I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
PCM was great fixed my issues it just took much longer than you promise on your site. Just be honest when shipping outside of the USA.

Believe me 120% stay away from these guys, They are 100% crooks. We have been fighting with them on our money since Sept 25th, 2020 and we still are. They keep us on hold and don't respond or send us to another department to try and weasel money out of us or to say that they have got to it. Stay away from these guys they don't even deserve 1 star!

I did not buy from them after asking questions (AND you should definitely ask questions too before buying!) I asked point blank questions and learned the warrantee is a joke ($85 return AND 20% restock fee?) That doesn't sound like much of a warrantee for what has been described in other reviews as a spray painted junkyard module. They default to 'ask your mechanic' as a scapegoat and it sounds to me like they really don't even check PCMs before they go out (but I really don't know?). What I do know from asking questions before buying is they really don't stand behind their product. All these low reviews are an indication of what this company is about. Pretty sad as I really would've like to buy one to get my car running properly. The search continues for a reasonably priced REPUTABLE supplier...

This company stole 500$ and my part. I ordered my part December 10th. I received one update that gave me hope. I should have known better. They said that they needed to order a new part and they didn't know how long it would be. I thought that I in fact had ordered a new part I was not aware it was probably someone else's stolen part. Due to it being over 30 days since I had ordered my stolen/new part they could only offer to fix my part. So like any desperate person that needed to have a vehicle to drive I shipped my PCM to be repaired. I was promised 3 days from the date they received my part. We are now on week three and I am no longer getting replies. They just keep asking for papers that I have already provided. Congratulations for pushing the calendar. I will be filing a fraud claim with my card so I will get my money back. This company commuted a felony with my payment and the amount to replace my PCM.

I was shipped a defective ECM for a Ford 6 liter diesel. Called and spoke with them. Every time a spoke with them ( at least 4 or 5 times) I was always told they would look into it and get back to me. They NEVER got back to me. I would call later and go through it all again. I finally got them to agree their part is defective, but they stopped responding at that point. I bought another from a company that was much more honest. Still no response from them.

ORDERING WAS EASY. NOW TO WAIT AND SEE WHAT I GET AND HOW IT WORKS. Was going to order a new ECM from dealer but they would have to have it in the car at the dealership to program it. Total cost including towing the car to the dealer would have been around $700 - $1000 Canadian. Cost through Flagship One totaled $520 CDN including customs fee. Received it in 9 days, followed the instructions and the car was usable in less than an hour.

This company is bad news don't buy anything from them. They will take your money and start to play you ping pong game, you will not get them on phone, if you get somebody you will be kept on phone for more than two hours and at the end they will hang up on you. They will not ship your product, they will not reply your emails and you will not receive any phone call from them. This company is bad news, don't attempt to buy anything from them.

Ordered a pcm. Said 1to 6 days for shipping. They keep telling me it's being programed and that the accounts manager will contact me. I really needed the part for my business and because of them I am losing money. Will now have to buy it elsewhere spending more money. They should not be allowed to be in business.

After ordering my PCM I got an email stating that a part was pulled and was awaiting program status. After email I finally got another email saying my part was awaiting final process and I would receive a email when it was sent out. Its now been 3 weeks of my jeep sitting in the driveway waiting for my part, and still no idea when I may see my part. Fake positive reviews. Horrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend Flagship one to a enemy!

I ordered a computer for my car took a month to get put the car in the shop to have it installed and the computer was bad they sent me a paper to sign for the warranty I have signed and returned 3 and have been called asking the same questions as if my answers would change being tired of the run around I told them to just forget it because all they were trying to do is get me to say something for them to prove it was my misdoing to the computer not to work so the warranty would not be good will never buy from them again to anyone who does read the fine print because the warranty isn't what you think

Hi! First and foremost, thank you for taking time to share your thoughts. We want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning all the issues that you have faced. The process that you are referring to is our RMA process. It basically asks a couple of simple questions as to what went wrong with your original unit, and how you diagnosed it, as well as what went wrong with the unit you got from us and how you diagnosed it. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to help you. This form does get forwarded to the technicians so they can understand whether the problem is derived from the ECM or if it is internal. The initial form you filled out lacked information like symptoms, fault codes and steps taken to diagnose faulty PCM. We sent another RMA form to require the said information. Once the 2nd form was filled out we needed to clarify on 2 things 1. Is the vehicle starting if the original computer is plugged in? 2. If the FS1 computer is scanned, are there any error code? We have reached out to ask these questions but you have declined to answer and resorted to just consulting with your mechanic. Thank you for reaching out. We take all feedback to heart and our goal is to use it to improve our services to your benefit.

I also got ripped off, there warranty is crap. Computer quit after 2 months, wouldn't send me another one, filled out all paper work so i could get one in a week and they said they got it on oct 27, always get put on hold and never get back with me, still don't have a computer. Called again this morning trying to buy a new one and told them who i was and they hung up on me and said they wasn't dealing with me. I never do reviews but this has burnt my butt

When I received my PCM I went ahead and plugged it in my car, everything works good except ECU and Engine lights are on. What could it be?

THE DEALER COULD NOT PROGRAM AND WE WERE DEVISTATED DOING THIS ENDED UP SAVING US $1200 AND THE CAR IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY - WE JUST ADDED AT LEAST A YEAR ONTO A 25 YEAR OLD CAR. EASY TO ORDER AND THE UPDATES ARE GREAT!

The shipping took around two weeks and installed the new ECU today. I had the locksmith come out to reprogram my pats keys and he said the computer was not programmed for my car but he got it working. I'm not sure if that's what the issue was or not but he got my car started and I had no lights on the dash And all the gauges did not work. The locksmith said he had to program the computer to the car but it's working :) So I'm not sure if they didn't program my Vin number correctly or if there's was more additional programming needed. I have a 2008 Ford escape 6 cylinder 3.0
Also I had a check engine light on from my computers memory problem so that's why I changed the ECM.

I purchased a ecm on Feb 25th of 2022. March the 20th, all I had gotten was the running around, then I wrote a review, a bad one, all the suddenly, 3 days later got a package with the ecm, doesn't look like that's a good one. And I had gone to my bank to get my money back. Too much hassle, too many lies, let me give a good advice, don't buy from these people, not at all honesty people. They don't respect us the consumers. For what I got from them, they should be shot down. Bad, bad, bad to core, worthless.

I ordered a pcm through them and they said they would give me a tracking # when it shipped. They said 2-8 days. Its been two weeks and they have not reached out to me, I never got my tracking number. I have called 3x and left messages, I have emailed 4 or 5 times, and no one has responded to me! Im going to be contacting my bank to dispute the charges, as well as paypal and contacting the better business bureau as well

This company shipped us a bad pcm. We contacted them to let them know they told us to send it back and they would fix it. We received it back about 5 days later (!) and the same special packaging we sent it out was still on it, they didnt even open the box! Sure enough, it has the same problem and we had our master tech confirm its the pcm so we are back to square one.
NOTE: if a company cant resolve an issue, be HONEST with me, DONT LIE TO ME. It will not end well for you.

Avoid at all costs. Typical scam artists in this industry that pass off bad parts as working fine.
