Flagship kept me updated through the entire process from placing the order to delivery. Customer service assited with ensuring I ordered the the correct model and provided the key learning instructions. So far the Yukon is operating like it did when new.
Ordered ECM for 2013 Chevy Equinox on 9/28/24. Received it a few days later and tried to install. It was not Plug and Play as stated. Had to call 3 different times for instructions to program key. Kept getting wrong instructions. Have called multiple times because it would not work and was given the same information every time. They are dragging their feet with an answer on what to do! I finally called today and said I want a refund! The Rep said I had to pay shipping and a charge of $85. I told her I am not paying anything to return a part that I was assured was going to work! When you have to call a company so many times because the part isn't working, it should not be my responsibility to pay anything! The Rep did send a prepaid label to return and if I don't receive my full refund, I will be making calls to the Attorney General's office. This is not great customer service by making me responsible for a guaranteed part! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered a PCM for 2002 Ford F-150 using the VIN for match. Everything worked great and came quickly will definitely use if future again if needed.

I bought an ECM module for a 2003 Durango in 2017 and had a great experience. When I called, th eguys at the shop spoke with me, had a quick turnaround. GREAT! However, I just order an ECM for my 2001 F250 Powerstroke on 9/1. I called first to verify they had it in stock and was told 1-3 days to program and it would ship. This time, no shop guys, it was an Indian lady. So, I ordered the PCM.
I called back on 9-13, reached another Indian lady, and was told it hasn't been programmed yet. I asked to speak to someone at the shop and was told she can't even do that. She would email them for me. She also wanted to apologize for the "minor delay". I asked how is 10 days vs 3 minor.
I called again on 9-14, another person with an Indian accent from the call center answered. I raised some heck and was told a manager would call me within the hour. Two hours later, no call, so I call back. I am told they are backed up with orders and mine is a top priority. I explained I called on 9-1, was told 1-3 days blah blah blah. After more excuses I asked for my money back and an hour later I received an email stating I would receive a full refund.
Then... four hours later I receive this email:

I am contacting you in reference to the module you purchased from us.
Your unit for the 2001 Ford Truck F-Series is now in programming.
Please be advised that we may be having a bit of delay in getting it shipped due to the high volume of orders. You can rest assured that we are doing our best to fulfill the order as timely as possible and we'll surely keep you updated.

This review/memo is an atta boy for Flagship One Inc. supplier of programmed PCM/ECM modules. At first I was a little skeptical about ordering a PCM from a company in New York so distant from me. I also looked at a company (Imperial Car Computer Exchange) in Cary, NC. I unfortunately ordered a unit from Imperial. What a mistake. I had to take the unit to a tech through O'Reille auto parts. The unit had a circuit burned out and the tech couldn't even erase the program in it. The unit was also the wrong one and kept giving false readings causing me to spend a couple of thousand dollars in repairs.
I then took a chance with Flagship, feeling very nervous. Customer service was outstanding, proper questions answered. They took the time to look for the correct part number. Sure it took a little bit to get it, but when it finally came, I installed it. Had to get a locksmith to reprogram my two ignition chip keys. Once started, the car ran like new. The old computer from Imperial would not allow the air conditioning to work at all. It would come off and on. Engine jerked in traffic and tried to stall. As I said it gave false readings.
I am so happy that I took a chance with Flagship. Flagship, you guys are the best and I will recommend you to anyone I cross paths with that needs a module of any kind. Thanks lots.

After all the bad reviews I should have followed my first mind and just chose FLASHMASTERS. But I took a chance with this company and now after not being able to get my part due to the slow services they provide programming the PCM and then shipping it even if you pay 86.00 for next day air you will still be disappointed with the process when their website clearly states most customers have their packages within 5 business days not only that but after canceling my order I still haven't got my refund 4 days later after confirmation of my refund through email. I've called they are no help at all and play dumb as in they don't know anything besides they see that I got a refund and try to rush you off the phone PLEASE LISTEN TO THE COMMENTS AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Me and my family were stuck for 2 whole weeks 600 miles away from home waiting on processing and shipping and then once we couldn't wait any longer and canceled yet we still had to suffer with waiting to get our money back in a timely manner they are not professional at all and if I don't get my money when I paid over a half a grand for the part this company will be shut down because I am going to press the issue and go through whoever I have to until I get my money back.

AWFUL! Ordering the ECM was easy. All they require is your VIN number, your information and your payment. Then in the perfect world they actually send you a working ECM. But THE ECM THEY SENT us, doesn't work and of course it takes 5 to 6 days for the part to ship back and forth. So we started a September 19th here we are in November 4th and I still don't have a WORKING ECM! I sent the ECM back to flagship, the faulty ECM that Flagship sent to me originally, back to them October 20TH. Today 11/4 they're accusing me of sending the wrong ECM. Lol as if I have so many of these just laying around. The original that came with the car is still with the car at my machanics. Machanic has verified.
I have text messages and a picture of the ECM taken just prior to SHIPPING BACK TO FLAGSHIP. I SENT THE CORRECT ONE BACK. Feels like they are playing games instead of taking responsibility.
My friend has been assisting me with this process because I don't have a car. The order is in his name, the ECM is for my vehicle.
Wondering how this is going to play out. Pretty disgusting. Watch for updates!
