This was a good experience. I felt they were very thorough in getting the details to get me the right ECM and kept me updated with the progress along the way. I received it quicker than I anticipated and it worked great.
Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
Undoubtedly the worst customer service, bar none, in the history of this service! Very rude & distasteful when trying to explain what the problem has been with the third or fourth time the product that was purchased and sent back with still no change in the operation it was designed to perform, then telling me (the customer) how the warranty had ran out. When I asked, how can a LIFETIME WARRANTY run out, when it has been the same problem all along, during the time (approximately 60 to 75 days) shipping the part back & forth from the customer (me) & the Company (you), being unable to drive or an use of my vehicle. When I asked for the manager, Leslie was very short with all these answers & explained or told me NO REFUNDS, not politely saying, we offer only a credit, if we cannot resolve this problem, that would have been a little Nicer, don't you think? If possible, could someone their please return my complaint into a Positive response. I will be anxiously awaiting your answer. I have a delayed order H******* and called more than 7 times with their customer service attendances and nobody wanted to transfer me with my account manager or one of the staff members to review this delay. ONLY LAYS IS WHAT I GET FROM THIS COMPANY FLAGSHIP ONE.

I ordered a pcm, then received a email asking for more money because one to suit my vin number was dearer and that's the last I heard from them

I ordered an EUC for a '96 Toyota Camry. Said it would take 5-7 business days to receive it... it took 15 days... andnit was the WRONG ONE... Trying to interact with a human being for more that 30 seconds was IMPOSSIBLE. They kept transferring me to my 'account manager'... which 4Xs went to VM! Never a return call OR a return email! But they want me to sign an RMA to. Send the part back... the fine print on that states it will take $175 non refundable... tge price I PAID for the unit! I just want a refund! Seems I'll be earing the $175 for the part, which MAY or May NOT WORK... it doesn't even have the correct ports for my car!
Uselss! But they sure seem to have an endless amount of POSITIVE reviews... on THEIR website!
