I was at my wit's end with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler! The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I purchased a replacement computer from Flagship One. It got to me quickly. Three bolts and four connectors, and my Jeep is like new! Thanks for a great product and service!
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Ordered a replacement Jeep commander preprogrammed ECM to eliminate the factory ECM as possibly defective.
The factory ECM was not the issue, but the Jeep does run better with the replacement ECM from Flagship One.
The unit was fully programmed, including all updates, and the easy installation took less than 10 minutes.
Very pleased with the purchase and the Lifetime Warranty included with it.

Everything was fine except that I didn't see it noted when I bought the PCM that for Fords, I would still have to take my vehicle into the dealership to get the keys reprogrammed. I think it should be stated (or stated more clearly if it was somewhere and I missed it) that special case that is (apparently) only for Ford vehicles.

I have two complaints.
-Took forever to recive
- trac control buttons is not working
- suspension adjustment buttons is not working

I'm not sure if they gave me the right ECU my 1993 lexus ls400 should have been programed with those options.

Ordered a computer for a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis and was suppose to be plug and play but it was not. Long story short I either have a different issue other than PCM, there was an issue with the "re learning" procedure or the PCM just didn't work.

My 2013 GMC went into limp mode, traced problem to the TCM, ordered from Flagship One, arrived in a timely manor, plug new unit in and BAM!, all problems gone, I was most impressed with the fact that the new TCM had been programmed with the newest up to date firmware, way to go Flagship One.

I am a very Happy Camper. After getting several price quotations for over $900 to replace the ECM/ECU on my 2011 Buick Enclave, I decided to purchase one from fLAGSHIP ONE for $369. The computer for my Ford Ranger was correctly programmed, but I couldn't connect it up because quality control missed the broken bolt. It is held in place with zip ties.

THANK YOU FLAGSHIP ONE! I was told by a repair shop they couldn't find a PCM for my '94 Blazer K5 anywhere in America. I got on the hunt and found FS1. I was skeptical due to some negative and mixed reviews but my vehicle is getting rare and I need to keep it running. Installation was a breeze. My vehicle requires key programming by locksmith. However, by following their instrucions I was able to program myself. That saved me like $100. I had already used 2 locksmiths to try and reprogram my origial ECM and they were unsuccesful. By the way I purchased w/keys. If I could do a backflip I would I'm just that happy. Made me forget that I had a problem at all,I have my truck back! Thanx Flagship one

Purchased PCM in Oct 12,2024 After item came it was defective when I claimed for the warranty and asked for replacement they put up a huge number of obstacles to avoid solving the problem.I returned item for replacement or refund and they sent the same item back same serial number same result. Contacted back and was told to take to a mechanic and pay for further diagnostics. They bought time so they could rip off a disabled elder for 1530.00 dollars buy at your own risk. Scammers Horrible customer service they've learned the art of putting people off to rip them off. Sad they continue to get away with this behavior
