I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Van was cranking but wouldn't start after installing the new part.

Scam company will only send you the part if they have it but will charge you for part and shipping even if they dont. Like most ppl on here you call them and wait hours you talk to 5 ppl and end up gettinn told they will call back and NO CALL BACK. I paid for overnight shipping its been 5 days no tracking update, no product to my door, and no reaching someone from this company to ask whats up. Overall i had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. Dont buy!

Although parts often say plug&play it usually requires more steps than that. However, the ECM was literally only Plug&Play! No extra steps no extra programing no nothing. Plug&Play!

I ordered a PCM for my 1997 Ford Econoline Ambulance on their website the 28th of July. I received an email shortly thereafter stating they would need an additional $288 (that's in addition to the $354 I initially paid) to ensure it worked with my vehicle. I was told it would ship within a week and it didn't. I contacted them and they said it was programmed and being tested. They sent me a tracking number that was created that same day. Today is August 9th, I get no reply to emails, and they will not answer my phone calls (I'm on hold as I type this review) and the tracking still says "Label Created USPS has not yet received item". I'm filing a fraud charge with my bank and pulling my money back.

I ordered an ecm June 18th and it was not programmed correctly according to the nissan dealership. I sent it back they received it on July 2nd. I called them over 20 times and they never connected to my account manager or any other manager. After contacting the BBB they sent me a refund of less then half of what I paid. To be fair they told me the reason for sending me 90 dollars was for 20 percent restocking fee and 85 programming. Why should I have to pay for a program that was not done. They are crooks stay far away.

Purchased an ECM On Sept 14th I sent an e-mail stating the instructions were not included never received a response. Days delay while I was waiting a response. Installed the part and it worked for 2 weeks then starting failing. Had it replaced at a dealer. Contacted them on Oct 23rd asking for a Return Authorization. This is 39 days! I requested a refund several times and they will not issue a refund because it was over 30 days. They make it impossible to return in 30 days. They are non responsive and they sell defective parts.

It was a horrible experience returned the pcm 3times no good ended up getting a credit they do not return your money it took 4 months to get a credit that I was forced to use on a different pcm purchase I prayed to God that it would work it did. I am looking to get a different source of pcm dealer horrible experience

I had a problem with my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. No crank no start and no communication with ECU... they were glad to help and took my vin so they could program a new one. Installed new on and still no communication. Meanwhile found rodents had chewed wires on my neutral safety switch. Fixed wires and still had no communication from ECU... finally had truck towed to shop for repair. Technition called and asked if i had old ECU i say yes. He re-installed old computer and truck works fine... tech said new computer was not programmed... 600 dollars out of my pocket because of lousy work done by Flagship One company offered no re-imbursement

For weeks I've been getting the runaround, a few more business days, a few more business days. Today there is a rooster crowing in the background, ummm? Now it's been programmed and is awaiting testing, like I believe that. When I ask for someone by name they refuse to connect you. They refuse to issue a cancellation. They are incompetent liars. STAY AWAY!

Do not I repeat do not buy from this company! They do not honor the money back. The ecm computer they sent me didn't even work. My fuel pump wouldn't shut off and my engine wouldn't turn over. They send out core computers and just slap some stickers on it to make it look legit. I was told that even though I was past the 30 day money back that I would get a full refund and to just send it back. Ha! What a joke it never happened. They didn't even offer a replacement even though they claim that there is a 1 year warranty. And don't even get me started on the "customer service" they are rude and talk over you. They are clueless and rude and don't know what they are talking about. But if you're in the mood to waste your money and get talked over by all means this is the company for you.

This company is a Scam. They take your money and send out wrecking yard and salavaged parts that do not work. I have been waiting 6 weeks for an ECM that I paid for. My Colorado ran with the old one, but sometimes it would loose communication and would have an engine miss. I ordered a replacement ECM from Flagship one that was supposed to be programmed and ready to install. My truck would not even start with the dirty POS that they sent out. I am still waiting to recieve a part from them. Supposedly the case manager had a family emergency and no other human being at the company can assist with the order. They got my money and I am still waiting for my ECM. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this so called company. Order number #******* for proof of order.

Had nothing but problems with flagship1 and Mary A! Part was supposed to arrive in 3-7 business days…it took 14. Called to talk to someone about it got connected with Mary A. She is absolutely terrible at her job. She lies and lies and lies…when I asked to speak to her boss they were never there and they couldn't call me later so it was like Mary A didn't want me talking to her boss. Asked to have package shipped "next day" Mary A doesn't even know what that is so it got shipped "priority" like everything else does and I was told I would get upgraded shipping since part was so late…that didn't happen so I waited 3 more days. Still waiting on a call from flagship1 management but let's face it they don't want to talk to me and hear about how terrible their company and Mary A are so I'll just leave this here.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SHEISTERS!
