I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
I would run from this company. I purchased a ECM from them 07/2019. They were my "best friends" when I was giving them $$. Fast forward 11 months to 06/20: my ECM was shutting down in the Oklahoma heat. I mailed it to them ( per their form, it says in bold red, to send it) and confirmed they received it. Three weeks later... nothing had been done... nothing. I pleaded with them that uber/ Lyft was too expensive. They rushed it back at that point, but still shut down in the July heat. The very first day, it shut down. They would not work with me... recall, they were my best friend, when money was on the table, but when integrity was the issue, THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND, THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL, OR EMAIL.
I'll suggest this, this company would not get a 1 star out of 10 from me. Why? Integrity is everything. When one has to use some of the " sawbucks you gave them" in order to back up their own written warranty, but elects to totally ignore you... run, find a different company

I never received the PCM I ordered from them so I can't comment on the quality of their products, but in the process of having to fight for my refund I enlisted both the BBB and PayPal complaint processes and what influenced me the most was their utter disregard for the facts of my transaction and communications they stated in their response to the BBB complaint. They lied about almost every aspect of our transaction even though I have all the date stamped emails and phone records that show their interpretation of the events were pure fabrication. This is not a company I would ever recommend to anyone. You cannot trust them, they will lie to you too. Stay away!

Took a month to get ECU for Toyota Prius 2011. Came with 5 permanent codes. Sent it back. Took another month. Said it wouldn't have any codes. Clean plug and play ECU. Came with 4 permanent codes. Sent back for refund. They charged me $85 restocking fee. Junkyard ECU full of codes. They have no software to clean ECU's. Don't waste your time with FS1.

Ordered a standard ecm for a gm vehicle, FS1 took 2 weeks to complete the order, with emails stating they were working on it and it's very complicated. It is not.
2 weeks to receive the ecm and it does not work. Called customer support and they sent me a form to fill out and said it would be 24-48 hours before someone got back to me. This company is a scam. They have no idea what they are doing and at best, are sending out junk yard parts that are not programmed.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Tried to use these bozos, on a pcm for a dodge caravan 3.3. Trans issues. They sent one out after 10 days. They told me I would get it in 3 days liers! Then when it finally showed up. The van would not start. They wanted me to send it back for inspection. Then they would get back to me when they had time. That is unacceptable. They provided a return slip that had the wrong address on it so when I sent it back it went somewhere else. These guys are the biggest ripoffs out there. If you are reading this before you buy from these ripoffs! Don't do it. You cant even call and talk to someone halfway knowledgeable! Coronavirus should shut them down let's all pray for that. Pepole in business like this make it bad for us honest repair shops? It only cost me 200.00. At this point, if I can save at least 1 person from being ripped off bye these bozos, it will be worth!

ORDERED TWO DIFFERENT COMPUTERS, ONE FOR A CARAVAN THAT WASNT CHARGING CORRECTLY, RECIEVED REPLACMENT ONE IN 12 DAYS PLUG IT IN AND ALTERNATOR WORKS BUT ONLY RUNS ON THREE CYLINDERS[SIX CYL ENGINE] PLUG IN OLD COMPUTER RUNS FINE,PUT NEW ONE BACK IN AGAIN DOUBLE CK CONNECTIONS AND STILL ONLY RUNS ON THREE CYLINDERS REINSTALL OLD RUNS ON SIX FINE BACK IT OUT OF SHOP AND SEND COMPUTER BACK [ANOTHER WEEK AND HALF GOES BY] THEY SAY NOTHING IS WRONG WITH COMPUTER WILL SEND BACK OR IF REPLACE WITH ANOTHER WILL VOID WARRANTY. OTHER COMPUTER I GOT WAS NOT PROGRAMED FOR VEHICLE TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET AND SENT BACK AM STILL WAITING FOR RETURN BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS. Purchased an ECM for 2011 Escape. Should have known something was wrong when their key programming instructions didn't work. My husband put the old one back in and drove to a locksmith to have the keys programmed for $60 after reinstalling the new ECM. On the way home the transmission wouldn't shift correctly. Starting in 2nd, skipping 3rd and never shifting past 4th on the highway. The car wouldn't even idle properly. He gimped it back to the locksmith the next weekend to have the keys reprogrammed again after reinstalling the old unit( another $60). The ECM from Flagship 1 is garbage. After having to sign their warranty document it isn't worth the trouble of sending it back. 20% restocking fee and $85 because it was a programmed item. Complete waste of money!
