I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

Definition of customer first. Ordered wrong part and was reached out and corrected. First PCM failed at testing and was notified that another was being processed. Still met original delivery date. I ordered a pcm for my 03 f150 on 12/27/2023 and my order didn't get shipped out until 01/13/2024 way longer than 1-3 days for shipping and 1-3 for processing the order, meanwhile I sit and wait without vehicle!

We've ordered several modules from here and none have worked. Have to get them from the dealer every time. Get the run around every time we ask for a replacement or refund. They request a code, how could I get a retrieve a code from a vehicle that will not run because the ECM does not work, you can't.

They claim parts ship in 1-3 business days but take 7 business days or longer to ship parts. Customer service is of no help, they just tell you they are now taking longer to ship so they can make sure the parts work. If this is their standard they need to update the information on the web site

I purchased a refurbished unit from another company and it was causing my car to stall out despite being programmed to my VIN. I found a refurbished/programmed Plug & Play unit on FS1's website and thought I would give it a try. The unit still needs to adjust itself and still idles a little rough in the morning but once I perform the Drive cycle, am hoping this will be 100%. So far am pleased with the unit though and this was less expensive and no core required which was also a plus. Would definitely recommend FS1 if you need a replacement for your vehicle.

Most dissatisfied dew to the length of time it took to receive my part. I was told it would take 5 to 7 business days, it took 20 days. The customer service was less than helpful to say the least. It lasted almost to the point I had to threaten to cancel order before action was put in motion,and still had to wait 3 more business days.
