I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
They are great and they stayed in contact with me from start to finish.They let me know every step they were taking and the part working great.Just want to say thank you to the team.

Dont waste your time or money with these people. Bought a computer end of February they gave me excuses about delays till march 10. Got it and bam didn't work. Called them to get an rma form and filled out what I needed to. Almost 2 months to the date I still hadn't received anything. Now I finally get the shipping label to send them the computer back just to fight for another month to get my money back. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I am getting a lawyer involved next.

Sent my pcm board back to company three weeks and have been trying to contact company on status of my part with several emails and phone calls with no response here I set with no vehicle because they have my board. I would never recommend to this company to any of my friends or family and will never use again.

Selling junk with a so called warranty that stop when they ship it cause u will never git another chance to talk to them they will block ur number the if u git threw on a nother number they will tell u lisa's the only 1 working there that can open ur file and she is never at her desk and will not call back so dont leave a message ur wasting ur time. Never buy anything from them tell everyone u know inn a car group or club bout these scam artists. Just look and the reviews got 30 good 13 bad. Yeah every other person got scammed

I ordered an ecm back in 07/22. Worked for 5 weeks. My car died. Had to pay a mechanic to tell me it was the ecm. Made them send me a new one. Worked 5 weeks again. The. Car died again. Now got it towed to dealership and again it wasn't programmed. So had to pay again to have it program properly. I reached out to the company once a week requesting a refund because it caused me 2 get stranded twice and several hundreds in mechanic/dealership charges. I was told every-time a manager would call never called. I call they say send an email just to keep me goi g in circles. They keep saying the ecm worked there but can not show me a diagnostic report when the dealership provided o r showing it wasn't. I had several times and each time I'm told there is not one and a manager would call. Finally a manager sends an email and says it's too late for a refund. This company is a rip off and sends ecm not properly programmed.

Do not use this company. It will cost you a lot of your time and way more money in the end!!!!

Waste time and money, I ordered the ECM for 2010 Mercury Mariner on March 15th 2023,They checked the VIN, but sent me a wrong ECM, so the car can't start,lost communication with IPC /ABS/ RCM /ECM.I connected with them on Apr. 3th 2023,sent them the RMA FORM and diagnose information, but nobody took care it, I called them every week, always told me the manager will call you soon, but never do that.

Got the computer in a timely manner, put it in and had the keys flashed to the ECM, started and ran fine except speedometer didn't work, I bought a ECM that has to have Ford's program download to it and then flashed the keys to it and it ran fine even the speedometer worked as it should,

Ordered 2 computers from them. Usually their turn around time is within 7 days. These computers were ordered on June 17th And June 22nd. Reached out several times to find out where they were and ll i ever get is its in programming and we'll send email when shipped. I'm an automotive shop and my customers don't like waiting over a month for their part. I received the one from the 17th today and the one from the 22nd of course is still in programming. Ordered on July 15th and was charged that day. Shipped the 27th (not bad considering) part was programmed for a different vehicle that is listed on my account for some reason (never ordered from before, won't ever again) sent back, they sent a replacement 6 WEEKS LATER AND GUESS WHAT. Still not programmed correctly. Now they refuse to issue a refund because the purchase was more than 30 days ago. Not my fault.
Keep your money, go to anyone else. These guys scam and are pulling a legal game to keep $142.00. Won't answer calls or emails. Took 75 days from initial purchase to even get a email from my case manager Neil. Buyer beware, and don't be a buyer from this horrid company.

Received an ecm had to send back because it was defective.3 weeks later Received new unit and had car at gm dealer and they tested ecm and said the 2nd one was also defective.it's been 2 months and I can't wait anymore for them to get it right.they only want to refund 100.they said they charge the other 85 for reprogramming...not my fault they had defective ecms.stay away from this company.all they want is your money not concerned about customer satisfaction

I was having an issue after installing the PCM and contacted support about it through email. To date support has never replied and I had to take the time to resolve the issue on my own.

I ordered an ecu from this company not thinking it would be any problem. I got an email one week after saying "we apologize that your product hasn't been shipped yet, it will be shipped in 1-2 business days". Exactly one week later I received the same email so I tried to call 7 times and left 3 voicemails within 4 days and got no answer or response. Another week after the last email I got the same email again! A couple days later I do finally I got through on the phone and the said the exact same thing as the email "Will be shipped in 1-2 business days". I asked to cancel the order and get a refund and they told me "We can't give you the full refund due to us spending time trying to program your ecu". I explained that's like going to a restaurant, not getting served but still giving a tip. After our back and forth conversation and not accepting a partial refund l, they finally agreed to give me the full refund. I don't even recommend this company to people I hate.

I ordered a ECU with keys for a 2006 Ford Freestar. Original ECU would allow the car to be driven but water damage stopped it from functioning properly. Install ECU and car now set various U codes and would not learn keys. I returned the module as defective and they charged me 165.00. DO NOT BUY THEIR JUNK. CHECK BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF PEOPLE ON THE PHONE AND ON THE CHAT ARE GREAT. THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN HORRENDOUS. I OWN A AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN CALIFORNIA. I HAD TO TURN IN A RMA TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS WRONG AND IT TOOK 3 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE AND THEY ASKED ME FOR THE SAME ANSWERS I HAD ALREADY GIVEN ON THE RMA. THE LEFT HAND (TECH DEPARTMENT) DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND (EMAIL DEPARTMENT) IS DOING. ITS REALLY TO BAD BECAUSE I HAVE HAD GOOD PRODUCT IN THE PAST. EVERYTIME I HAVE CALLED TO FIND OUT THEY TELL ME MY ACCOUNT MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE. I EVEN CHATTED ONLINE AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. THEY ARE AFRAID TO SAY THE REBUILD IS DEFECTIVE. I CAN EASILY INSTALL THE OLD COMPUTER AND THE THROTTLE RESPONSE IS FINE. THE PROBLEM WITH THE OLD COMPUTER IS THAT THE DRIVER DOES NOT CONTROL CYLINDER 1 COIL. CAR RUNS GREAT WITH NEW COMPUTER BUT NO THROTTLE CONTROL.
