I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Worst customer service ever.
I order a PCM after 14 days without news I emailed them, call them and use the chat. I wasn't able to get a date for the shipping. On the 15nd day, I was able to get a answer from them: The item isn't ship wet. A this point I asked for a refund. They told me: You will revived a refund confirmation by email. On the 18nd day, I filled a paypal complain. And on the same day, the ship the PCM...

FS1 doesn't deliver, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer questions, and - worst of all, doesn't ship the product. I purchased a PCU for my Jeep and after installing, it failed. I requested an RMA under their"Lifetime Warranty" and it's been 7 weeks and my replacement product still hasn't shipped. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. Worst online purchase experience in many years. 5 hours on the phone and online chat with them, BEGGING for status on my order, BEGGING for them to help me get my car running, most of it on hold and my car has not run in two months!. Always have to deal with an account manager. For what? This should be a quick replacement transaction. STAY AWAY!

I bought a ecu from this place when I finally received it, it looked like this this was salvaged out of a dumpster and just cleaned up took about a month to receive after I had paid for it then I would call about it and all I was told was they were working on my ecu I was calling every week then when I finally received and installed it didn't charge and gave me a misfire code my original wasn't giving me the ecu I bought was actually worse than my original and i called about the warranty turns out i have to send this ecu back so they can work on it again about another month before i get it back then to talk to a manager you have to wait for a call back just a BAD PLACE TO WORK WITH very bad customer service very bad place to buy your ecu I WOULD never buy from here again would I WILLnot recommend this place to anybody unless you want to be given the run around VERY VERY BAD PLACE TO BUY FROM I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED JUST A COMPLETE MISTAKE BUYING FROM HERE RATED ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR I NOT THEY'D GET ZERO

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FS1!
I bought an IDM for my 2002 Ford F-250, it worked perfectly for about 18 months, after trouble shooting everything pointed to the IDM, contacted FS1 for a warranty replacement. After several e-mails and phone calls convincing them that the part was bad, I received an RMA (this took almost a month). I returned the device; they sent me an e-mail telling me that they had to test the IDM to make sure it was defective. I have sent 3 e-mails asking for an update, no response from FS1, been almost a month. I had to purchase another IDM from another company, and guess what. MY TRUCK RUNS JUST FINE! Never purchase from FS1, they don't care about customer satisfaction. There is nothing I can do, I contacted my CC company that I used to purchase the IDM, told me sorry it is over 120 days, there is nothing they can do.
