I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Purchased 2 parts from this company a Engine control module and a Totally integrated Power distribution module (TIPM). We first received a TIPM that was obviously from a junkyard and 4 pins were corroded off and was obvious it wasn't going to work and had to send it back 2 times before receiving a good unit. The Engine control Module (ECM) however looked good but it was creating a problem we didn't have before. I sent it back to them and they sent me another ECM which also didn't work. I called them and they said they were sure the ECM was good they and I should send it back for them to test it. I did and they assured me it was a good unit. So we sent it to the Dodge dealer to see if they can verify the problem. After 2 weeks of testing and trying other components they still said the ECM was still bad. So I purchased another ECM from another company and guess what all the problems are gone. I called them today to send the ECM back to get refunded as this is an obviously a bad part, and they will not refund my money and will only offer store credit. I will NEVER buy another product from this pathetic excuse for a business. I just want my money back as I never received a usable part from them!

I have been in business for thirty years and have been working on cars for fifty years. This is by far the worst company i have EVER WORKED WITH. They take your money and if there is a problem the dont give a flying CRAP. They keep asking me to send the unit back before they will send a replacement even though is said bill me again to save time. Supposed to be an American company yet I have not talked to an American yet. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY. ----------- TEN STARS

I paid $400. For an ECM for my Nissan.
Flagship sent me a used one, which I expected, but the top was on wrong when it was shipped to me. It didnt work of coarse.
Because they bought a used ECM for my vehicle, cleaned it off, put the lid on wrong on purpose, put their tamper seal over the hole used to mount it.
Then you get it and if you take the lid off and put it on correctly you just did exactly what he wants you to do, rip his warranty voiding seal. If you don5 take the lid off and put it on correctly, doesnt matter they have researched exactly where to put tg he seal so u have to put a screw through it. Warranty voided.
He doesnt even know how to program a module. Are you kidding.

As a reputable repair shop needing an ECU for a 2008 Nissan Altima I spoke with a representative from Flagship. I was told to submit the VIN # and the unit would be a plug and play. I waited the 8 to ten days as told to receive the ECU and it didn't show up. Needing the ECU to repair my customers car I called and was told hat Flagships programming Dept. was backed up and I advised them that if it did not ship within two days I would cancel the order as I could get a used ECU local and have it programmed to save time. I received a confirmation on the second day that it shipped.
After receiving and installing the ECU nothing worked. I had a local mobile programming company come out and they told me the unit was blank. I called Flagship and they told me to send it back to be re programmed!?
I can not believe they sent out a blank computer so they didn't loose my sale! Who does that? I then asked for a refund for the programming I had to pay locally and they ignored my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY. AS A REPUTABLE AUTO REPAIR BUSINESS, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FLAGSHIP AGAIN.

If you want to save time and a lot of Money RUN!, Do not do business with them, they are well qualified scammers, I made a purchase a month ago and they still have not sent the part I ordered, all I get is cheap excuses, which to me means they don't have the expertise in programing PCM/ TCM. Every week its a different excuse, and don't expect your account manager to get intouch with you, there is no account manager its part of there BS story.
