I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Terrible product, terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company. I ordered a PCM for a Jeep Patriot, and upon plugging it in, it had 8 codes. Just to confirm that it was the Flagship One PCM that was causing issues, I went to a junk yard and found another one and tried it. No codes. Then I plugged the FS1 PCM back in and all the codes appeared again. The product didn't work. So I contacted them to return it. After a few tries, someone contacted me and sent over a RMA form. Great, so I filled that out, and sent back the PCM, and haven't heard back from them since. It has been over a week of multiple phone calls daily - each time being put on hold for more than 10 mins, and then the call going to VM. Multiple emails, and attempts to use the chat function on their website. No response.
THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND GHOSTED. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It takes to much to receive and when was receive the computer was not complete the programing, missing a/c, windows, rear camera, stop sensors.

I received a Saturn S series PCM from Flagship One that was the wrong part number and not compatible with my 1996 Saturn SL2. I was immediately issued a prepaid return label and received a full refund from Flagship One. I then found a PCM on EBay from Flagship One which had matching part numbers on the OEM sticker to my original and purchased it. These older Saturn S-Series PCMs can not simply be programmed to the Vin# of the car. It must have matching part numbers on the OEM barcode sticker.

In response to Flagship: You are commenting on my order through Amazon, which I only made because you used a different name and I did not know who I was ordering from. You were better behaved through them, however, the computer was still not properly programed and did not work even with the key relearn and 12ish separate emails explaining other ways to try to make the item work. I had to pay the dealership another $300 to make it work, so I should have just purchased new and saved myself the trouble and money. Please check your records for the horrible experience you First provided. I did not embellish, inflate or dramatize any part of my review.
They do not properly program the computers, then put you through months of torture and at least 50 calls AND emails to take it back, never return a single call, then lie about your refund. They also sell on Amazon under other names including Mintt Management, so beware. Had to get PayPal involved even though they had the part. They said they sent the refund 3 times, but PayPal verified they never even attempted to.

We are very sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with our company. The unit you purchased from us did come programmed to the VIN you provided. With most general motor engine computers you do need to perform a simple key relearn procedure which we do mention on our website. We did offer to get the unit back here for testing and a return label was sent immediately after you addressed your concerns with us. We did also mention that once we get the unit back we can issue a refund or replace the unit. The unit is still in your possession, therefore we cannot issue a refund. If you would still like to send the unit back we will gladly issue a refund. I hope that we can get this issue resolved for you.
Part came in wrong after waiting months for it and the 3rd time I've had to send it back. No help from company and no supervisors to talk to either. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Ordered PCM from Flagship one after seeing their videos online after my PCM went out. Seemed like a great deal and easy enough to plug and play. Unfortunately neither was the truth. The PCM never worked after 1st receiving one not programmed properly, paying to send it back to FS1, just to receive the same PCM back, with still the wrong VIN. Do not waste your money! Even if you have to go to a stealership, at least you know it will be done properly. This place is a rip off. I had to call a locksmith which cost me $200 as FS1 said everything was properly done on their end and I needed a locksmith to be able to use the PCM they had sent. The locksmith said he could do nothing with it because VIN was never changed. Then the mechanic looked at the PCM and noticed that all of the securities were taken out of the PCM like the unit was a stolen unit, but the VIN was never changed. 2 months of fighting with FS1 to have my car at a stealership now, costing me more than if I would have done it in the first place. Flagship needs to be removed from business.

Do not use FLAGSHIP ONE, I sent in an ecm for a ford pickup they fixed it, it worked for a little over a 16 months, sent it back under warranty, they returned it to me still not working, sent it back to them again where they kept it for roughly 2-3 months until the 2 year warranty was expired and returned it still not fixed, and informed me they wouldn't fix it or refund any money. Very poor company.

I would not buy from flagship, they don't honor there warranty. When I called and tried to work with costumer service I was hung up on several time. There products to do not work properly and you can't get them warranty. Do not buy from this company.

This company's 2 to 7 day delivery times is not accurate. I am on the west coast and I have never received any product in 2 to 7 business days. I have lost sales because of this. I called to make a return because delivery times were not met. I asked them to cover the shipping back to them and I was told if I wanted my money back I would have to pay the shipping. The agent said my situation was buyers remorse. Buyer beware!
I gave these guys another chance. They are worse than before. I ordered a PCM for a 1999 Toyota Camry on 10/12/2022. It is now 11/15/2022 and the excuse I have received 3 times is that the programing department is behind or the programing has failed. I asked if they would cover the expedited shipping since I had to wait so long. I was told no and I would have to pay $85 to get it overnight when it was ready to ship. After 33 days I had to cancel my order. I tried to call this company about my issue and I got hung up on several times and I never got to speak to a human. The only way to contact them is thru the chat. I work for a national parts chain and I buy 10 to 20 PCM's a year but I CANNOT and WILL NOT do anymore business with this company.

I looked at the reviews for Flagship One and they had the best out of other places. This experience has been a nightmare. The ECU was supposed to be programmed within 3 business days and sent out the day it is programmed. They said it would be up to 5 business days sent USPS. My account manager is Jenniffer and I've called and left messages with no response. I was told last week it was shipped and when I asked for tracking number I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then she come back on and said I'll let you speak to a manager. It went straight to voicemail. I ordered the ECM on June 23rd and I still can't get anyone to help me. I've been without a vehicle since then. I waited on hold for 20 minutes today just so I could be told my account manager (Jennifer) would have to help me. The money for the ECM was taken out of my account the next day and I still don't have my part 21 days later. Is this even a real company? I will never waste my time dealing with this company again. The reviews on line must have been put up by the company. 0 Stars for me
