I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
BEWARE! DONT BE FOOLED! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE RUN BY CLOWNS! Don't be fooled by there good reviews because there FAKE... Notice how you cant leave a review on there website, its because they don't want you to, they just want to put made up reviews so it looks good to fool the consumer. There is only 2-3 people max that work there and NON of them have clue on what there doing. They took my money and have produced nothing but excuses for almost a month now with still no computer and still out of work! The whole 1-6 days things is BULL CRAP!

What a joke, how can they still be getting business. Advertise 3-8 days for service and 100 satisfaction guaranteed. It's more like 3-8 weeks for service and no satisfaction guaranteed. DO NOT USE THEM, SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY!

Bought a PCM from them. Received it a month later to find out it was not working. I certified mailed the PCM back to them and now 14 months later I am still out of a PCM, my money and my car is still parked. One of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They give you the run around that "John A." is the only person in that company can help you. They DO NOT call you back or can even give you a straight answer when you have been on hold for 45+ minutes for 3 days straight. Save the headache and use a REAL reputable company! FLAGSHIP ONE IS A SCAM! BEWARE!

Not one pleasant experience this company are nothing but thieves! Dont spend your money, with this company. They have over 600 on going open complaints with the better business bureau.

I bought a ECU from Flagship 1( December 2019) and I received it in a few days however when it was installed the item was worse than the one removed from the vehicle. With the old ECU the vehicle would start and drive ( but it would also shut off and run hot) but with the one received (the connectors were corroded) it wouldn't even crank. I returned the item and another one was shipped which I never received. I was told that it showed "returned to sender" on February 6,2020. I have called and e-mailed on several occasions and left messages for the account manager who has never bothered to return the call nor reply to my messages. It is now March 3rd, 2020 and I still haven't received a new unit.

So far I am very dis-satisfied with flagship, The PCM was not operable when received and getting it replaced as promised has not happened yet. Once they have your money the support ends.

I purchased ECM for my jeep. When installing the unit, the manual from Jeep said that tests ran show the problem could be in ECU so I sent it back for replacement. Now 11 weeks and 3 different reps later I am still waiting for the replacement, and I am told that the replacement will not have a warranty. One rep is not working there anymore (after 6 weeks waiting and emailing no emails returned0 the next said 1 to 4 days and it would be sent, 3rd rep 2 weeks latter being told it will be SOON still no part what does it take
To get my part never a reply.

I ORDER IT ON MAY 26 ******* IS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BY JUNE 1 THEY KEPT SEND EMAIL DELAY 2 DAYS X 4 TIMES AND I TRY TO CALL THEM AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN I CAN RECEIVE THE COMPUTER THEY WILL HAVE MANAGER CONTACT ME WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL BACK AT ALL.
FINALLY I HAVE TO FILES A EBAY RESOLUTION TO GET IT SHIP TO ME ON JUNE 15

I ordered a PCM for my car on July 13th was suppose to arrive in 1-6 business days. Two days later told me they needed an additional $37.50 for the part because the one that I ordered, per their system, was wrong. In the process of not getting my part I ended up with Account Manager Angelo K. On July 17 I was told my module would ship in 1-2 days. Then on the July 24th I was told it would be delivered to me by July 30th. Had issues with the unit because I wasn't told I would have to pay another $125 to have a locksmith program my keys.
I tried to contact Angelo about changing the warranty to reflect the correct part number and price but his email was no longer in service and the phone number didn't work.
The part has worked for me but the time frame for the order was way too long, i could have sent my original part to Circuit Board Medics, had it repaired and not have to have my keys reprogrammed.

September 20 - installed, with NEW CODE, that was not there previous!
September 22 - after many emails, calls, finally process was started to return.
September 26 - RMA Approved
September 29 - Return confirmed/delivered to Flagship One
As of October 1 -It's been a MONTH, the vehicle is STILL SITTING. Still waiting for a 'clean' "plug and play" ECM.
Clearly - not as responsive or ships as fast -as site promotes! Be warned!
I will give a better review and when/if Flagship One quickly sends the replacement - and it actually works!

I m not talking about the delay of response 10 days to send a product, to finally received a not working product in France! You received 20 time the same document by mail (RMA) to explain what s the problem on the product... due to the fact I m living in France... a specialist as to open the calculator to reprogram it discovering that it has no codes and was defective from the origine.; after I return the product with the "autorisation" 20 days after, the product was not anymore warranty because we had to open it... if the controller was working at the origin I didn't have to open it! This company his hiding itself behind his warranty... where is the warranty to receive a functioning product? For info I bought to ARES TECHNONLOGIES the same product, deliver in France 3 days after, it was 20% cheaper and worked perfectly on my car... I spend more Thant 300 dollars of shipment for nothing... lost 500 dollars and won't stop complain... never buy use this company run away from them

Our policy clearly states that once the warranty sticker has been tampered, that will void your lifetime warranty with us.
