I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Can't beat it for the price tracking information was great. The emails also was great far as updates on the product.and also they take the cores back..

My AC was not working. The clutch on the compressor was not engaging. After working through the shop manual, it said replace the PCM. I tried it and it now works fine.

My vehicle still doesn't run and everything is brand new besides the harness I have no spark idk if you a r I problem but I've tested the whole harness I'm at a loss with this thing before on the old ecu I had code 12 new ecu I have code 14 idk

I had communication codes did some research and some hands on diag on the PCM and found out it was bad I found flagship with a n online search gave them the Vin number of my vehicle. They programmed a PCM got it in the mail, a couple weeks later, plugged it in, besides having to relearn my throttle position sensor everything worked as should very pleased and happy with the outcome.

I received it in a week and car is running now only thing that i was able to git working is the remote un lock function. Had a key guy try but failed but still cost me 192 dollars.

-Hard to understand customer service reps
-refused to give the wholesale pricing I was promised after ordering 3 ECM's, constant inability to pull up my wholesale account or account history
-CONSTANT lack of communication, last ECM took over 2.5 WEEKS to get, over promised and under delivered
-Shipping label created 2 weeks before being shipped, no tracking number, called multiple times and got multiple different ETA's, lots of "Um and I don't know" responses

The ECU they sent me would even allow my car to run for more than 2 seconds. I sent it back but I was still out $85 because they won't refund the programming fee even though they send a defective unit. Stay away.

However, you have opted for a refund as you will just purchase from a dealership. As stated on the receipt and warranty that you received, that any returns for buyers remorse will be subjected to a $85 programming fee. Your refund was processed successfully. Rest assured that we take all feedback to heart and our goal is to use it to improve our services to your benefit.
Bought a ECM for 2002 Infiniti QX4 for $364 and it didn't work (start) took it out put the old one back car start but the problem still there,called Flagship One and i was told to fill out a form (RMA) which i have to take back to the shop for them to fill out,send the form back to them and was told they will send a shipping label to send the unit back with my old unit for cloning.After they received both units,i called back to check and was told they still working on it and i will be updated once done, but was surprised when told that there unit was damage as a result my warranty is void just like that and both units was shipped back to me. Flagship One is highway robbery and ripping people off.

Would not work at first the truck box computer was fried to so after I changed that it programed really quick if I ever need another, I will buy from here I got one from flash master it doesn't seem to work right sometimes it don't start first try when car is warmed up and everything is good on the car, I checked everything thanks a lot
