I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

In short, The ad says Plug and Play, 5-8 programming. It took 15 days of programming before it was shipped. Then it cost me $200 to get the key programmed. I sent a message to Flagship One and got no reply. There was no No Plug and Play. Total cost $364.00 / $200.00 and an AAA tow. On a good note, the unit is working great now that the problems are resolved. Hopefully, I'll never need another ECM, if so Flagship One wouldn't be my first choice.

Been waiting for my ECU since ordered on 1/11/24! Told it was shipped be there in two days, then out of stock, back in stock in two days, then shipped be there in two days, now it's will have it ready to ship in 1-2 days. So basically I'll get it in another week, in four weeks total? BS artists and liars.

Do not buy anything from these money stealing scumbags. They send you refurbished, not programmed right piece of junk parts. Then string you along until after 45 days. Then they can only replace the piece of junk for another or use the money to buy something else from there scamming crook store. No one will call or email you ever and always so busy, make you look like a bad guy when they are stealing your hard earned cash and sending you literally nothing but junk. Spend your money anywhere else.

I ordered a pcm for my car. I chatted with Elizabeth C about when the part would arrive and they were very helpful. They gave me a tracking number and the part came within a few days after programmed. I believe this company and their staff are doing great! I did have to return the part, unfortunately, only because I thought that it was the problem, and it wasn't. So, when I chatted with them about sending it back, they were super helpful and gave me adequate instructions on how to return the part. I appreciate that! I also promised them a good review, because I don't believe they deserved other bad reviews people have put on their site. Thanks again!

I must admit, I was skeptical of this process however, it was recommended to me by a master mechanic I have a BMW 328i.

I sent them my part. They explained the process and the timeframe in which the process would be complete.

They sent Me an email Explaining that the process was complete, and it was being prepared for shipping.
It was these updates that reassured that I made the right decision me during the time of the process.

Giving your money to online companies can be nerve racking but they completely Extinguished my flames of concern. My money car is back on the road and I'm extremely satisfied because I got what I paid for.

I purchased a PCM. The rebuilt PCM I received was faulty, per my very well regarded mechanic. I made a claim with Flagship One and asked them to send me a replacement. I was asked what the symptoms were. One of the symptoms I mentioned was a seatbelt light that was going off, in addition to many other dash light signals. My mechanic said that there was dirt in the seatbelt clasp that caused that signal. That signal is no longer a problem. I made the mistake of mentioning ALL of the signals to Flagship One. They refused to honor the warranty because they said that the seatbelt signal is not tied to the PCM. I asked to speak with a supervisor but was refused. I am now fighting it with my credit card company. I consider this company to not be reputable based on their handling of my situation.

Be careful of what you order here. What is weird is they do not ask for your core but which was good in my case. Their shipping department employees should be fired. When I received my ECM, first thing I saw was the box had some puncture damage to it and this wasnt from mail carrier. When I picked up the box from my door step OMG I can hear my ecm just moving around inside. When I opened up the box, their was only 1 small piece of bubble wrap and my ecm, no regards to the ecm being a sensitive module. I took pictures and right then and there I did not want the module and wanted my money back. The brackets on it were bent and it was spray painted with gray primer. I did install it into my Nissan and I had 5 error codes on my obd. Only good thing is I have to say is they refunded my money right when they received the module.

In March 2023 I purchased an over priced EC you from FS one and they sent to me and it didn't work. I sent it back to them they fixed it and they sent it to me. And it still didn't work. I assumed it was my fault month later. Sent it back to them after an engineer told me it was their fault they sent it back to me again it's now October 2023. I got it back the third time it still doesn't work now they told me they have a 30 day return policy from the original date and they'll be no returns what took them 21 days to send it to me the first time how can I return it in nine days to get money back if I had to install it and see if it worked but guess what it did not work it still does not work, and now they won't fix it no returns no technical help whatsoever the worst website, updates and customer service updates I've ever experienced. Worst company I've ever worked with in 30 years and auto mechanic business. Be careful they'll put the screws do you

Their return policy is 30 days from the original purchase date. Be careful it takes him two weeks or three to get the ECU to you and then you don’t have time to return it. Within 30 days.
