I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I believe this company are scammers. Will not respond to emails and always give you some bs when you ask them about your parts. Refused to let us speak to a manager, get the same bs saying he is busy right now no matter when you call. They gave us a faulty computer and are giving us the run around about replacing it,. After we have spent money we shouldn't have to taking the car to a certified mechanic who told us the computer was not programmed right. This company is horrible to deal with.

There customer service is awesome and they are very good about updating you on your order but when I purchased my pcm they were under staffed and it took a good 3 to 4 weeks to even ship my and receive my pcm. Not there fault completely but it was a bit of a long time to wait for a pcm. Having said all that I would buy from them again.

Reach out on January 4 to have my ECM replace with a recondition and repaired ECM. Sent payment with vin number and part number. January 7 received email that they pull a unit for your order and it is now awaiting testing and programming. January 10 received email they cannot find a replacement and to speed things up to send them my original for repair. That first week dealing with Flagship I felt that this will not end well. Sent ECM twice for repair now they say it cannot be repaired.

We originally started using flagship one because it was very beneficial to have the computers coming in within 2-4 days pre programmed and ready to go, though we plan to continue to use flagship the time frame has slowed down, we have been seeing computers coming in with 10 days or so wait time which is a down side much harder to sell work when I have to quote 2 weeks wait time for parts.

Had to order two modules. Your site can't process two VINs on same order. This caused delays on the order. We were unable to properly install 2nd module because you sent us improper instructions for our push-start vehicle.
We had to resend module with old module for cloning. This took more time and money.

Installed new ECM. Didn't start. Looked up why and found key needed to be programmed. Called a locksmith and they programmed my key. But ECM was not programmed to other modules in my truck. Won't shift out of second gear. Service light on. Engine light on. All codes point to module communication issues.

My mechanic and I both searched for the part and the only place that had it was Flagship 1. With the lifetime warranty it was a no brainer and their customer service was excellent. I will be a lifetime customer.

I did as the instructions told me and as YouTube videos instructed and got no security light for ten min only a blinking check engine light and no key relearn or nothing other than blinking ck engine light took it out replaced with old one started right up

I had tried another vendor twice, and it just didn't work. Flagship one is extremely quick and even responded to a message at night. The PCM was in stock and was shipped quickly. And it actually worked and solved my Jeep dying issue. Excellent work!

Flagship One was very concerned about the accuracy of the Vehicle Information provided, so that it can provide with the correct PCM for my vehicle. The follow through from order-to-delivery was very much customer oriented.

Ordered a BCM from this company. The computer they shipped had 90,000 more miles programmed to it than what my car actually had. They took a 49,000 mile vehicle, and gave it 140,000. Customer service was useless and continued to lie through their teeth. This has happened to me / my family more than once. I believe in second chances, but I guess I was wrong and naive to have done that.
Now, I am left with a car that has 90,000 miles more on it and they do not care.

I have purchased several ecu's from flagship one and I couldn't be more satisfied. Very good customer service communication I was kept up to date every step of my order. I've had no issues with the products either, they are truly plug and play and if you have to do any extra clear instructions are provided to make the install go easy.

Its easy anyone can do it. Well you buy it then they send you information stating you need someone to program the unit for you. When you ask for a refund they charge yo $85.00 for a re stocking fee. Saying it was programmed to my VIN. Curious when I scanned the module the VIN was NOT programmed to my VIN. So I paid them $85.00 for nothing. I got a run around and still no running vehicle...stay away from this business. They are unethical at best and completely criminal.

I was having unknown intermittent problems with my 2008 Elantra. After finally figuring out the ECU is the last possible culprit I searched online everyone. Made several calls to other local and out of state shops only to get no answer. Found out about Flagship and immediately called and was greeted the first time. Got upfront pricing and instructions on next steps. Made my payment and a week later got the new ECU. Plug and play and the vehicle is fixed! Pretty fast turn around time, good pricing, and overall great value for my needs. Will definitely consider them again in the future!

Be really sure you need a computer. You will lose most of your money if you don't need the unit. Or in my case I choose to get a computer from the dealer, no prior programming.

Ordering was a breeze, explanations were handled well be Sheila. Delivery was timely and as expected.
I was about a month after delivery having it installed and fixed all my issues but one. I still have no injector pulse. Obd 2 gives cam sensor code. I cannot read the 37 pin connector so it is sitting line at a repair facility for further diagnosis. I tried 2 different cam sensors and results are the same. Either cam sensor wiring or no signal from pcm I think

I'll start by saying the parts they sell are always high quality and easy plug and play installation. Processing/shipping times can be a problem sometimes. You might get your order in a week, it might be a month. But they always email updates to keep you posted, and again it is a quality product. I've installed several and never had a comeback or had to make a warranty claim.

I ordered from flagship1 based on all the reviews. I ordered my ecm on 4/11/23 today is 4/21/23 and still nothing. Not a change in status at all so I call them just to get the ol I'm sorry we hit a snag but we're working on it after 7 business days of waiting. On the product I'll just have to let you know when I get it!

The ecm I ordered works properly. I am not happy about the lack of instructions. Or the lack of a promised email with instructions. Ford's have to have PATS keys! None were available from Flagship 1. This could cost customers additional hundreds of dollars! No mention of it on website.
