I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Flagship1 is a joke customer service will ignore your phone call send u to voicemail I made a 900 dollar purchase on a ecm and there web site clearly says shipped in 1-6 buisness days well 12 days letter still hasnt shipped and no trackin # I have recorded all the conversations that we did have when they would answer the phone and I am getting my lawyer involved. I asked for a refund and thats when i started getting ignored so I do not recommend this place to anyone

I ordered a PCM from this vendor just over a month ago from the time of writing. It has been in transit with its last scan being when it departed the origin facility just over 3 weeks ago. Not only has flagship one neglected to reach out to me in any capacity regarding this issue; of the 10+ separate instances where I have reached out to them, they have all been met with shirking of responsibility and empty promises. Most often the promise that my "account manager" (who happens to be the only one with the "authority" to do anything about my issue), would be reaching out to me within the day. An account manager whom despite my multiple attempts to reach by phone and email to their specific email address, has yet to communicate with me in any manner.
Now I'm not trying to blame fs1 for USPS losing track of this package, but I would like to caution anyone considering engaging in commerce with them that if anything goes awry with your product once it leaves their facility, they will do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation; this includes reaching out to couriers in any capacity. As for anyone who has already made a purchase, I sincerely hope your experience is entirely different than mine. Especially considering the ever-present stressors of everyday life.

Ordered a PCM for my mini van from them. It didn't work. Took 2 days to get ahold of them on the phone only to be told that I hadn't been given the directions for install. They e-mail them to me. Followed directions and it still didn't work. Have been calling and chatting trying to get a refund from them since Oct. 10th. Nothing but run around and excuses.
I waisted my money. Don't waist yours.

I've been waiting for over two months to get my problem solved and all I've got it different ECM now my Tahoe won't run at all has more codes than my computer I had one now I got twelve you can see clearly they just glass beaded a computer sent out now they won't even answer me lost job cause know car to get to work real pease of work this business need to be blown off earth

I haven't been able to program the keys yet. I ordered the new CPU for a 2005 Ford Fusion and when I put in the part number it shows on the reader as a 08/09 with a 4 cylinder and I have a V6
