I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I applied to these guys just because I needed some electronic control modules for my Audi Q7. Issa real highlight that you can easily browse everything that you need by just inserting the model of your car, year of release and brand ofc...
I ordered here everything that I needed, electronic control model came on time without any significant delays. Pricing was blurry to me, and sometimes it seemed to be unjustified, but I didn't care much, cuz I love tuning my Q7 and adding new features.

Ordered my PCM after shorting the first one. The computer did take about two weeks to get to me, but when I got it everything did work. My only concern was the paint on the new PCM. It looked like it was spray painted on and some paint even made its way into the cavities. I went ahead and installed the PCM and it did work, I would just recommend a better masking job for quality and to make sure it does not damage the PCM. It also looked like the sand blasting medium was still stuck in the crevices of the PCM, but like I said before it did work!

I ordered a CPU since we couldn't get the random misfire to go away. Proble solved. Worked just like they said it would. Took about 2 weeks from when I ordered until I recieved it, but definitely would recommend to anyone.

Got the pcm, removed and replaced ( plug and play), engine light out, running well, just took a long time to receive, but was informed the first wasn't up to their standards which was good call, also had to travel across from New York - Vancouver Canada, had to pay $50 duty at door mainly taxes, handling

Received, could have been packaged a little better. Installed. Vehicle would fire up and run; then super rough ideal and shut down.
Throwing the crankshaft position sensor code, CPS was replaced back in January and I've replaced it again last week just to make sure, along with cam shaft sensor. Not sure where to turn now.

The original PCM we ordered was no good. The response time was a little slow and the warranty took about 3 weeks. However, they made it right and warrantied the PCM. I'd like to see improvement on the communication side so I can keep my clients informed. I will use them again since they did stand by their parts.

Took several weeks to receive the ECU but they kept me informed. They were waiting on the dongle to mate to my truck. Installation was easy and straight forward. Flagship saved me a lot of money vs OEM. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Simple to order now. Just learning to use HP Tuner and wanted a backup in case I bricked the ECM. Had a friend do brick his. Now I feel at rest to use my tuner because now I have a back up.

Needed a pcm for my 98 Grand Cherokee 4.0 4x4, sent these awesome guys my Vin and a few short weeks later I had a programmed ready to run computer to plug in! The quick test unplugging the old and installing the new went perfect, confirmed my repair, and now my new to me used Jeep runs like new. Now I am off to replace the other 4 grand worth of parts and fluids it needs to make it road worthy. Anything to keep out of a new car, and new car payment.

It was the right pcm but i took like 3 weeks to get it. But besides that it was alright the customer support is real good had the chance to talk to a manager Umarir was real kind and honest person next time I need a pcm I'm coming back to them

Looking at the many negative reviews here made me worried but don't let them scare you, this business communicated what was going on every step they had it! Whenever I reached out to customer service for updates through email they responded within 24 hours. I really do appreciate that I worked with Flagship one and getting my ECU repaired and I got it back in my truck started up immediately. I understand people have had issues where they didn't get it right the first time but with a lifetime warranty the only thing you're losing out in is time if there is a problem and they will take care of anything that comes up. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend, don't let these other reviews scare you this is a great company!

The ecu showed up looking pretty rough and with the security seals already broken but it works and they promised to still warranty it so it's not that big of a deal.

The web site says 4 to 7 day shipping Its more like 4 to 7 weeks. They do keep you updated by telling you it will soon be shipping. Ordering was easy and hassle free. The E C M fit and worked correctly, truck fired off with no apparent issues except my tuner wont connect anymore. Not sure what's up, have replaced E C M before with no issues. Other than the time being down getting the part ( Its like that everywhere else)it was a good experience.

Took a little lo ger than they said it would by a couple weeks. Would have been unhappy if it was my primary vehicle. But they kept in touch sending emails to let me know what was going on so no worries. The instructions were perfect, especially the key learning part. Truck runs great. No more random check engine lights.

Flagship has done a great job keeping me updated about anything that was being done to the pcm I ordered. Unfortunately like many have found there's bugs that need to be worked out in any reprogrammed computer. I'm currently awaiting a reply for a minor issue with mine. Overall would recommend.

While there were problems with my order, I was kept informed and up to date on the status. This is essential for me to allow planning of my time and commitments. Most appreciated. The product worked well after I added some new ground cables to the motor, and one directly to the module. You might want to assess this tip as grounding at a seaside location is a potential problem. I have ordered a few Lexus ECMs, sometimes there is a delay with shipping but that is to be expected. They are always plug n play and we have not had to do any warranties.

I am pleased with the information that was provided by Flagship when is comes to cost, shipping (tracking and eta). No hidden charges.
The only thing I would have liked better is if I was able to do a core exchange to lower the final cost. Instead, after the PCM was received they sent me an email stating I could get a (20%?) discount on a future purchase if I send in the old pcm.
