I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

It was as easy as 1,2,3. A phone call with a Vin number and a couple weeks later ECM was here. ( plug and play ECM) I have no complaints at all with flagship one.

On 12-15-2020 I ordered a engine computer they said 2 weeks after 2 weeks I called they said its being programed when its done they will ship it well after 1 more week and me calling 5 times still no computer they said the same thing every time it being programed. So after 6 weeks of this I called to cancel and asked for my credit they said no problem it would take 2 days ok. Well after 10 calls and another 6 weeks no refund was made to my card. Had to call jp morgan to let them handle it i'm out 599.99 dollars I would not buy anything from this company.

Needing a rebuilt ECM for my 1996 Thunderbird, I first called them to make sure they had stock. Told that they did, I went ahead and ordered. Their website stated 2-7 days delivery but when day 8 rolled around and NO notice of shipment, I engaged their online chat system. They told me that the first one? They programmed failed their testing and that they would do another and expedite shipment. On day 14 from original order, they told me the only way they could help me was if I shipped (my expense) my old unit to them and they would rebuild it at over double the cost. I told them that wasn't an option as there were other companies out there to purchase from for less. They FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. Steer clear of them as they are not an honest or reliable source.

Tip for consumers:
Don't believe their bull$#*!. they LIE.

100% recommend! It is my second buy from these guys, so far so good… I've placed my recent order on January 24, and received it on February 5, not even 2 weeks (I'm in BC Canada) just put it on my 2011 Ram truck and actually have to re-learn the throttle body and boom…. Everything works perfectly! Little background: my truck has a little glitch from time to time, so I send my PCM that probably needs just software update to SIA electronic ( stay the hell away) at the end of November, and it took more than a month for me to get it fixed, but they screwed everything up. I couldn't get my truck back to life and just kept spending money for unnecessary parts and repairs. According to the reviews, people who were sending pcm back and forth to "SIA" were wasting time and money, and eventually bought from Flagship. So I took the grinder, cut my pcm in half and threw it in the garbage disposal just to prevent myself from further bull$#*!.😜 So I screwed up with my "software update "and even had to pay for it. Now I'm getting one from Flagship, and even can't believe it…. I'm on the road again within an hour 🤓 - cool! Only thing I didn't expect that I had to pay for is Canadian tax and duty $120 CAD on top of $100 USD for delivery.

I ordered a ecm for a 13 regal on the 21 of Dec here it is Jan 18 no ecm. They lied a minimum twice a week I had to put the customer in a rental which 613.00 a week. They knew they promised me I would have it by the 5 of Jan every time they say the unit didn't pass the test they got to get a new one an it be 2 day. Back on the 5 of Jan I ask for a refund they said a manger had to approve I've ask nolyn to call me are any manger when I called. They knowing I was paying for a rental offered to send copies. Last week the manager sent me a email saying when I ordered it I gave them the wrong number when I ordered it online I ordered it over the phone is what I responded with an that I'm a master tech for 38 years I've own my own business for 42 yrs now the idiot that Took. Y order. It's sad today they finally agreed to refund my money after I'm 1800. 00 In on rental. I would not recommend them to no one

Hi I knew that there would have been a delay on my order due to covid 19 which had to be mailed to Canada but it wasn't bad, the customer service was excellent and precise on delivery date and the ECU is working great so far. The online purchase was smooth however, I found out after a week that there was a "delay" in getting the PCM for my Jeep Wrangler. This is my daily driver. The Jeep will not run at all without a working PCM so I am at the mercy of the supplier for getting it up and running again. Tried to call customer service after a week without any communication on the progress and was on hold for almost an hour only to be told to email customer service for an answer to getting a refund as I had already ordered another PCM from a different company. That company mailed my PCM with a tracking number the day after I placed the order. Trying to get a refund I was told to email customer service again! Still waiting on a response.

I ordered a computer for my daughters car which should have came with 2 programmed keys. The computer was correct but the keys were WRONG therefore making my purchase worthless. I then Had to cll a locksmith to fix this error which was an additional $200. Flagship only wants to refund me $60 for the keys and not what I paid for them to be programmed. Which is BS! I filled out paperwork a month ago the still haven't contacted for my refund. I called today they want me to resend what I sent a month go. I have still not received any kind of refund but definitely the run around and bounced from service rep to service. Don't purchase from them go with a company that's at least accredited by the BBB which flagship is NOT and there are thousands of complaints on the BBB website.

I ordered this computer around a month ago and still haven't been able to get it to work, you are on hold for at least an hour, they either hang up on you or tell you they will email you instructions. I've also chatted online to three different people and they said the samething. I finally got a youtube video that has nothing to do with my computer. Another couple of weeks go by and finally Lisa sent instructions which seemed to be legit but still didn't start. I did it several times thinking maybe I did something wrong. I've been emailing about getting a refund and no communication AT ALL. Went silent after she said my ACCOUNT MANAGER would reach out, hahahaha, sure that never happened. So frustrated with this company and will never buy again.

Easy to find the actual Part Number and got my ECU in less than 2 weeks (Canada). Fast installation, but on my Ford Transit 2010 I had the extra step of reprogramming the Anti-Theft (PATS) which is 10 minutes of waiting for the scan tool to connect and 2 minutes to reprogram.

If you're smart, you'll stay away! I ordered a pcm and paid for it to be expedited and here it is 11 days and being sent in the mail after o canceled the order 4 days ago! Cmon, really? There is never a supervisor or someone to help you it's always a rep telling you some bull$#*! like they understand and they are sorry. The problem is people are running usinesses too, and depend on services to get things done. I will never order again, for those of you considering, you've been warned!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. Look at BBB and Google reviews. I made a big error in trusting this company with such bad reviews. I purchased a pcm that was supposedly a plug and play unit.
I paid for a flashed pcm which I did not receive. After installing the unit I had to have my vehicle towed to a shop and pay for them to flash the unit.
After contacting them I received a response claiming that according to my warranty they take no responsibility and refuse to reimburse me for the unnecessary charges I had to outlay.

Tip for consumers:
Use another supplier. They do not stand by their products.

A vehicle computer (pcm) that was supposed to be plug and play.

We ordered computer for a tribute didn't work sent it back Got another one still didn't work took it to dealership they said computer wasn't programmed and keys wasn't for it costed me 486 at dealership to get fixed so order off flagship one at your own risk they are a big joke

I've never been so dissatisfied with a company. My order took four weeks to ship but FS1 charged my credit card immediately. FS1 was horrible on the phone and would never commit to when my order would ship. When it finally arrived it was installed and the check engine light activated within 200' of the shop. All the same codes showed up and the transmission went into limp mode. I asked the company for a return authorization and its been 5 weeks with no return number or email. I've talked to them three times and still nothing. Due to the incompetentcy of FS1 I have been without my Jeep for over two months and they had my $825 and I had a worthless product. I finally disputed the charge to my card and received a credit from my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company. They are crooks.
