I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
The ecm I ordered was programmed correctly and got my truck running. Programming and shipping took longer than I expected.

My Chrysler Concorde would keep stalling intermittently. I found out that one of the fixes was a replacement PCM. I called Flagship One and gave them the vin and number off of the original PCM and they sent me a replacement. It was Plug and Play and it worked perfectly.

Called and was given unrealistic time frame on delivery - overall was about 3 1/4 weeks form order to delivery. All we wanted was a realistic expectation to explain to our customer.

Programmed wrong. Keep getting code for power steering pressure sensor and my truck does not have one. The later model dakotas did not come with this sensor.

My truck had been broke down for about 6 months. I couldn't find any place to get a PCM that was programmed for my truck until i came across flagship one. My truck now runs better than it ever has!

Everything went well. Truck still doesn't run and is asking for a code and did not know I had to reprogram the keys to new ecm until after I took it to a mechanic

Got the new ECM and it was an exact looking drop in replacement. I did have to have my keys get relearned (takes about 40 mins but I was able to do it at home) so I could start it. I also had to reset the oil change light. All that remains is a check engine light for a crankshaft position relearn error P0315, but I need to take it somewhere to get that relearned (my OBD2 device can't trigger the process). These are pretty basic things, and overall I'm very happy. I don't think FS1 could do anything for them.

As of 29th April 2024, I have not been able to install this unit as UK locksmiths and main Ford dealers all say they can't read the original keys or locks or afraid to try in case the replacement unit does not work and the car is left unusable due to ECU not allowing engine to start. If the option of keys synchronised to the ECU from you would have been essential why did you not express this,even though I sent an email on or about the 16th March asking this very question?.

With my truck being over 20 years old I did not mind replacing the ECM but it did not fix my problem. Not your fault by again I did not mind changing it out.

I had spent over 500 dollars on my car new alternator, new battery and car was still doing same thing, I keep searching for a answer to my chrysler 300 2005 touring lights were flickering. Hooked the pcm from flagship up and problem solved, no mechanic could figure it out. I Thank you Flagship One.
