I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
The computer I received was not programmed, had to pay someone to come and program the unit. Very unsatisfied.

Ordered ECU on the October 11th and received it on October 24th. After installing plug and play ECU, car doesn't start. I paid $230 for piece of equipment that doesn't work. I've emailed them and no response. $#*!ty customer service. I will never recommend them to anybody. Never using them again.

I was a bit nervous when I first purchased the computer for my SUV because of all the bad reviews. I ordered the ECU and it was a promised 2-7 days for shipping. It ended up getting here in 12 days. Once it got here it was actually packaged very well and protected. I opened it and it came with an OBD2 Programing tool and the ECU itself. I installed the new ECU and followed the instructions and as promised 30 minutes later my truck started and has been running great ever since. I will update the review as much as I can in the next months... I know everyone is frustrated and disappointed in this companies service. I don't know if I got lucky but in the end it worked so I'm happy. Only complain is they should not promise fast shipping when it takes twice the time other than that it was affordable and it worked.
Tip for consumers:
Shipping takes longer than expected.

After receiving the ecm for my caravan, before it was started the ecm showed all 6 cylinders locked rich. The codes could not be cleared and the vehicle would not start.
Returned the ecm to flagship for warranty and they have the codes and information.
Flagship has sent me the forms for the codes repeatedly and has failed to provide a replacement ecm.
After a lengthy call to flagships call center, there is still no help.
I'm out my money and the ecm for my van.
I've been scammed.

Ordered a computer 3 months ago and have yet to get a refund. Every time you call to speak to someone to handle any issue they ask to email you or call you back. We have called 4x and have yet to speak to anyone who can help. Each time we have been told an account manager will call us back and we have NEVER received a call back. Do not do business with this company!

I ordered my ECM two weeks ago. All is shows is "PROCESSING ORDER" on the website. They charged my credit card, and on the site says 3-7 days. My vehicle is still not operating, as I have no part. 4 days ago, I used their chat function on their site to get an update, I was told in 2-3 more days and they gave me some bogus shipping number. As of today it still says processing and I still have no part or real tracking number.

Do not use! Oder 2 ECM took over a month to confirm order. Canceled order and this scamming company still charged my credit card. Had to dispute the charges and still fighting with them. When you call flagship you will be transferred over and over then eventually they will hang up on you. Promise you Do Not Use This Company! Nothing but trouble

Horrible phone customer service. All females which i wouldnt care if they were actually knowledgeable about what they sell. Nobody can answer technical questions and they have to transfer everything to the department manager... then once you get transferred the manager if she is busy she will just tell you to hold without picking back up even after 40 mins on hold. Then i call back and they say she is busy so they said the manager will email me but then hangs up before i have a chance to ask when i can expect the email. If youre going to sell car parts, maybe get some staff who actually knows what theyre selling?!

Bought a refurbished CPU for my 2006 caddy from this company. They said it would be pre- programed for my car using my Vin number. It took over 10 days to get the CPU... and the unit failed to work! The vehicle instrument readout read, "starting disabled", "anti-theft mode" had the vehicle towed to GM dealership, they diagnose the problem with CPU computer as "locked out", and we're unable to unlock it. That should not have happened the CPU had been programed to my vehicle using my Vin number like they stated. Hopefully I won't have an issue getting my refund on the defective CPU... that was junk! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
