I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
This place is great among their customer. I recently purchased an ECM Module and they offer me great price. I love Flagship One, Inc Team because they made my purchase the best! Great company. I will use them again if the need ECM Modules. They give us the products on time. As timing is most important for me. As I bought products from them and they deliver products to me on the spot which saves my time.

I purchased a PCM fir for an 08 Ford Focus. It was not remanufactured or programmed to my specific vehicle using my VIN# as advertised. I took it to a reputable Auto Repair Facility that I've used before without issue and they informed me that the PCM I purchased from Flagship One was defective. It was basically a burned out PCM that had been spray painted silver with a new "tamper proof" security sticker on it. I'm having to go through PayPal to get a refund. When I called to get a refund they refused to give any information about returning it or for receiving a refund. I would not recommend buying anything from these people. Stay far far away unless you just enjoy being deceived and ripped off. Not a good business!

Have order from them multiple times in past. This time however the parts was wrong one. Sent back for refund. They keep telling me they are working on the unit, I keep telling them I don't want it I want my refund. This had been going on for three weeks, and multiple phone calls. Today they said they are about to ship the item. What? I can't belive how bad their inhouse communication is. Customer service suffers severely because of this. The person on the phone is either not doing as they say or they simply can't help you out. It is very frustrating.

Make sure it you are returning a product. That they are filling under return. Then call back daily until they complete the action

They send you the wrong item - different part number from what you purchase with a confirmed order - then they make it impossible to return or get a replacement or refund. They just send you whatever random item they have on the shelf, ignoring your purchase of a specific item, and you are stuck with whatever they send you. They ignore repeated emails and phone calls requesting customer service. All they intend to do from the start is to rip you off.

I ordered a PCM from this company. Once I received the part and installed it, I noticed the part still did not work. I immediately called the company to inform them they had me fill out a form to go over what the vehicle was doing. I have been getting the complete run around with no return calls when asked to speak with management. I still have no working part and now I have to wait to receive a return label to start the process to receive my refund. I would not recommend anyone to use this company ever.

I buy a Ecu for my 2003 rav 4 they send me a bad one after 10 attempts to get someone to give me a return no one helped. So I mailed it back and called the bank one month later they changed my card again. Don't buy from them u will regret it

This company is the absolute worst. They do not honor their "warranty" so if you buy from them, you can be sure that the unit will be junk, and that you'll never to get your money back. When you contact them regarding the fact that their product is no good they give you the run around in every way possible. They put you on terminal hold when you call, then promise that a supervisor will call. The call never comes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If you're one of the lucky individuals to actually get your product in working order, good for you. If, on the other hand, you have type of issue, regardless of how small, and you need customer service to get involved...? GOOD... LUCK! This is literally a gamble... roll the dice and a win is you get what you wanted... a loss is you have to deal with them in any way beyond placing your order. Worst customer service ever... no returned phone calls, emails, etc. Their account managers are useless and they manage nothing for the customer. After sitting on hold for more than an hour (1 hour, 8 minutes to be exact), they hung up on me.
Now for the interesting part - if you want to return your product for a refund, they hit you with so many fees (that you don't learn of until AFTER you order and pay) that you essentially get nothing back. Good luck, customers just need to realize it's a gamble doing business with FS1.
Tip for consumers:
You either get exactly what you wanted, or you toss your money down the drain...there's no in between, there's no getting your money back if the product doesn't work.

My fiancé ordered a piece which they kept saying would be sent out the next day. They told him this for over a month! Finally he said to just refund him the money which the account manager said was processed and will be refunded 1-2 business days. My fiancé received a call from the company saying the part was sent out that day. My fiancé said I told you to refund the money! Well now of course he has to wait until the product is sent back and received before they will refund. The product was sent back weeks ago and the refund still has not been processed!
