I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
They sent me a bad ecm made me pay to ship it back and only refunded 53 dollars back. The broken core itself was worth over 70. Their phone customer service is lousy and they charge you for their mistakes. They don't care about their customers and their return policy is designed to cheat people out of as much money as they can if you are unhappy with FS1's service.

I a repair shop owner, we look for best deal on parts all the time as it means margins for us, timeframes are also key factor for us. Buying with Flagship is always a breeze, I spend almost no time in looking for parts and just give them a direct call, and prices are pleasantly surprising, too. I was unsure if I was having a mechanical problem or an ECM issue. When I described it to the person on the phone they assured me it was most probably ECM and went as far as telling me "not to worry because if it was not an ECM issue that I was covered by a warranty and could merely return this for a refund." What they did not tell me was they would charge
A restocking fee (which they agreed to waive) and "NON NEGOTIABLE FEE" of $85 for reprogramming so out of the $200 I spent. I would recover about a $100. It is not worth returning this for half of my money back. Deceitful business practice! If i hadn't asked before i placed the order it would be my own fault BUT i did ask! I now have a spare computer that works as poorly as the original, still gives me about 12 CODES and i threw $200 out the window. BUYER BEWARE!
Tip for consumers:
Sales department never informed me about all the additional charges if you attempted to use the warranty. Basically led me to believe that if it did not solve my problem, I could return and get my money back what they neglected to tell me was they were going to keep almost half of my money. I now have an "EXTRA ECM" that gives me the same 12 codes as my original. I only took a chance on buying the computer because they assured me if it didn't fix the issue I would get my money back.

I purchased a pcm computer for my jeep grand cherokee in February 2021 in September of 2021 it went bad sent it back for testing it was bad all this took a month I went to the auto parts store and purchased one so I could get back and forth to work now they refuse to give a refund stay away these people will take your money and sell you crap and will not give you a refund! Crooks all the way around

Ordered a unit on March 15 after all kinds of excuses they say April 8 it will be delivered will never order from them or recommend them I do Auto Electric mobile service & the customer is blaming me because I helped them find this company. They Suck!

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your customer service. I returned an fs1 ecu for warranty and have been given the run around now for four weeks. As a consumer, I would tell you to run from this company, being unable to contact someone other then someone in the Philippines, I am tired of people saying how sorry, just solve the problem, customer service is dead, buy at your own risk.

Dealings with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You wait on hold forever, then you get the runaround with the support group and then the accounts manager wont send any emails to advise you on any updates with your order. I waited 8 weeks and still no pcm. They canceled my order and returned my money without notifying me of any changes. Worst experience ever

I called and placed an order ******* on Monday 9/20.
They confirmed the "Handling Time for all Programmed Units is 1-3 Business Days." so I proceeded to place my order over the phone. After that, I read all the horrible reviews which make me nervous because i need the unit shipped ASAP and many people complain about waiting weeks. I now call in each day to check the status since the "Order status" link on their webpage is broken and they tell me it could be up to 8 business days. It's strange they have HORRIBLE reviews on all platforms except eBay is 100%... I'll update my review if everything goes well, but so far I don't feel good about the trust I placed in my order. I wish I read the reviews ahead of time. You may want to do business with another vendor doing the same service out of FL.
