I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Item came perfect and as described easy set up and saved 1k! Thank u flagship for your honesty and product def recomend 10-10!

I have to admit, after the car not running since we bought it, I doubted it would even work, since the vehicle already had the PCM replaced.
But after installing the new PCM and hearing how the vehicle sounded the moment it started, I was completely blown away!

Needed an obsolete ecu for an older dodge, it took a while but the found a core as mine was bad, programmed it and all is great. Where others failed flagship did not

The only glitch was the payment box would not allow me to type anything in, eventually it decided to work.
(My car) I did not know why my 2012 Prius was not getting any spark to the coils and plugs. I had changed numerous sensors and many other parts with no help for my no start problem. As a last resort I changed the ECM computer with the Flagship One ECM but still no spark. I had already changed the crankshaft position sensor previously with a non OEM aftermarket sensor and still no spark, I finally changed the crankshaft position sensor with an OEM Toyota sensor as a last resort and the car started up and ran fine, however the Flagship One ECM that was sent me had 4 permanent codes from the previous car it was on that I could not get rid of and I had a smog check coming up to deal with, so I installed the original ECM back into the car and was able to pass the smog check. The car ran fine with the Flagship One ECM and if it were not for the smog check I would have left it in the car. I am keeping it for a spare in case I need it sometime, and I am sure that in time with driving miles on this ECM that it would clear the permanent codes. Thank you Flagship One for this ECM, I really have no major complaints with it but the 4 stars are for the permanent codes that came with it.

No issues with the ECM, shipping, or communication. Whenever an update was requested, I got one. ECM worked as it should for the 2004 f350 it was installed in.

I order a new PCM to Canada when I got it installed the vehicle didn't run good it has #5 #6 misfires that I never had before with my old PCM. With no confidence in there rebuilding skills I wanted to return the PCM. You have limited time to send it back and your programming fee and shipping is not refundable I lost over $300 because of this company don't make the same mistake I did!

Don't buy anything from them!!!!

Good selection, sometimes it takes a little longer to get the computer, but thats fine. Also, sometimes we have problems with programming and it says it's "plug and play". Overall, we're satisfied

Great product and fast delivery. Unfortunately when the Mechanic went to install the computer it was registered to a different VIN and Year. I did not have the time to send it back so i had to pay an additional $200 to have the computer flashed and programed to the VIN Make and year.

I call Flagship to if they had a PCM for my Chrysler T&C and they did, the sale representative was very helpful and with placing the order, she explain the process to me, I received regular update for the order and when it was ship, I got it two days early, put it in and everything worked great car runs like new. Took 3 weeks for them to finally send the pcm i ordered, then another 3 weeks for customs to clear it and tell me i owed them duty and taxes. After all the waiting i did and negative reviews i read i was extremely anxious expecting the pcm would be garbage and i wasted $350. I was happily mistaken. My truck fired right up, no more check engine no more misfires truck runs perfect so far. Im happy with this purchase, cant say everybody will have this experience but it worked for me.

Owner returning phone call? Over two months nothing going on there. The absolute worst in the business.

Bought ECM for a 2006 Cadillac CTS on 08/11/21. Signed Lifetime warranty doc on 08/12. On 01/01/23 the ECM began having issues. Filled out a RMA form on 01/01/23. After several wasteful and time consuming phone calls, Flagship 1 made me jump through several hoops sending them multiple emails providing them with the error codes and any other additional info they requested. I was dealing with some guy named Muhammad K. I sent him a final email on 01/15/23 with some additional error codes and requested a call back (providing my #) and that I needed to get this resolved ASAP. As you can guess, I never received a call back. What a colossal waste of time. Customer service could not have been handled any more poorly, and a lifetime warranty is meaningless if the company is unwilling to back their product. This is a 100% honest and detailed review. Look elsewhere for a company that provides good customer service, respects your time, and and actually backs the products they sell, because this isn't one of them.

Don't do business with this company. The negative reviews are correct. I ordered an ECM for my Jeep, which after 20 days had not shipped. Once you place an order only the "Account Manager" will dealing with you. Mine (Maria) won't reply to calls or emails. They also have this really cute phone system where a Customer Service person says they are connecting now, followed my 5 minutes of music and then a disconnect.

Just hung up with Flagship One. First off, I ordered my part on 8/7 and was told it would arrive in 1-6 biz days. Just received it yesterday(8/20)! I inadvertently ordered the wrong part and thought that like most businesses, they would just exchange it for the correct one because I actually saw the piece I needed on their site. RIGHT! The account manager was SO rude and nonchalant as she proceeded to tell me not only do we not have the part you need, but once we deduct our 20% restocking fee & our $85 programming fee, the grand total of your refund will be... a whopping $4.99! As I try my best to calm down, I will just say, PLEASE do not deal with this company. I understand policy but I also understand that good business practice sometimes involves making an accommodation for your customer in order to get repeat business and the business of future customers who might be reading this review! Once again, Stay Away!

I'm having problems with my 1995 Corvette, I decided to change the ECM, I gave them all the information, they shipped it out very quickly, it works just fine. Even gave me how to do the key learn.

I bought 2 ecm's at the same time, 1 worked out great, the other we had problems with, which it did fix the problem that we bought it for, al through a whole new code on vehicle popped up, i was in contact with support team, there response was really slow the first time, when they did get back to me they wanted explanation all over again so i did that, then tried to e mail them once more with no response.so I'm not impressed with their customer support, as for calling them, I'm busy man and don't have a half hour or longer to wait on hold. So i just give up and washed my hands of this company and called it a loss. They never would get back to me.

We apologize our return process was taking longer than usual for you. However, our team does a have a process they need to follow to make sure we have all information needed before starting the replacement/refund process. We hope the first unit is still working great for you and with that we are able to earn your business again.
1) PCM received, but did not work. Warranty options are so ridiculous, i had a local shop re-configure the PCM instead of dealing with refund process.
2) Flagship One and their ebay store offer two different international shipping options, at very different levels (base of $100, with an upgrade of $60 for a total of $160, vs $26 through ebay)
3) Rarely are the phones answered promptly; and if they are, they take a long time to get the answer you need. I told one lady that this is an international call and I can call back, she said to hold and kept me on hold for 10 whole minutes. The disrespect is unbelievable.
4) Account managers don't do anything. Mine was as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
Flagship One may offer the product you need, but certainly not the service level you deserve.
Also, Flagship One and Mintt.com look suspiciously similar. Think about it before you jump from one to the other.
Tip for consumers:
1) If you must use Flagship One, use their eBay site at least you will have someone overseeing their customer service
2) Freeshipping is available in the US, but its unreasonably expensive for international shipping; and the gap is huge between what they charge and what ebay charges.
3) Pray that you get a friendly and responsive account manager.
4) Refund policy is rubbish, don't think about it.
