I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

1996 Toyota Camry 2.2 Liter had a crank no start and stalling issues with a P1300 - Ignitor Circuit Malfunction 1 code. The remanufactured ECM I purchased from Flagship One fixed the problem immediately.

I placed my order on 8/16 and received it on 8/30. I emailed customer service 2 times with no response There chat line was off no use, they just sent my message to customer service.
I never received any information on why it was taking so long

I purchased a refurbed PCM from flagship 1 for $250. Installed it in my vehicle immediately the check engine light came on. Remove the unit and closely inspected to see that most of the guide rails on the three connectors were chip broken and cracked. I also noticed that one of the pins was pushed flush way way far down below the rest of the pins. It could not have possibly made contact. It could not have possibly been tested. I tried to call the company several times left a voicemail with what sounded like a Latin female recording. 3 months later after they read my Google review somebody from administration left a reply to the Google review. I then re-contacted them. Nothing has been done. They didn't correct anything. The man pretty much called me a liar and said that I never called in to report anything. I then provided him with the reference number. They then saw that I did make a sale at their company. And again nothing has been done. I don't have to lie about anything! The photos that I posted on my Google review shows everything.

This company sucks... Although the module I ordered worked I had a car waiting for the module and they took all their sweet time to ship it (8 days from order date) then it took so long I had to pay for overnight shipping and no fault of theirs other than they used USPS it took another week to arrive. I contacted usps and they told me they would refund the shipping but since I didnt pay them Flagshipone would have to request a refund. I had contacted Vanessa when the package had not arrived as it was supposed to and she didnt even respond. So the next day the package had arrived and I contacted her again and then she finally responded as the module came to me with a broken off bolt in one of the mounting holes. I mentioned the shipping to her and she just brushed it off and said once it leaves their facility it is no longer their responsibility... i was not happy with that answer as they are still responsible as they paid usps... Then she didn't want to hear about a request for a shipping refund... This company has poor customer service...

BEWARE... It took three days less than a month to get the ECM I ordered from Flagship1 and it was defective. But they charged my credit card the day I placed the order. Filed a claim with credit card to get my money back, which took another month. Lesson learned. Search reviews on company before buying. Now I'm one more of the MANY unhappy Flagship1 customers.

Everything went well with the install and the programming of the keys. The company only charge me $150 to come out and program them to a new case and worked well.

Was quoted and sold the wrong PCM at first, was notified of the error and corrected billing, shipping was further delayed due to this. The PCM was partially programmed, we could not complete the in house programming and calibrations due to the coding of the GEM software in the PCM. We had to pay for a programmer to come and program the PCM with the missing software to complete the in house calibrations / Programming.

The ecm I purchased would not allow my key to relearn to the new ecm per instruction I received from the company. I emailed the company to ask for assistance, but did not receive a reply.

They always say an account manager will call you back. That is a joke. Say yourself a headache, spend a little more money and order from a real company. My opinion, this company is a scam. Still haven't received my product or heard back from the account manager.

Sent in my PCM because FS1 said they didn't have a core to work with. Turnaround was 1 day after my package arrived, shipped back to me with no paperwork. Installed it and now I have the same error code that I sent it in for, P0012 -"Intake (A) Camshaft Position Timing – Over-$#*!ed (Bank 1)."
Noticed on my credit card statement that I had been refunded $500 of the $650 I paid up front with ZERO explanation what had been done or if they had failed in attempting to fix it.
Now my tags are up for renewal and it's not going to pass DEQ.

I bought a PCU/ECU which ever you want to call the item. It lasted 6 months before the PCU. The car is dying once again and this stupid company wants me to send the PCCU back to them before they will send me a new PCU. You can see that the receipt states unlimited warranty. I would suggest that you buy from another company. This company sells crap equipment. Six months is not very long for this issue to start again.

Ordered 2 PCMs for different cars. Neither was programmed for the correct vehicle. We tried everything including a dealer to get them both to work. One was corrupt and not able to be used and the other was programmed for a 2013 not a 2016 as we had requested. They refuse to answer emails and lie that a RMA was issued so that AMEX will not reverse charge. The single most unethical dishonest company I have EVER dealt with. Run away fast. They will cheat you in every way possible

Great deal, took a little longer than expected but I finally received a great product. They wanted to make sure the unit was perfect prior to shipping it to me, so it was a longer wait. Would have been nice if they would have informed me of what the delay was.

Even though I saw bad reviews I decided to give this company a try anyway. That was huge mistake. The part came in and wouldnt work. You have to return the item within 30 days of purchase, but it takes them almost that long just to send it to you. After paying for shipping and hoping it gets back in time you still do not get a full refund. They refuse to admit the item is "defective". Old part works new part doesnt. I say new but the part I received was clearly used. Its obvious to me that this company is ripping customers off.
