Flagship kept me updated through the entire process from placing the order to delivery. Customer service assited with ensuring I ordered the the correct model and provided the key learning instructions. So far the Yukon is operating like it did when new.
Ordered ECM for 2013 Chevy Equinox on 9/28/24. Received it a few days later and tried to install. It was not Plug and Play as stated. Had to call 3 different times for instructions to program key. Kept getting wrong instructions. Have called multiple times because it would not work and was given the same information every time. They are dragging their feet with an answer on what to do! I finally called today and said I want a refund! The Rep said I had to pay shipping and a charge of $85. I told her I am not paying anything to return a part that I was assured was going to work! When you have to call a company so many times because the part isn't working, it should not be my responsibility to pay anything! The Rep did send a prepaid label to return and if I don't receive my full refund, I will be making calls to the Attorney General's office. This is not great customer service by making me responsible for a guaranteed part! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

ECM Product failed after 3 months, left me stranded, car had to be towed ($100), car was completely unresponsive... claim 24-48 hour response to get "approval" to return faulty product, first you must fill out an authorization form, then its sent to get approval from a supervisor for final approval to get return shipping label IF they deem your reason for return is valid? Well got form within 48 hrs., filled it out, e-signed it, was sent. As of this review 7 days later STILL waiting for approval to return. Call and site chatted with customer service asking where and why was this taking so long to get shipping label to return. EVERY single response was a run around claiming an "account Manager" will get back to me, NEVER HAPPENS and i contact them DAILY concerning my issue. I have no car due to their product failure, ask them concerning covering tow bill due to THEIR product failing was basically told TOO BAD they dont cover that, as of this review still no actions or response by company, when getting customer service by phone, your told your going to be forwarded to "account Manager" then you are placed on hold till either you get tired of waiting for over an hour or their phone just hangs up. SO MAD that this company DONT CARE if their product has an issue, dont care if you got stranded, wont cover tow bill due to their product failure. Best part is if you request refund they charge you a 20%! Restocking fee and an $85 programming fee due to programming it to your vin! So if your ecm cost say $200 minus (20%).$40 restocking fee and $85 for programming fee, they still get $125 for a faulty ecm THAT THEY SOLD! And you CANNOT get refund after 30 days! You can ONLY get store credit or replacement unit! WHY would i want store credit or replacement to have a possible faulty product, get stranded, no tow bill coverage, and absolutely the MOST TERRIBLE customer service ive ever experienced? THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT... BEWARE! You have been warned!

DONT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKES!
I purchased an ECM from Flagship 1. I had it installed and it wasn't working. Their site says "may need additional programming from dealership". Okay, so I have my car towed to the local dealer service center who tells me the ECM i just purchased is bad, their equipment can't even communicate with the ECM to do anything and I need to send it back. Flagship1 tells me they will reprogram it again and so I send it in and wait. It comes back and this time I let the dealership install it and again nothing. They still are unable to communicate, nothing happens not even a check engine light. I may as well have hooked up a 2x4 or a rock, I try contacting them again and this time they were indignant, saying that they test them before they ship however I seriously doubt that since my blown ECM gave at least a check engine while theirs gave zilch. At this point I emailed saying I just want my money refunded, and that I would send them the part back and they never responded. $285.00 and I got nothing except essentially stolen from. They dont stand behind their products, they dont care if their parts dont work just about their money. They are intenionally defrauding their customers and i dont know why they are getting away with it. They are engaging in fraudulent misrepresentation of product, I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission, as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center, the BBB and who ever else I can to file a report against these criminals.

Find a part locally that you can have tested in person. Make sure its a company with a track record of standing behind what they sell and never do business with Flagship1

After 8 months my car is still just sitting at the dealership. I have not been able to find another ECM nor can I afford one. I had to purchase another vehicle just to get to work to survive. I have no choice but to scrap the car and deal with the loss, I cant believe a $300 part wound up costing me my entire savings.

