I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
My first time ordering from flagship was a great experience. I liked how they informed me on my order every step of the way. When everything arrived was impressed with the packaging and the product worked as it should. Would definitely order from them in the future. Thank you for making my car repair easy.

My dealership purchases from you folks when the O.E. PCM is not available. I can honestly state we have never had even one complication, defective part, wrong programming, etc. 100% "it worked" rate.

I was told when I ordered this computer for 2014 Ford edge that it would be plug and play when I got it.it wasn't plug and play payed Ford another almost $600 to program it as well I will never buy from them again.

Customer service was extremely good and I was kept well informed. Upon inspection of the computer, They found no issue with the computer and refunded most of the money I paid in advance except that for their time testing and the shipment back and forth Highly recommended and very satisfied with the service I received.

We had a little bit of confusion when ordering a part, but after reaching out they were quick to respond. They also said they would look into ways to make it more convenient. Small plus, they had it wrapped in so many different bags to ensure the part did not get damaged. Will continue business with.

Not really sure but if you can send info on the location of circuit opening relay rip dash apart and still have not found it. Beginning to think this model does not have one as for your ordering process its more than 5 stars and product works like new

They sell products that are used they sell as new. Nothing works. Purchased 2 ecms both were bad. They want you to keep sending them back at your expense. Never made things right they just do not respond. Bad business

Flagship One is very customer oriented and made our purchase very comfortable. We were kept up to date on the order status throughout. The ECU needed specific programming for our vehicle and it was done perfectly. It's running better than ever now!

Took approximately 2 weeks to get the computer! Not what there advertised return time states!
They did finally overnight it at there expense. Little to no comfort.
Could have discounted it some but didn't.
Computer itself works fine and fixed the issue the truck had.

Flagship had an aftermarket version of part available which I could not locate anywhere else, however the advertised shipping timeframe was wildly exaggerated. It took over 3 weeks for the part to arrive and this caused the unit to be down for the entire time. It was a huge interruption to service for our company and extremely frustrating. I would only purchase from Flagship again for non-time-sensitive items.

Purchased an ecm for my 2003 buick installed it followed the key relearn procedure vehicle responded as instructed vehicle will not start. Called ask for tech assistance I was informed to fill out a form on line it would be one or two days to be contacted. Put back my old ecm vehicle started. I'm shocked that a customer service tech can't answer any questions will out a signed form. Good luck buying anything from flag ship they are more interested in a legal stance than helping the customer.

I've purchased from Flagship one three times over the years, the products have always come as described, easy to Install and program, if needed. I will say the last ecu I ordered came with bent pins on the connection, the box it came in was in mint condition so I suspect it got past quality control. Their service was #1 in getting me a replacement. Just like the previous two ecu's it worked flawlessly. I talked to the customer a few months after the repair and they told me their Ford Ranger has never run so well!

Told ecms we're in stock, not true wound up waiting months for a customer just for them to say I don't have it send yours in and we'll fix it, second time I used them had the exact same thing happen after waiting a month again. Horrible communication

I called before ordering and the support was excellent and added confidence in the online order I placed. Was notified of status throughout the order process. Tracking provided as soon as shipped. Follow up service call to confirm satisfaction. Took me a bit to make time to install it, but the installation went smoothly. It didn't ultimately fix my ABS issue as the Shop suggested, but for the money I don't mind having a backup. If Flagship sold ABS modules I'd be ordering one from them for sure!

Had my wife's Crown Vic diagnosed by a Ford dealer. They said the PCM would have to be refurbished. That would cost $1400 and take four weeks.I ordered one from Flagship One, for just under $300 total, and got it in a week and a half. It was very easy to install and the car runs great! Thank you for a quick and easy experience. I replaced the unit and had a locksmith program the new one to the parameters you sent me and the pickup started right up. Every once in awhile the truck suddenly dies like the cpu isn't working suddenly. I let it set for a few minutes and it will start back up and run fine again. I don't understand it, but at least it's not happening nearly as much as before. 99' Ford F-150 Romeo engine 4.6 V-8

I didn't even know this site existed until my cousin, who works on vehicles, told me about it after I told him about the check engine light error codes. If this new module works like I hope it does, it just saved me a lot of money. Follow-up... It didn't fix my issues, which tells me it may not have been a component I replaced. If you care to save some money, make sure it is something you need replaced.
