I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I purchased a pcm, I'm having an issue with it, they simply stopped responding to my questions and warranty process. I tried calling, was always on hold! I have sent multiple e-mails, no response. The ones they did respond to did not address my clear question and concerns. I will not recommend them. They happily take your money, then when an issues arises, nothing! Not cool!

I ordered a pcm for my Ford Escape 2012 not only were the processing and shopping times very long but in addition it only worked 4 months. I communicated with them for their supposed guarantee since they are ground and I am told as an answer that I must return it to tell me if it is covered and roof that after having biased me not 24 hours as they say on their website but a week. They did not even dare to answer me themselves I had to rewrite them finally have an answer from them. Finally you are better off doing business with another company because this one is not serious

Never new it would be so hard to buy something I needed. A week of back and forth and now here I am having to order from someone else to get what I need. To start with I googled the part number directly from the one I took off my care.They argued with me on me ordering the right part and having looked up the wrong part number from their website. I pulled my ECU out and ordered the exact part number that is in my car which was a Chrysler but my car was Mitsubishi and for some stupid reason they wanted to argue with me on it not being Mitsubishi brand when I fact they are compatible and interchangeable they have the same engine. They were quick to take my money but I spent a week of arguing with them about just coding the vin to that part number and sending it to me. The last customer rep I spoke with tried to upsell me to a different ECU when I asked for a refund instead of the upsale she rudely said ok ill process your refund and hung up on me.

I'm not completely sure how it went as far as the item I bought actually being preprogrammed. I bought it for someone else. Item arrived within about a week.

Got the ecu/ecm and it works as it should it just too bad that it was not the issue we finally got a crankshaft position sensor so I will see if that fixes the issue

Had to call to find out why it hadn't been ship. Had to reconfirm my order. Then email the part number a week later. A few days later then email the vin. Number of the vehicle. After that I received a message that the program department was back logged. It was a month after I placed my order I finally received it. This in turn put my customer disgruntled with me. To please the customer I only charged him for parts and not for the labor.

I run a sole proprietor shop and I've gotten 2 pcms from FS1 with no issues. You just should be aware that it'll take at least a week for your part to ship. My first purchase was kind of aggravating because I wasn't aware and my customer was call8ng every other day asking about it. The 2nd one I knew to inform them it might take 2 weeks.
