Kevin
Thank you so much Fraser Engines, for helping me get over the 5.4 3 valve cam phaser blues... I done my homework on looking for a new improved 5.4 and I found it at Fraser Engines... All the upgrades that were done on their engines made it more easy to breathe knowing they have corrected all the problems that Ford did not... I went to Ford dealership where I live, and they wanted $6800 to put new engine in and I ordered mine from Fraser and had a shop to install and still all under $5000. Thank you very much Fraser Engines, I will be a repeat customer and telling all my friends. Now my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT runs like a new one.
THIS IS THE PLACE when you need your engine asap... and it has to be right. Come here. They were Very Professional i am totally satisfied with my 5.7 hemi engine my car is the car all of my family wants to ride in now... thank you so much for all you do
Fraser Engines sold me a DIY motor, within a few thousand miles, had significant compression problems. Got a second motor from Fraser and this time they made us use a shop to install. Within 400 miles on the second replacement motor, it failed. Upon inspection at the shop, the motor was built incorrectly. Now Fraser doesn't want to address the build quality problems on the 2nd bad motor and wants to stick me with the bill again. I've been without my vehicle since the middle of December (5 months) on the 2nd failed motor. If you are in the market for a replacement motor, I would strongly discourage using Fraser Engines. Both engine failures were mechanical, not due to install. The Fraser tech told me on the first failed motor (with loss of compression) that the problem was ethanol in the fuel.

Answer: Do not do business with this company! Anthony told me he couldn't hold my engine. Pay tomorrow did not cancel the payment and now Fraser will not return the money. Dealng with Anthony is impossible; he is rude and obnoxious. Now I am going to get an attorney and probably fly to Michigan for a lawsuit.
