I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
The part came and was coded to the incorrect vehicle after I specifically gave the the correct VIN. We had to pay for additional coding that should have already been done. Also the wait time was ridiculous. I will never purchase from this company again. The price does not match the item the hardship you have to go through to get the part programmed.

Got the pcm ordered however the sales person who sat up my purchase conveniently failed to mention I might want to consider purchasing keys that come with it already programmed specifically for my 2005 Ford Taurus. The vehicle will not start without new keys, previous set of keys will not work. So I called the flagship one inc phone number someone with customer service, I was sent a PDF with instructions on how to go about getting the keys I already have to work with it, something about a locksmith. Tried can't find any with the correct equipment. Another mention of contracting Ford to program them for me, I attempted doing this also. I was turned away due to my car being older than a 2006 anything made before that is too old and they are unable to help me with my issue. Also attempted the lower segment of the email suggesting directions to manual program the keys, is last attempt also failed. Once again I called and was not able to really come up with any thing I could agree with the operater about. Still very angry!

Last computer we ordered did not work, had issues, sent back and after about 2-3 weeks it was sent back and still had issues. Gave up and purchased from another vendor. All is good now, expensive lesson on my part.

Thr shipping process took longer than they quoted, but it worked perfectly and I didn't have to pay a programmer. The price for the part here was cheaper than what I was bring quoted just for the programming at my local mechanic shop.

Order a preprogrammed Dodge Grand caravan PCm module to replace one that has failed. I supplied the VIN and received a working replacement. I believe it took a week or two but I had that time frame built into my schedule so it was all good.

The ECM I ordered was faulty. I couldn't get the car to do anything except start run a few seconds and die. The OBD reading said no communication between the ECM & the TCM thus causing it not to run but a few seconds. I performed all steps to correct it. But with no luck. The part is simply faulty. I would simply like to exchange it for another one. I also have a new ECM I got with the car when I bought it. Except it isn't programmed. Can you program it for me. Then I'd have a extra.

It's been 3 years since I bought their pcm, it failed within 1 year; lifetime warranty is fake; after an excessive long diagnosis, flagship0 finally received their broken module, never to return to me a working product; saying over a year now, that mine was destroyed and there is a national backorder. I will loose my vehicle trusting them.
Tip for consumers:
You are required to sign an arbitration agreement in order to use their so called lifetime warranty. They do not return phone calls, will not give account manager extension numbers so you have to deal with a new person Everytime you call, who tells u to wait for another call from AM who never calls. It's horrible!

I have paid in full AND NEVER RECEIVED MY PCM due to a 2yr long, claimed national back order. My registration overdue, I will loose my vehicle if I continue with flagship1inc

Service was a little hard to understand on the phone but was willing to explain and make sure we understood. Once we mailed our module in the service was quick and always knew where our module was. Once diagnosed and confirmed unable to repair, they gave us a full refund and quickly mailed it back to us. I am very please with service at flagship. We will be using and recommending in the future for our own customers.

The mechanics had no idea what was causing my cars shifting issue. It's a 2006 is250 and it would slip and jerk into the low gears all the time. I narrowed it down after looking around online to it being the ECM. And then I found this website, the process was super easy. They even provided an OBD plug and paper instructions on how to resync the ecm. Lexus dealer wanted 1.6k for this ecm and probably more for labor. And mechanic shops wanted $500 to look at it. So this was a fantastic alternative. Cars shifting is resolved!

Everything went well enough. The only complaint I guess I had is that I was not made aware I had to sign for the package resulting in a missed delivery and having to wait another few days to finish my repairs. Oh and they misspelled my name.

Had to call to get the correct part, wasn't listed on web site, 98 Isuzu NPR 5.7 gas. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable, found the correct part very quickly, verified it was correct & took my order. Had the part in a couple of days and worked perfectly. Highly recommend Flagship One if you need an ECM.

I am a mechanic myself, and they obviously just programmed a computer that has the same plug but not the same internal design my 97 jeep wrangler doesn't come with a key safety or a key lock out program in the computer which I will send does therefore, my computer will start then read that the program doesn't read the chip and then shuts off immediately now I cannot get any response to the situation

After changing out the VVT Sensor on Bank 2 (Left Side) and still getting the P1350 code, I ordered a new ECM from FLAGSHIP. I was hoping that would resolve the issue but it didn't. I've checked the return wire to the ECM (Pin 26) and it was at.3 ohms so that's good. The power going into the sensor from the ECM is at 5 volts like it should be... I have no clue what to do to fix this car from hell...LOL Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, you people have been wonderful to me.

Received the correct Body Control Module for a 2000 Chevrolet Impala. Once installed, per the included instructions, the car would not even crank. With the old part installed, it would at least crank but wouldn't start. Re-installed the new part and had to have the VIN re-programmed into the new part. An incorrect VIN had been installed. I double-checked the VIN prior to placing the order. Once the correct VIN was programmed, the vehicle started.
