I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.

ORDERED A PCM, FIRST 2 DID NOT PASS THEIR INSPECTION. AFTER 3 WEEKS 1 GOT MY PCM. FORD DEALERSHIP SAID COMPUTER IS NO GOOD. WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR FIRST ONE AND GOING TO BE ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE A GET A REPLACEMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. JOSEPH Y. WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MANAGER WILL NOT CALL ME BACK. YOU ASK A QUESTION ON PHONE AND THEY JUST SIT THERE AND DONT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION. BUT ALL THE REVIEWS ON THERE WEBSITE IS GREAT. THATS A JOKE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I purchased a fuel injection control module (FICM) through this company and I am highly disappointed. To start, the module I received was more defective than my original FICM that went bad. On initial turn of the key it wouldn't even test cycle the injectors. I reached out to them to try to resolve the issue, only to wait weeks for a single response. I waited so long for their response that by the time they got back to me they claimed my module was no longer returnable unless I wanted store credit. Even with my distaste by this point for the company I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried to just swap the defective module they gave me for a new one. They then sent me a long form to fill out explaining what the issue was so one of their technicians could diagnose the issue… if you know anything about diagnostics, you know that you can't diagnose an issue completely without actually having it. Reguardless, I filled out the form, just to wait weeks again for a response, this Tim claiming they need FURTHER information. By the time I received that email I had already purchased a module through a different company that worked just fine. This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with and I will never do business with them again.

Bought pcm for 99 Silverado after installing truck would not start called customer service told me to do key relearn which I had already done several times called back put on hold for 30 minutes finally gave up wish I had read reviews before I bought from flagship one

Ordered a pcm for my jeep on the 13th and it was expected to be delivered on the 22nd. Finally arrived on the 27. Ripped the old one out and put the new one in an hour before work and it worked great.
