I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
We're a fleet company and the PCM was no longer available from the dealer or local auto parts store.we use you for the first time and was happy with our experience.

The first time I ordered this product you didn't know the part #. I cancelled the item because of this problem. The part # is ************** it must be for CA emission standards. Will it be programed before shipping? The computer solved my main problem. It was interesting dealing with a new company for the first time. Flagship One needs to improve logistics.

I called and placed the order and the person on the phone was very helpful. I received it in a timely manner. Once it was installed, I had a locksmith reprogram the PCM and the keys. It is working fine.

Dissapointed in the time it took to get. Was told it would ship in two to four days then four to eight days. I t then failed testing and was but to the back of the line. A month later i finally received it. At least it worked.

I understood all of the numbers on the computer needed to match. And that they needed to be matched to the Vin number. And this would create a plug-and play scenario.
The computer I received was off by one number (letter). When I questioned that I was told that that letter designated the revision. And that I had the most updated revision. However, after plugging it in the car would not start. I was told to take it to a mechanic so that they could flash it. But I understood that's what I had just paid for.
So I'm running on the original computer. Well, the flagship computer sits on the shelf. Because no mechanic in my area wants to touch it and reflash. They have told me that if that's what the computer needs then I should just bring the car in with the original computer and they can reflash the original computer.

Flagship One, Inc. IS A SCAM this so called co tryed to scam me and sold me a junk pcm and would not refund my money, then i called my cc bank and two weeks later.my cc band took it out of there bank by force,

I called for an exact part number for my vehicle and was given no just a part number but a link to the PCM I needed for the vehicle I was working on. Once ordered I was kept in the loop of the status of my order and when it was shipped out. Installed the PCM and did not have to reprogram the key fobs...the PCM recognized them both and all driveablity problems solved!

Stated module was programmed and pull and play. After install air bag trac and brake lights was on. Filled out RMA form and emailed. Told me I would have to get programmed and did not offer any refund to offset programming cost.

I asked about rebuilding my ECM and was told that you don't do that. Then after spending 1100 bucks buying your I get a message about getting credit for sending in my old ECM so you can repair and re sell it.

Ordered flashed and updated, plug-in and drive condition ECM. Changed out and truck wouldn't even start. Everything workeed before j, truck just shut off on stopping or coming close to a stop. Redlight or stop sign. Someone told me it could be the computer. So ordered this and tried it. Now truck won't even start. Been in two different repair shops for a total of 9 months and no one can find the problem but iit should at least start. Very disappointed.

We have purchased about 7 or 8 PCMs the last 2 years or so. I think half of the were faulty. We send them back and are told they test okay. We then asked for a refund because we used PCMs from a different provider that worked for the vehicles. We were told all we can have is in store credit which is a bummer because the other PCMs from different venders worked.

I bought a new computer for my truck, installed it and the truck wouldn't start, put the old one back in and it fired right up. Called you guys and was told I needed to do some key process that would initialize the new computer, they said they would send it to my email, it has been days and no email...gonna call again next week to see what's up. But thus far bought a new computer, it didn't work, and I don't have the key initialization thing for it.

I placed my order and a couple of days later I received an email wanting the part number for the EVM in my car. I sent it, but a few days later I still hadn't heard anything on shipping. I called and the person who emailed me never reported the correct part number. So I gave it to the representative on the phone and she was able to get things moving. The ECM arrived, put it in my car and it corrected the issues I was having. Product is great! Customer service is questionable.

While I entered the VIN number incorrectly initially, I was able to correct that and the experience has been very basic and straightforward.
Part arrived on time ki did not know I'd need to sign for it so took a day longer), I stall was as easy as plug and play, programmed key using instructions provided and have had 0 issues since! Highly recommend if you need a replacement ECU, PCM ETC.
