I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
This company are theives, they steal your money and provide false shipping information - no refunds for their bad products. Do not buy from this outfit, they are all liers.

NO communication at all, no email confirmation, no order updates, I had to call several times with long hold times(20-30 minutes) multiple transfers to "account managers" I had to cancel the order after ZERO communication for a week, after two weeks i have not received a refund, I had to make i claim with my bank. STAY AWAY!

You can't get anyone to call back. I placed an order on 10/9 and it still has not shipped. NO one will call me back and when I call they keep saying it will ship today or tomorrow.

After receiving a replacement for the wrong part they sent me the same wrong part again. Tried to return the part and nobody would call me or email me after they said they would. I tried over a month to return the wrong part after complaining for a month I finally got approved for a return. Mailed out the part back with tracking it has been two months and never received my money. Had to file a pay pal complaint to return funds. To this date have not received anything from the company regarding my return. (total days wasted with this company 4 months) SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
