I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Definition of customer first. Ordered wrong part and was reached out and corrected. First PCM failed at testing and was notified that another was being processed. Still met original delivery date. This is the second PCM I've ordered for 2 different vehicles and so far 2 for 2. Definitely my go to to PCMs. Great customer service.

Ordered a ford ecm had trouble getting it to work, spoke with customer service Ben G was very helpful and sent a parameter reset, haven't tried it yet but I appreciate their customer service and I am confident Flag ship one will make it right.

I have 1 week contacting you and you have not solved anything the computer you sent me was not scheduled I had to pay 150 of programming and it still did not work I need you to contact me to make a return and if you can send me a new schedule or return the money

Very friendly and professional staff. They sent me a PCR that didn't work on my truck. Then I sent in my PCR and they tested it and nothing was wrong with it. They refunded me really fast. I would still recommend flag staff

I ordered a pcm for my 03 f150 on 12/27/2023 and my order didn't get shipped out until 01/13/2024 way longer than 1-3 days for shipping and 1-3 for processing the order, meanwhile I sit and wait without vehicle!

We've ordered several modules from here and none have worked. Have to get them from the dealer every time. Get the run around every time we ask for a replacement or refund. They request a code, how could I get a retrieve a code from a vehicle that will not run because the ECM does not work, you can't.

They claim parts ship in 1-3 business days but take 7 business days or longer to ship parts. Customer service is of no help, they just tell you they are now taking longer to ship so they can make sure the parts work. If this is their standard they need to update the information on the web site

The purchase was a great experience. The associate knew exactly what I wanted and took care of the order with great professional service and very courteous. The item came on the time table I was given and even the mechanic was surprised.

Ordered a product and gave a picture of vin number and they still messed up
And gave me a product with wrong vin on it and it didn't work and now haven't heard a response about getting my money back or anything after contacting twice

The ordering and checkout process was easy. It took a while to get the ECM. It was easy to install. The main problem was solved but then the radio never worked again. I tried to get a solution to the issue but never got a response. We eventually traded in the vehicle.

Needed a computer fast. Had a vehicle sold. Didn't want to spend a fortune on a computer to correct a dead cylinder misfire. Searched and found Flagship. Ordered part and simply provided vehicle's vin #. A few days later part was received and installed resulting in both my new customer and myself being ecstatic. Thx again. I purchased a refurbished unit from another company and it was causing my car to stall out despite being programmed to my VIN. I found a refurbished/programmed Plug & Play unit on FS1's website and thought I would give it a try. The unit still needs to adjust itself and still idles a little rough in the morning but once I perform the Drive cycle, am hoping this will be 100%. So far am pleased with the unit though and this was less expensive and no core required which was also a plus. Would definitely recommend FS1 if you need a replacement for your vehicle.

Had to order a pcu for an engine I bought from salvage. Product arrived on time and was a great price. Unfortunately, I gave them the vin for the truck instead of the "new" one so, it wasn't pre-programmed properly. After taking it to get programmed it worked perfectly.

Negligence in handling a returned Ford Escape 2005 3.0 computer
Bought Jan 2021 $400
Now faulty and causing me to lose work and $$
Single 60 year old woman widowed
Calling and emailing and major issues with communication
Computer with them 2 weeks there and told 3 to 7 days
No replies from emails and runaround when calling
Told would prioritize a week ago and ship overnight and still nothing
Do not Buy from this Company sells faulty products!

Most dissatisfied dew to the length of time it took to receive my part. I was told it would take 5 to 7 business days, it took 20 days. The customer service was less than helpful to say the least. It lasted almost to the point I had to threaten to cancel order before action was put in motion,and still had to wait 3 more business days. Order was placed on the 3rd of the month,received on the 21st.that's just too much time just to save a few dollars,I could have went to a local parts store and paid more with more satisfaction.i

The item I ordered arrived quickly and for a lot cheaper than a dealership could get it, program and install it Installation was about 30 minutes on a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis.
