I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Didn't take long to find all the info I needed for the part I wanted!website was very easy to browse through as well! Product helped identify more problems I been having with the transmission I would definitely tell anybody to try this before spending thousands on a mechanic that most just tell u something u don't need to make more money so if u have problems with your transmission do this first and can save money!

After receiving the ECU I could tell that it had been recovered from a salvage yard or had some type of corrosion because the front and back cover were highly wired wheeled and there were gaps where the cover mates against the body of the ECU.

My original ECM pins failed to read fuel on both banks so I wasn't sure if the new ECM would work considering of other negative reviews I've read online but for the price I went ahead and purchased an ECM/PCM for my 2005 Cadillac STS 3.6 from Flagship One.
It took 2 weeks before delivery but once I installed it and programmed my FOBs, my car started up with zero issues. Drove it around for a few weeks and everything seems great. The condition the ECM came in was very clean, looked brand new. Customer service was great on the phone.

I ordered a pcm/ecu. Per my mechanic but after installing new pcm/ecu some of same problems as original one.I ended up having fuel injector replaced to solve problems and returned pcm for refund minus programing fee so satisfied overall

I have ordered 2 so far. You get them back faster than most R&R programs. The price is fair. The ECUs look great when they arrive, and both units have performed perfectly. Easy ordering with the factory ECU number. Great customer service. I had one small issue and after a short phone call it was fixed fast. I will be purchasing all my ECUs from Flag Ship One.

Had a slight delay in shipping the original part. When testing it prior to shipping, it was found to be defective. Therefore they were able to then find a working one which worked perfectly for my vehicle. Excellent!

Super fast delivery once it mails out. Worked perfectly and solved all my issues. Original problem happened when my coil pack fried on cylinder 2 and 5. The Jeep was running on 4 cylinders and I was getting an error code that said low spark on cylinder 2 and 5. I didn't want to deal with sending mine out for repair so I found Flagship by googling companies and their reviews. I didn't want to buy the cheapest PCM nor the most expensive. Flagship offered a middle priced product and was backed with great customer satisfaction. I had never ordered from them prior, but will definitely purchase from them again if the need arises.

Everything went smoothly besides the timing of arrival. I was told 7 days ended up being 3 weeks. Not a big deal once it arrived in well condition but had me worried. I thought i might have been scammed.

Overall good experience but it would have been nice if there was more information on the programming process along the way I ended up having to call to find out. The gentleman I spoke with when I called however was very helpful explained very thoroughly the process and answered all the questions I had and I was very satisfied in the end everything went together just fine seems like a quality product would buy again from this company.

I found that Flagship was the only one that offered a plug and play ecm for my CTS. All others that were available would've involved transporting and programming. Needless to say it saved me $$$ on a 200k + mileage vehicle.

Ordered a replacement ecu for my 2005 Chevy avalanche 2500 8.1. It arrived quickly. Programmed to the truck easily and works great. Improved the throttle response. The transmission shift points and fuel milage.

I had zero issues with the ECM I purchased. It was fully plug and play. No programming or paying a dealer to program the unit so my truck ran.
If I had to say something negative the only thing is I didn't expect the programming before it was shipped to take as long but it wasn't bad at all. Still very happy and I will use them again in the future as needed.
I highly recommend Flagship 1 and will be telling my mechanic friends about my experience.

Tried computers for a local vendor (think major, nation wide chain). None of their PCM's could be programmed or came already programmed with a different VIN number and weren't able to be changed. I've ordered from Flagship One in the past and they've always come through. I haven't had one problem yet with any of their units. I will continue to use them in the future.

Initially I used another company out of Florida people were rude and unprofessional they returned My ECM (stated it was unrepairable. When I had called and inquired about what the problems were. Nobody wanted to talk to me and ended the conversation. I thanked them for not allowing me to doing business with them; then immediately I was hanged up on. Your staff was completely professional and responded professionally to all my questions and left me feeling, appreciated and valued. Between your customer service department and your repair department and having a short turn around. I am impressed with your company and I would not hesitate to give a positive referral. They will not refund you, your full amount back, if you return your item, do not fall for their warranty, fully return crap that they have on their page. Ordered a part, and noticed I didn't need it in the end. Sent it back expecting full refund like it explained before purchasing.
Only sent half my money back, not a very happy customer.
Do not waste your time, and money folks. Complete rip off!

Control Module took a little longer than expected to get here and the prongs were very corroded, but after a lot of cleaning, the module works.
Flagship was great about communication and kept me updated about the shipping delay.

For whatever reason it seemed the ECU for my 2008 Nissan titan was extremely difficult to fix or find anywhere so after about a month of dealing with local mechanics decided to just fix it myself and Flaship popped up. Was skeptical from some bad reviews they got but decided to go with them since my options were limited. Ended up having to send them my ECU to repair and had it back to me within a week and popped it in and truck fired right up. I definitely would recommend them

I was deciding on a couple other brands get to a new ecu for my 2015 dodge dart 2.4 but went with flagship because of the amazing warranty that comes with the ecu and the fact that all phone service people did an amazing job like Michael he did an amazing job talking to me on the phone and getting the right information to be able to get my purchase done will definitely buy from flagship again if any of my vehicles need a ecu.

We have bought many computers from them and are happy with the outcomes. But this time we were left in the dark about a computer that took 2 1/2 weeks to ship to us. We were kept in the dark, besides the one update at a time over the 2 1/2 week period and didn't even get an update until the 10th day about it being programmed.
I just ask for better communication every few days or so, even if nothing is happening. That way we are able to better communicate to our customer's.
