This was a good experience. I felt they were very thorough in getting the details to get me the right ECM and kept me updated with the progress along the way. I received it quicker than I anticipated and it worked great.
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Everything went smoothly. Would use them again for sure. Great part and quick service e. Loved the great communication they had with me.

I have a delayed order H******* and called more than 7 times with their customer service attendances and nobody wanted to transfer me with my account manager or one of the staff members to review this delay. ONLY LAYS IS WHAT I GET FROM THIS COMPANY FLAGSHIP ONE.
VERY DISSAPOINTED AND DESPERATED. I HAVE CONCLUDE THAT FLAGS SHIP ONE DOES NOT CARE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS NOT THE FIS TIME I HAVE EXPERIENCED A DELAY WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY FRUSTAED..

I ordered an EUC for a '96 Toyota Camry. Said it would take 5-7 business days to receive it... it took 15 days... andnit was the WRONG ONE... Trying to interact with a human being for more that 30 seconds was IMPOSSIBLE. They kept transferring me to my 'account manager'... which 4Xs went to VM! Never a return call OR a return email! But they want me to sign an RMA to. Send the part back... the fine print on that states it will take $175 non refundable... tge price I PAID for the unit! I just want a refund! Seems I'll be earing the $175 for the part, which MAY or May NOT WORK... it doesn't even have the correct ports for my car!
Uselss! But they sure seem to have an endless amount of POSITIVE reviews... on THEIR website!

Was assured by Flagship that the TCU would be programmed for my vehicle based on the VIN#. IT WAS NOT. Giant waste of time an money.

Really wish I had done more homework. FS1 has a cool website and online store and the ease of ordering made me think this would be a smooth transaction. It has been anything but. I received a product that has been tested by multiple mechanics (at no small expense) and proven to be BAD. It happens. So I called and was immediately told that basically, they don't make mistakes. However, if I wanted to return the part, they would test it before telling me I am wrong. I was shocked at the attitude, but did as instructed, and... crickets. I sent follow up email. I tried chatting. I have never experienced such lackadaisical response to a client that simply wants to spend their hard-earned money to buy a need part for an inoperable vehicle they need to function. I suggest buying from ANYWHERE else. I would buy from a guy with a sign on the side of the road faster next time. I may as well have, because I am getting similar results. I am now searching for a new source to buy the part, hopefully one that works... and believe me, I will be checking the reviews better. I am assuming I can kiss my money goodbye, even if I do get response, it will be too late. This has been almost a month long process at this point. VERY frustrated and disappointed and worse, now am out a vehicle even longer than planned because I have been waiting on a response. DO NOT BUY THE PART HERE. TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN BY WARNING YOU. I WISH I HAD LISTENED.

Fs1 is a terrible ripoff sent my computer in they sent it back non functional then no warrantee life time means 4 days then they said the computer i sent in for rebuilding was their product big surprise if you paid for a computer repair KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBY THEY HAVE ALMOST 800 COMPLAINTS
