I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
It was installed and the lights shown on the dash went away :)! Definitely helped getting the computer from here so far it's been working well!

Easy to order... difficult to get what you ordered and worse if you believe the frequent promises...
5/17/21 it got worse. The wrong part arrived. I ordered *******084. Flagship One confirmed that order and sent instead *******-*******. Sent an email asking for an RMA and return information and a full refund... I will keep you posted..

Kind of a tough subject as the jeep I purchased it for took a dive and it needs a new engine. But it went in without issues and worked great until 2 weeks later when the engine died.

Flagship 1 is so good to sell units but it ends there. My ECU program was wrong and needed them to reprogram it. They instead credited me $60 and kept 130 for restocking fees. They said it is in the warranty agreement. Crooked company! Remember good reviews are often done by people who manage the website for the company. Trust the bad reviews..

Unable to find out when the ecm I ordered will ship other than when they get to it, 20% restocking fee is a scam, I'm going to cancel and eat the 20% and get somewhere else, already bad experience not good

I got an ecm that was to be plug and play. Still had information of previous car. Had to call customer service. Nothing can be done until you fill out form. RMA was sent on on 11/16/20. Still waiting for a shipping label to sent so i can send this ecm back. This is not way to due business. Can only speak to customer service rep. No supervisor or manager available to speak to clients. This is the last time i do business. With them.

After hoping that I found a reliable source for remanufactured control modules it turns out to not be true. As a shop owner and master technician I have needs for modules on a regular basis. I've purchased a few from flagship one in the past with no issues. My latest attempt resulted in numerous e-mails and phone calls to find the status of the order to no avail. After threatening legal action, I then received an e-mail that stated that the module was not available at the agreed price but rather one could be procured for twice the price. I called and spoke to two different individuals,before placing the order, to inquire if the module was indeed available. They stated and assured me it was. It was only after multiple weeks of no communication that I threatened legal action and a chargeback as the module was paid for via company credit card. I do not believe this company is an actual re-manufacturer but rather a marketing company. I also firmly believe that they could care less about their clients. This is evident by their lack of concern for issues that arise. Very disappointed.

I just installed the ECM plug and play and my car dont turn on. I chat online, call and send email and they only play ping pong with different people. They dont want ear the problem, just send to different employee without ear what is the problem, how they cant help me if they dont want know what is the problem?

I purchased the ECM module for my 1995 Dodge Avenger. It's AMAZING, it truly unlocks the power also brings out the best in my bolt-on upgrades. It is worthy the cash and very easy to install. No adverse signs or issues so that good!

I ordered a ecm for my ford truck, they said 1 to 6 days. Its been a month and no ecm in sight, I called and they said they could repair the original unit for 399.00 that 100.00 more than the part they sold me and never delivered.
I would stay away from this company.
If I could I would give this company a minus rating.

Price was good, but took longer than 5 business days to receive parts to complete repairs. Once part arrived it was in good shape and was a direct plug and play replacement.

I work for a very well known after market auto parts store in Charlotte, NC. I ordered a pcm on 4/5/2022 and to this day have not received it. I have tried on several occasions to speak with someone, matter of fact, I'm on hold at this very moment. I ordered this part for a customer who's extremely unhappy. Do your research before you order anything from these people. Very unprofessional and lousy customer service. I may need to get my money refunded and find another, more competent company. Hopefully it won't be this much trouble to get my money back. So I was just informed that they don't have the pcm in stock I ordered and paid for and it will be an additional $300 if I want to rebuild and repair the old one. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.