Soooo Slow and they lie! Took a total of 3 weeks for delivery (15 business days). During this time I received an email saying it would arrive in 2 days. It arrived 16 days after that email. When I used the chat feature of FS1inc site they told me (mansplaining) it was due "to unit being in final stages of programing". I think they told me that because I was using my wife's account. It takes at most 20 minutes to program (not days). Soooo the part arrives, works for 2 weeks nd is now broken. As a result I contacted FS1inc this past Monday, I filled out the email info. I called on Tuesday to get an update. FS1inc said the tech would call me back within the hour. 22 hours later no call back. I am currently on the site chat with customer service. They sent me statement form the tech asking that I redue the Return Merchandise Authorization. 30 minutes so far on the site chat with one simple question "When will me new part be sent out". NO RESPONSE Finally came back and told me I had to fill out new RMA, that the tech needs the same codes that I all ready sent, resent. That the new part will not be sent out until tech reconfirms ( what they all ready confirmed) FS1 inc called it prescreening. THey still can not answer when new part will be sent out. HORRIBLE RUN Away!

Our technicians reviewed your RMA Form and It looks like you stated only the current problem on the form because the same codes he described on that field original problem, were written on the account notes when you contacted us. Either the issues are the same or they only wrote the current problems. Just wanted to clarify. If the only issues stated were the ones after installing our computer, to conclude the diagnostic we need her to fill out again the form describing the original problems. We are truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you had.

Ordered my TCU on May 11 2020 was told
Ordered my TCU on May 11 2020 was told the part was on the shelf and ready to ship in 3-5 days. I placed the order my payment cleared within an hour. After a week of no response and no part being delivered I started to look into it. At first I was getting weekly emails saying that the part was in test and programming and would ship soon. After 3 weeks of this and not getting response to my replies. I started calling some time multi times a day, and on multiple phones. I would end up on hold for very long periods of time, and would then be transferred to an Account Manager, that never responded to on voice mail message and never once picked up the phone. I started leaving posts on their facebook page, just to see them disappear in a couple hours, heaven forbid anyone question their supiority as the Premier and most reliable electronic module supplier in the world. Started looking at their website interesting they only have 5 star reviews but the BBB has given them a B Rating based on over 650 complaints about poor customer service. After 8 1/2 weeks I finally got an email from the Account Manager, saying that they created a new tracking label, and would ship the part overnight withn 24-48 hours. That was 96 hours ago. Still no word, no tracking number, NOTHING. I like 650+ other have left a complaint at BBB. Still nothing. Yet you look at their website and facebook page and you will see "The #1 most reliable Electronic Module supplier in the world is here for you during times of uncertainty. We would like to assure all our customers that we are 100% operational and working hard to make sure that the fulfillment process is seamless." Everytime I call or get any kind of response I am reminded that they are short handed due to Covid 19, and experiencing a large number of orders to fill. If they cannot fill an order that is 2 1/2 months old why in hell are they still taking more orders. How can they claim to be 100% operational and providing Seamless Fulfillment. How can a company that claims to be "The #1 most reliable Electronic Module supplier in the world" continue to make these claims when they have a B rating at the BBB and over 650 complaints.

I bought a ECM from you last October but I had a guy at the AutoZone check my air conditioning and my car wouldn't start and looks like I can't tell if it was his fault or not I was having a little problem with my car windows opening and the sunroof and a couple times my alarm went off but not sure if my keys in my pocket caused it so instead of going through all the trouble I'm going to order another ECM but if I have problems with it I will send it back but I can't tell you who's fault or why it happened because I would have to have my car towed and pay for All the trouble but my car ran fine with the one you sent me I let the wrong person do what he wasn't experienced at I can't blame anyone this time but you did a good job and please get this one to me soon as you can I need to drive my car soon as possible it said you have one of these ready so thank you I need it. I'm adding on to this February 10th 2024 I never did use this last ECM because I found out that it was my master key malfunctioned and stopped my car from starting but have an extra ecm if I need it but the first one I needed from flagship and recieved it on time with excellent service thank you!
