I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Tried to return but they said no luck. Would give me credit for the core. Don't mind getting charged restock fee or whatever but not giving back for core price

Ordered a computer from this company. Was supposed to be here today but still hasn't even shipped yet. Ordered 8 days ago. No one will call me back or return my emails. Wish I would have done my research before I ordered from this company. Don't make the same mistake I made.

We purchased a new computer chip for out service truck from Flagship after we were told they had them available. However, after a week had passed and the chip had not shipped they changed their story to say they don't have any available and don't know when they will. Instead they said if we mail them our existing chip they can instead refurbish it. We sent them the chip and now several weeks have passed and they won't send it back saying they're experiencing shipping delays. At this point we're more than a month into this process and the entire experience has been a nightmare. This company is very unorganized and I fear they've lost our chip and they don't have a new one to replace it. Buyer beware, this is not a good company.

This is not the experience that we want to hear from a customer as we always strive to provide quality and excellent service, we sincerely apologize for the hassle. Our units pass our quality control procedures before shipment and we apologize if it took longer than what you have expected. There was also a slight delay in our programming department due to a temporary surge in the volume of orders that we've received. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. This will stand as a lesson for us to better our services moving forward.
Do not believe their advertised shipping times if you are outside of the USA. I was charged $105USD for shipping to Canada that took 18 business days (23 days in total). The item was shipped via USPS "International Priority Flat Rate Envelope". The cost to consumers in the USA is $30.35 for this level of service, yet Flagship One charges $105USD for shipping to Canada. This is a huge ripoff and when I asked for a refund for the shipping because of the delays, they refused to give me one. Their customer service is very poor too.

The computer I ordered for the Jeep worked fine, but the computer I got for a 2007 Chevy Silverado 4.3L wouldn't allow the engine to idle down. Found the programming was wrong. Replaced the computer with a used one off a 4.3L and it worked fine. Feel like the computer was programmed for a V8.

Ordered a PCM for a Lincoln MKZ because they had the best price. Said orders delivered within 1 to 6 business days. My car was having issues and I could not drive it until I received this part and got it installed. I checked my order the first few days and all it said was processing so I called customer service and said that it has not even been shipped yet and they told me they would mark my order as a priority. A couple days later I get an email saying that they have been experiencing delays on fulfilling orders without saying how much longer my order would take and just to be patient. I ordered the part elsewhere after this as I was without a car for entire week already at that point. It took another 3 calls for me to get a refund. This company is a joke!

You can find almost any ECM you need and it always comes programmed and ready to go. We have always had a great experience

This company did send a good part after I tried to cancel the order. I was delayed weeks being told that the computer had to be programmed after researching I found out that this particular computer does not store the mileage the - mileage cluster stores the mileage I'm still not sure about the vin # I'm pretty sure this goes in the PCM not the ECM at any rate it took a lot of waiting and follow up to get my part. I had also asked that the programming terminal be clean so i could install my performance chip what i got was a sealed unit with a do not tamper sticker over the slot i needed to install chip. Needless to say my warranty will not be any good thank god unit worked. Bottom line if you dont care how long you or your customers vehicle my be down give them a try. Pay with a credit card just in case

2006 Cadillac CTS, I came across these people online, after reviewing on YouTube I knew for sure what I needed to fix my car. I need a module flagship one was the cheapest, I ordered one from them it arrived in great shape. By the time they emailed me and told me my part have been delivered, already had it installed key learning system complete car running fantastic. If I ever never needed one again I highly recommend these people. God bless you and thank you for getting my car running again

This company does not reply to emails and will leave you guessing about your order. I can't say anything about the module I purchased since I have yet to receive it. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a lot of grief.

I called Flagship One and spoke to a technician. He confirmed the correct PCM for my 98 ford ranger after I gave him my vin number. The PCM was plug and play.

I was told that the PCM that I ordered would be programed to my car. My vin number was required. I received emails throughout the "programming" process. When I received my PCM and installed it in the car, I used the pats sequence code to program my car keys. It didn't work. I then called customer service and they told me that I had to take it to a dealer for the reset. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I ordered a new pcm for my 2002 chysler concorde. It took weeks for my part to arrive. It as installed into my car and now my car starts and dies. I call customer service and no one could help. I filed a form online weeks about and still no response. My so called account manager never called nor did anyone from the company... when I call daily they say someone will be in touch. 3 weeks later and still nothing. The pcm they sold me is faulty and I don't believed it's programmed to my car. They should have no stars for this company

Hello! We're sorry you had issues with our product. Upon our agreement on 4/21 FS1inc has agreed to providing you with a full refund upon arrival of the return initiated. Unfortunately, FS1Inc can not do this until the product is returned. As of today, 4/26 that pre-paid return label that was provided to you has yet to show any scans of a return being processed. Once the unit is returned and received, we will proceed with the agreed upon refund. Thank you and take care.
Order is late, and finally was told that it will be another couple of weeks before my pcm is shipped, making it a month long ordeal. Just cancelled the order and going elsewhere because they think its fine to not live up to their end of the deal, and not tell the customer, you have to chase them down for info and it changes as they try to talk their way out of the jam
Tip for consumers:
Stay Far away from Flagship one, take your money then its every delay and excuse for not shipping you purchase. Trying to cancel your order is extremely hard and you can only hope that they will return your funds.
